I broke and got Two Worlds Epic Edition and the Two Worlds 2 expansion. MrNinjaSquirrel was kind enough to give me a code for the basic Two Worlds 2 game.

I've read enough good things to believe I'll get $6 worth out of entertainment out of them. If anything, it will be good for a laugh when I showcase them in an upcoming "Steam Pile of Shame" stream I'm starting up. :)

Now that you mention it I do remember Idiot not saying too many good things about it. Yeah, it doesn't look like something I'd dig really.

I noticed Puddle is in two separate bundles right now (bundlebandits and IGS) and I was debating which way to go to get it. Considering bundlebandits likes to give my alternate email address out and to apologize gave me Pickle Frenzy... There's just something about apologizing with Pickle Frenzy that is just inordinately wrong.

I'm going the IGS route. Thanks guys! :D

That was pretty much the same conclusion I came to, since none of the games in BB aside from Puddle were of any interest of me. Though for what it's worth I played a bit of Puddle earlier and wasn't impressed. Will stick with it since it doesn't seem too long and I have some more drops to get but, I'd keep my expectations low since it looks more fun that it actually is (in my experience).

I know almost no one crafts badges around here... but it looks like they've rolled out the cards for the Winter Sale.

Crafting badges will yield a numbered Snow Globe. Presumably, you will make useless badges or add them to the ever-growing pile of globes in the Market, where they will eventually sell for pennies. 

Or maybe something cool will happen with them.

Hmm, well given that and summer, I suppose there's good reason to hoard badge crafting mats until the Winter/Summer sales. ...if one is part of the badge-crafting-industrial-complex.

 
Damn. I wasn't around for the whole coal thing, but you'd think they would have ironed out the bugs/exploits and given that another go. Was it that much of a cluster fuck?

Those movies were so fucking stupid. Bad guys were always amazingly strong, invincible, and lightning quick. I especially enjoyed how in the second one, Mother Russia puts a cigarette on a propane tank and throws it into a police car, then shoots two more officers, then rips out a door and uses it as a shield before throwing it and killing another police officer, then starts a lawnmower and puts it on a car, then backs up into another police car and has it go through the windshield and kill more police officers, and finally kills two more police officers, one of which she breaks his neck with her thigh while the other one holds a shotgun.

And yet the good guys can hit people in the face with baseball bats to no effect, and the only one who can do fuckING ANYTHING is a 15 year old girl.

That's just one scene. One shitty scene that lasts about 5 minutes. I didn't spoil anything, except maybe the fact that there's another villian.
