Definitely the last time I buy from Capcom or anyone using Digital River. I traded in my Dragons Dogma thinking they would actually send out Dark Arisen fast.....silly me!
 
I'm guessing those of you who are surprised a charge disappeared don't order online often? Most retailers outside of Newegg and Amazon will put a pending charge on your account at the time you place your order. If the order doesn't ship within 3-5 days that hold falls off until the order ships and at that time it will hit your account again and go into completed status. This isn't something exclusive to Digital River. It is actually a very very very  common occurrence.

 
I placed my order for Dark Arisen when I first saw this thread, that was the first day! No update or tracking info what so ever. There's still a hold for the charge, I hate Digital River!

PS: When Square Enix had their awesome sale I got all my games withing a week from Digital River, but this time, nope!

Honestly does not matter to me when they ship as long as they ship before I see a similar deal on BF. Which means they had better ship soon.

Edit: Mine shipped! Maybe they saw this thread :bouncy:

Just got my shipping info, about time but considering the decent price I can't complain to much. Still digital river needs to get their act together cause it took them 10 days to ship this to me. I ordered on the 4th of Oct.

Plus DLC codes already redeemed and a bobblehead in the box for DD!

Took 7 days but could not be happier!! Especially since I ordered after the first two games said Backorder!

When you get Dark Arisen, recruit my Pawn on PS3 - Tasslehoff.  A ranger and looks just like the Dragonlance character.

Got my shipping info for Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen+bobble buddy Pawn as well. Still waiting on my second order for MH3U+controller. Shouldn't be too much longer.

 
I got my shipping info, but apparently I messed up with my amazon trade it. I thought I would be able to print the shipping label anytime under the 30 day window, but now when I go to my trade-in page, I don't see a place to print out the shipping info. If I can't I guess I'm gonna have to put it on eBay. bleh. The whole plan was for a cheap DS4, but looks like I might have to ebay it or something instead.

I got my shipping confirmation for Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen today also. Everyone should be getting theirs soon. I think im done with Capcom store unless they have a too good to pass deal.
 
Just got my copy. The tracking on the package was saying early next week but it updated last night and I got it in just now. :D can't wait to start playing.

I was expecting it to fit the mailbox, so I didn't make plans to be here when it got delivered. They send that small crap in a huge box. The mail gets here at 11:00 to 12:00, that box was sitting outside for 7 hours. Im so lucky someone didn't walk up and steal it.

The worst part wasn't even waiting a month for the items to ship, or paying those ridiculous shipping fees, it was having the Wii Classic Controller Pro (that was supposed to be free with the order of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate) CANCELLED for no reason. 
 
I guess I'm not the only one, but I never received any e-mails regarding the cancelation, nor did I have the option to cancel the game as well before it was shipped (I only bought it because of the controller, I couldn't care less about Monster Hunter). Now, there's no tracking to Brazil, it can take up to 3 months to arrive and I'll probably end up paying abusive taxes for a game I didn't even want in the first place.
 
Any tips on how to complain about these guys? Either to Capcom themselves or someone else? I want a full refund for the game its shipping fees.

Yeah, I got super excited for the SF set (for which I've missed out on the opportunity before), but it's not worth the trouble.
