What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I don't really know how a used item gets back ordered when there was only one in stock to begin with though, just weird. Mine doesn't say back ordered anywhere but it's listed as shipping now with a delivery estimate of the 24th with two day shipping.

i have had alot of items i got from the wherehouse that said BACKORDERED before you even put them in your cart... most of the times the orders get cancelled though

 
Well as an update to my Vita search expedition, I found a 5 rated Vita on Cowboom that included everything. I bought it (no extra warranty...hope I'll be okay) and after my 3DS ebay funds, I only paid $14 out of pocket. Not bad. Now I just have to wait a week for it to arrive (damn Prime has me spoiled) and buy a memory card.

Totally feel your pain there. I've had two separate orders shipped via USPS despite being a Prime member. It's... annoying, to say the least.
 
I get a lot of things shipped by amazon Prime via USPS Priority Mail, but they always come within 2 days. In fact, sometimes they come in 1 day. Indeed the last thing I ordered arrived in 1 day and on Saturday. :) But that was not from Warehouse.

Didn't I say yesterday that I was done impulse buying expensive things on AWD? Just ordered the MGS thing and it's only the first MGS and the VR missions that are codes right? Hoping it's just a dinger since I really want the first game too but we'll see I suppose. Hmm, that's back to back risky orders from AWD and I really need to stay out of this thread this time of day.

Also, that VG Last of Us has a good chance of being the one that I just returned that had the cracked case and damaged disc. If it is I can tell you that it played through with only a couple read errors but that the online pass was definitely used by someone who might be me. Just a possibility but they just processed my return yesterday and now it pops up today at the same condition and price that I ordered it at in the first place.

If you want to MGS:Legacy for "new" you could always get it on Newegg.com and use the 15$ off thing if you have not already (shipping kind of kills the great deal though which makes it 39$

They've done this to me for as long as I've had prime. The carrier is probably UPS, who don't deliver on Saturdays. They probably aren't processing it right away today, so it technically gets processed on Monday, so then they go 2 days out from there, which puts it at Wednesday. It sucks, but that's what it is. I rarely order items on Friday anymore for that reason.

Why are people so into Muramasa Rebirth to want to pay that much? I have the game on the Wii and while it's a good game, it is not great to pay that much even w/ the extras. I would consider $30 a good price for it w/ the extras.

I will because they are the same game. Just better graphics and some word fixes doesn't deserve to be that expensive in MY book for a port. Ports should always be cheaper than new games and I bet you still have to do lots of back-tracking across empty scenes.

A few days ago there was a Red 3DSxL for $141.35 I do believe. If only I had the funds. Sadly, only picked up a 32GB card for the vita.
For those deals you really need to stay up late at night, and check the warehouse yourself at around 4am ish (mtn time) to get any luck picking it up as they go by FAST.
 
Dammit, I bought the MSG Legacy collection new two days ago and got delivered today.  I had been refreshing the page to find a used one for almost a week, but no luck.  Oh well.

Thanks DS2U I nabbed the LN Gears 2. Same seller also had Gears 1 CE for $10. Couple that with my $13 Gears 3 EE I got from GS, that means i get the complete CE trilogy for $30. Winning!

i got an email from amazon saying they feel bad telling me my copy was backordered when it was not...

they said they would sell me a NEW copy for the 35.33 price...> BUT i think that would be another PRICE ADJUSTMENT what raises flags what could lead to a ban..... dont know if i want the game that badly

They wouldn't ban you for a CS rep doing a price adjustment.

Oh wait Amazon has been shady as all hell lately. Especially for rejecting trade ins because they have too many and don't want to pay out what they said they would.

I wouldn't put anything past them :/

protip: not a single amazon employee touches a trade in that you send in. completely independent third party that amazon maintains a partnership with. amazon cs apparently doesn't even have access to their systems and has to email them when problems come up to resolve. carry on!

Well assuming they don't do something dumb and not deliver it tomorrow I see what you guys means about USPS shipping it not being entirely awful since it's just outside Detroit already.  Date still says the 24th so if it sits an hour away for five days that's going to be pretty awful.
