Real atheists don't buy into the monotheist context.
What about agnostics?

I might consider atheism, but I think I'd have to rule out ever becoming a Jedi and that's one hope I can not dismiss.

{waves hand} These aren't the deals you're looking for. You can go about your business.

don't be ridiculous...your midichlorian count is nowhere near high enough to become a jedi

you're basically a muggle...err, wait...

Shhh, I got a friend who knows a dude in touch with an importer of synthetic midichlorian hormones. Sure, I'll only be able to play football for the Seahawks, but there's worse things in life (like playing for the Browns).

I bought Contrast so everyone could get it in the next bundle.

Note: They're currently out of keys. They informed me that they should have the keys in a couple days.

X-Blades had climbed to the #3 slot 6 to 10 hours ago... I'm kinda sad to see it has been surpassed.

I'm surprised at ME3 base edging out ME3 Deluxe.

Seeing that Mass Effect 3 deal made me dust off the Origin tonight.  Played about a dozen multiplayer matches, still decently active.  Didn't have to wait long for lobbies to fill up on Silver/Gold, and I saw a few newer players as well.

Hadn't played in probably 6 months, felt pretty good to get back into it.  Think i'll spend a week or two grinding out spacebux and buying lottery tickets.

I'm guessing I have around 500-600 hours in ME3...all SP. I think if I decide to test out MP one of these days my brain might explode or I'd have to get a stay at home job (that involves no work other than playing ME3 MP). Though, I might have to put solo platinum on the todo list.

I played a ton of the MP before I even touched the single player.

It's a lot of fun.

I have about 500 hours in the multiplayer alone, and I STILL haven't unlocked everything. All that's left are ultra-rares, but even when I was playing every day, I would only get one or two drops per week. That damn RNG unlock system is brutal.

Never finished a plat solo myself. Tried a few times, but always got grabbed or stabbed. Fortunately, it's not required for any banner (you can either do 1 plat or 2 golds, and geth/gold isn't too bad).

Still don't have my Best of the Best banner, because I refuse to grind out melee grabs.

If you ever decide to play multiplayer, I've put around 900+ hours into multiplayer. Look me up, same username.

Do it. The multiplayer is surprisingly awesome. The first time I tried it, it was on a whim. I ended up staying up playing it til around 2-3 in the morning. Played for like, 6 hours straight.

Okay that's crazy

I got bored of it after awhile. I've probably played less than 50 hours or so of it total...still though, the multiplayer made ME3 probably the best value of the series. Great single player, obviously (yes, I know, ending, blah blah blah), which took me about 50 hours to complete w/all the dlc. Add another 50 hours of multiplayer to that...pretty awesome.

See, the issue is if I play ME3 MP, I have to work my way there by starting a trilogy playthrough. And don't argue with me why that's the case because...

I guess I can hit the ME universe again after my pre-planned winter RPG-athon. Skyrim down, Dark Souls in progress, next up probably Fallout 3, then Dragon Age...then I guess Mass Effect.

jesus...some of my favorite games ever there...skyrim and dark souls are probably in my top 5. Mass Effect and Fallout 3 are probably in my top 10...dragon age isn't one of my favorites but it's quality

good list of games there.

Sent you a friend request, my username is indefjeated over there. If anyone else still plays (or wants to), add me, and please interrupt my FIFA sessions.

Decided to pick up ME3 myself. Didn't really get into it on 360, but maybe I'll start from the first game (which I never played, but own on Steam), and then work my way through them all. Loved #2 when it came out, really can't wait to play that again!

Why is Ricochet a top seller? I know it's cheap.. but seriously?
Haha, I thought you'd mistyped or that I was thinking of the wrong game. Nope.

The last time that I played that must have been late 2007... and it was dead then.

EDIT: I just noticed that my GMG credit seems to have changed... it ends in $0.99 now, and it definitely didn't last night. :whistle2:|

Thanks for the heads-up on Mass Effect 3. I got the deluxe edition, so I now own the whole trilogy (with 1 and 2 on Steam. I wish 3 was on Steam, this is the first Origin game I've purchased. I'll survive). I dabbled a bit in the first one on 360 when it first came out and got distracted, I'm really looking forward to experiencing the whole trilogy now though.

