What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

heres the sad part i just popped onto the site that shall not be named and instantly scored a deal(3tb external for 90 via ebay)

Because it's not AWD, there's no eBay curse upon your head. Maybe it's just Cthulhu trying to tell you that you don't need more games and should be offering your sanity to it instead.

anyways back to video games and slightly offtopic is skyrim legendary a must buy at 25 new or am i better off waiting for it sub 20 on steam

Personally buy it on Steam if you have a high end gaming machine and like messing with your games. A high end machine with a few mods makes the game still look insanely beautiful and there's a ton of mods you can get that will completely change the experience. Unfortunately I think you might be waiting until at least the next summer sale for it to hit $20 on Steam if it holds it's price like the base game has.

nah i expect it to be 20 during the winter sale i just wasnt sure if waiting 3 months and playing it at a slightly lesser capacity was worth 5 dollars

Maybe but I really expected that of the base game and it was extremely stubborn about that. It was $35 during the summer sale, which is slightly cheaper than I thought it had been, so it could but Valve has gotten ultra conservative (compared to the previous sales) with their major sale pricing so I also wouldn't be surprised if it's $30 if there's no MSRP drop. I blame that economist they hired. They probably said that's enough crazy sales we can make more by dialing it back.

Honestly? Get the Legendary Ed. It will without a doubt hold its value, it is a fantastic price for the game, and the base game deserved the $60 price tag it cost originally, Sure you can mod and have a ton of fun on a high end PC, but on a console games feel less pressure and you could trade this in for essentially cost later down the road if there IS a super deal on steam. Once you buy it on steam that is money you never will see again, but on a console you still have the value of the game.

True, but it's also one of those games that if you're into it you could play for the next 10 years and we haven't even seen the big content mods that will come eventually.

I'm thinking about trying to PM Skyrim for PS3 still (360 version is supposed to run better if you're getting a console version) despite having it on PC because the price is pretty close to perfect.

 
I received a random package yesterday & it was my trade in for my textbooks because I was to lazy to make sure it was the correct isbn luckily I found them though.

 
I received The Art of Fermentation from them once. Underneath my shipping label was the label for someone in Australia. I contacted Amazon support because I figured one of my orders was NOT on it's way to me, and to let them know they should really get another book in the mail to Australia. They assured me my order was still being shipped (it was!) and said that I could destroy or donate the book :)
