What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

No ones paying $15 for that game out here in Cali. I see people on craigslist nselling it for $10 all the time. Unless everyone is coming directly to your house to pick this up your wasting your time and with people on cl. That's not happening

Just depends. People are selling for $25-$30 here. Its a college city maybe thats why. And also in my case everyone I sell things to usually meets at a grocery store behind my house. Everything in this city (Bestbuy, target, UPS store, Mall, Grocery store, Gamestop are all within 2 miles) so everything is convenient. I usually sell my old stuff though when I use craigslist, such as routers and seasons of DVDs. Also when I have extra aquariums as I usually have a ton.

My Dark Souls shipped. :D

Also Halo 4 technically isnt that cheap to others who arent CAGs. I see it for $30 everywhere preowned. With the occasional cheap one day sale.

My MW3: Hardened came in today, no codes, no outer shell, no blah blah. Just the steelbook and the game. Assassin's Creed 3 w/ Steelbook came in with the game and manual in the steelbook, but no regular case. Complained to Amazon CS and they're giving me back $6.17 for MW3, and $5 for AC3 on my card. So basically I got both for $9.28. Love you Amazon. Oh and for the love of games, how the heck do you get these stickers off without ruining the cases?!

Yea mine both shipped this morning but my Halo 4's which I bought before the system did not.

It's probably just going slow due to no Prime and a bunch of orders.

Goo Gone. I resisted buying for a long time but it's like $3 for a large bottle at walmart.

Peel them off slow then clean the case with olive oil a very small amount.

I still don't agree with hoarding 32 copies of any game. People are so fucking greedy know a days its stupid.

Goo Gone the whole label with a Qtip and then slowly peel off. Any residual left over will wipe off with another Qtip or Cotton ball

Also how do you do the "spolier" thing?

Blow dry the sticker, helps loosen the glue then remove as much of it as you can by yourself then whatever's left put goo gone on it and rub with a towel.

Good, I'm not too worried then. In my experience, using standard shipping means it ships a day or two after the order is placed. My delivery estimate is sometime between Tuesday and next Friday

My Gears 2 Limited Edition came in today and this thing is seriously perfect. Manual, steelbook, and disc are all pristine. Heck, there's not even as much as a nick on the outer slipcover. My 360 finally moved on to 'Shipping Now', hoping I have similar luck... 

 
My 360 finally changed to "Shipped," by FedEx. (ewww)

No wonder it was all messed up, lol. I hate FedEx. Now if I don't get to my door in 2 seconds they'll leave a note saying tried to deliver package....

mine got changed from shipping now, to no yet shipped. i think mines will be cancelled. it does not look good for me.

Man, that sucks. Luck of the draw I guess, my MW3 was complete(no codes) but with a few scratches on the SteelBook

YESSS My 360 finally shipped and is scheduled for tomorrow! WOOT Lol I called a service rep yesterday asking what was up and he was like don't worry you'll wake up and find your stuff coming ahead of time lol he was right

My 360 also has shipped by FedEx and it says is estimated to arrive on Monday the 19th even with prime. I thought I would get it by Saturday. When will you be receiving yours?

 
I can't even keep up with all the pages taht pile up mid-day. >.< Vita still hasn't shipped and still says "DELIVERY ESTIMATE: WE NEED A LITTLE MORE TIME TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A GOOD ESTIMATE. WE'LL NOTIFY YOU VIA E-MAIL AS SOON AS WE HAVE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE."

Yeah, I mean people are welcome to hope but AWD doesn't have more 3DS systems than the few that are sitting there on the page right now. They also often sell them at or near retail so there's no incentive for them to get rid of them.

Did not expect this. Ordered a few games that were under 99 cents for the cases and was surprised they all were new and complete. Need to stock up on some spare cases so I am ordering some more.

Dang lucky! I dont have amazon prime anymore been debating on renewing it. Probably will end up doing it within the next couple months because Ive been doing a lot of shopping off it lately. Besides the fact I have 1k saved up in credits woohoo! This year has been looking out for the better

 
i think many peoples orders did not ship yet cause they were missed and they will be found  on the rechecks  do the  major amount of orders they got.  even with prime   a  few of  the cheap games i got  have not shipped.   and  one went from  shipping soon. to not shipped to  shipping soon to not shipped   

i  give it  3 or 4 days before getting worried 

not counting on anything big tonight     (maybe  nintendo crap)    

its weird in a way how some games dont even show up  when you check video games but when you check ds they do 

check video games  =  nothing

Everyone getting there hopes up for 3DS need to relax.  I really doubt they will be clearing them out.  Amazon has an agreement with Nintendo hence why you dont ever see them going for low on AWD.  

Most likely more Xboxs and maybe Vitas?  I doubt PS3's will be dropping.

We have seen 3DS for around $110 or so and 3DS XL for $130-140. So we can most certainly see them low. The issue with the 3DS is Amazon does not sell them. So any we see on warehouse deals would be trade ins.

Like I said dont get your hopes up. I already know the prices that have been posted on the 3DS from 100-140. It mainly looks like they are cleaning out old stocks of games/systems they have piled up getting ready to move into the new year. After all we are 3 months away from X1 and 2 months from PS3. Everything has been total random with what they have been putting up no one expected to see Vitas most people were looking for Xbox's because thats what has been selling for the last 3 days.

Guess we will see tonight? After all everyone could be getting there hopes up for it all to be done now as well. Who knows though

 
Sad I missed out on last night's Vitas but I honestly would have only wanted one to trade for a 3DS XL since I already have a Vita (which I love). However if tonight's deal is a 3DS, life will be great. Think I might stay up tonight to see what happens. 

In other news my cheapass LN copies of Mass Effect 3 CE and Battlefield 3 LE came in the mail today. BF3 is as like new as they explained and with the exception of a couple minor scratches on the steelbook and a slight tear in the outer box, ME3 is pristine! I'm very happy for less than $15. 

Does anyone know if you can check to see if PS3 codes have been used without actually using them like on the 360?

UPDATE: Both the online pass and CE content codes for Mass Effect 3 were unused. Score!