Origin works well enough for it's purpose, in my experience.  Overlay for friend invites, download service, all works fine.

The only obnoxious part is the fact that it forces a different social network outside of Steam, and the fact that every time you log in you have to view a pop-up ad for whatever Origin is promoting that week.

500-600 hours in SP? What the hell, where you trying to outlast the ending by not choosing?

As others have said the MP in MS3 was/is surprisingly good... Which gives the game a nice redeeming value to it.

I likely would never want to start over again (I did all of my MP on the 360) but its good fun. :)

No, but I'd imagine it's probably the same reason I've watched all the Star Trek and Star Wars movies at least 20+ times.
That's a crazy amount of time though... Probably what 30-40 hours a play through? While a movie is only 2 to 2 and a half hours.

I've never really been one to play games over and over again... Maybe I should but I have far too many games in my backlog.

On Insanity, that's probably about right. I'm always toying with the idea of kicking ME1 back down to normal because Insanity just make enemies abuse Immunity and become ricockulous bullet sponges. About a year and a half ago when I started getting back into PC gaming, I told myself that I could probably live with just Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls and Deus Ex series as that alone would probably give me several years worth of playtime. And while I have stuck to that thought process, a few other games seemed to have made their way into my library.

I was the same when I got into PC gaming last year. During the Black Friday sale I got Dead Island GOTY, and Fallout 3 GOTY for dirt cheap. Told myself I would stick to just those games until I finished them.

232 games later I gave up on Dead Island (game got too frustrating) and haven't touched Fallout 3. :)

....The word "star" isn't in Mass Effect

I pretty much agree w/this. I mean, Elder Scrolls alone could last me a LONG time - i probably have around 600-700 hrs of playtime in Skyrim and Oblivion alone (just started Morrowind for the first time yesterday) - and I haven't even played those w/mods yet. I could probably a good bit of Mass Effect w/out getting sick of it, as well. Deus Ex, though...murder me, but I was diggin the first game for a good bit...then I just got sick of it about half way through. I decided to take a break and get back to it some other time. Never played invisible war or human revolution, though.

That makes two EA games that I may have picked up from GMG if they were available in my region.

You don't play games as a pc gamer...the games play you

Mass Effect is spelled and pronounced with a silent 'star'. Many don't realize this.

And I was actually talking about Human Revolution as I've yet to play the earlier games. I just like the replayability in that you can ghost your way through or murder all according to how you feel.

Yeah, I'm sure I would enjoy the new one

The old one is a bit dated at this point, which has that same type of replayability

Not that I consider myself a graphics whore (or any type of whore really), but I'd be more inclined to play the older titles if I could find a decent graphics mod. I haven't seen one that is that much of an improvement. Not like Skywind.

yeah, even w/the graphics mods i have for deus ex, it's kind of ugly

i'll play old games if i can enjoy them though (i played alone in the dark from 1992 or whenever it was not too long ago - there's an ugly ass game) but i have to enjoy the gameplay...deus ex didn't do it for me. it's....clunky

Welcome, brother.

That'd make it [MoH: Warfighter] the cheapest its been, right?
I'm almost certain this is the cheapest it's been. I remember it reviewed very poorly upon release and so I have had my eye on the price in a perverse mixture of wanting to see how bad it was combined with wonderment that such a poorly selling dog of a game was staying above the $5 mark for so long (usually more like $10).

I don't get the hate on the recent MoH games. At least from a SP standpoint. I mean I'd certainly rate MoH's SP campaign higher than BF3's and the recent MW campaigns. It was fairly easy mind you and I had it on the hardest difficulty, but it was thoroughly fun and enjoyable. That's why I bought Warfighter. I'm guessing bugs and MP had a lot to due with the poor ratings.

The last MoH game I played was on the PS2 so I have no personal opinion of Warfighter.  I just remembered the pre-launch buzz (some Navy SEAL guys getting in trouble for divulging info to EA as consultants) followed by the savagely critical reviews.  Really, there's no sane reason why I should have been as aware of it as I have been but it's somehow taken an outsized space in my brain for a series I haven't touched in over a decade.
