Because I am getting people on my end that says they were not confirmed with the emails I posted above are you the gonzaaunt or edge email? Mykel already received a screenshot of the emails who were confirmed and not under my account. I contacted you via pm also twice with the same message asking you what your email was and if it was the email addresses we were missing a credit from the 4 emails I have no credit for. I have not since received a reply back from you before you posted here both of which were sent before this post.

None of those are my email. The email you keep replying to is the one I've used, "crsentkik". If I'm not under you, then I don't remember, it was over 3 weeks ago.

Who's ever link was at the top, Nov.30 or around that time frame was the referral I used.


Do people still believe this? im not going to believe it till i see someone getting an xbox one.
Yeah, now I'm starting to think this is a scam. So no one has gotten a prize yet? Luckily I used a throw away card that's already gone and a throw away email address.

Yeah your not under me with that email and I have been up on the top since the 28th. Idk what referral used but it wasn't mine. So the only person to ever respond was grape juice who is missing the credit I think the other people signed up when I posted in the steam key trading thread stating I was giving away keys, then didn't complete a offer since it cost money. I need to have my link posted back up then, since all this confusion I'm sitting at 9 confirmations maybe 10 when grape juice gets his stuff situated w/ the missing credit.


I listed my confirmation emails in the post stated with the ones from the 30th of November.

Is there a better way to get this going? Is there anyway to make sure someone is not getting more than 11 referrals. And people that dont have a completed offer or dont intend on doing one be removed from the list. It just seems like the line just stopped moving.

The line has stopped moving because Trainn isn't making good on almost anyone's rewards. Several of us have been waiting for over a month for our accounts to be confirmed so that we can even order a reward... It's very disappointing.

 
I'm just trying to be patient like everyone else... My order still hasn't been sent it's been on received for a while now. I'm thinking about just switching to cash.
 
Hey guys If you still didn't receive your reward choose cash and just keep sending support tickets, because I know at least two people outside  these conga lines were waiting on their rewards for a couple of weeks that did that and finally got paid on Wednesday only after telling the they would go to the BBB. Smh and if your still waiting on pending credit send support ticket until they answer . They'll tell you didn't send the correct info for the MCR like the full headers and confirmation email, so do it again correctly. In this case I will be just choosing cash after my last two referrals credit. Keep trying.

Submitted my account for review today for the cash, I just got a family friend to fill out my last referral. So I wouldn't have to wait for grapejuice's pending credit request. Let's see how long the wait is now.

Edit: I choose cash I guess I will contact them middle of next week with support ticket ever few days to check the status of it and threaten them after a few weeks I suppose.

Lol. I've been threatening them with the BBB and more for the past 3-4 unanswered emails. Still waiting...
I was emailing them as well, I thought that WAS the support ticket, but you have to go to account then support tickets for that. They actually responded 3 hours later saying that I need to provide them with a verified Paypal email address (which I did when I placed the order >_>)

My god. This is literally the worst company in the world.

 
The fact that no one has recieved a reward sucks. I'm stuck at 3 referrals and unless someone gets their reward, I don't see this Conga moving forward. Just my luck it dies out when my link gets put up...
 
My Xbox One order for $480 just moved to "processing" and I was told to expect it Wednesday as well. Kinda irritated with their response to me though:

As you are not seeing the email replies, please check your Bulk folder as it is possible that the replies are being mis-sorted to that folder.

In the future, as recommended on the contact page, if you have not already done so, and the email was sorted to that folder, we would recommend adding [email protected] to your list of allowed / whitelist senders.

Regarding your order, your order was on a temporary hold as you had not specified your preferred payment method when placing your order.

As it appears you would like to receive payment via PayPal, I have updated your order. Payment will be issued via PayPal during our next fulfillment period which will occur on Wednesday.

Umm.. no. You never sent any emails. I get emails from [email protected] in my inbox. I would have gotten a response to my dozen+ emails. And according to your Better Business Bureau profile, it IS necessary to resort to threats. There was no attempt to respond within 24 hours, or even 2 business days. I can not believe they would pretend that there was. And I don't appreciate being treated like I'm stupid. Not only that, but the instructions never mention "specifying a preferred payment method." Terrible, terrible business.

Same they lied and said they sent me a gift card through Amazon. Spoke to three amazon reps telling me it never happened. Trainn tries to lie and say check bulk mail lol that is always the first excuse they use. Afterwards they say they will give me card info in a support ticket if i want. I say ok but it is pretty obvious they could have just put it in ticket right away instead of asking me if that is what i wanted. So after i say ok they never respond lol i give up i am done with those clowns. I sent one last ticket blasting them.

You will probably get paid. I think they pay most people but probably not on time. As far as gift cards and consoles i think they don't give them out anymore. It costs more to give out the consoles and gift cards as opposed to paypal. That is why they bs you and say shipped but items have no tracking and never arrive. They seem to be picking and choosing who to give stuff out to based on who complains more. They told me me i was supposed to get my gift card from digital no reply@amazon. I googled digital no reply stuff and found out that was a scam email thing. Once amazon confirmed no gift card was being used i realized they probably just google what an amazon email should be and picked the wrong one to use as a lie it should have been noreply@amazon.

 
My gift card order for the PS4 conga has been "received" since November 30th and they haven't answered ANY of my e-mails to them.  After reading some of the grief being given for gift cards, I cancelled that order and changed it to the cash option today.  Then I sent another support ticket saying I've been waiting since November 30 and I would appreciate a date that they will send me my money.

I'll let you guys know if they even answer.  And BabyBiscuit, I'd love to know if they actually come through and pay you today.  I bet not - it is New Year's Day.  That'll be their excuse.

My gift card said shipped and they lied and said amazon emailed it. I asked and amazon said they lied. Support said they would now put info in ticket if i wanted. I said ok they never sent info lol. That is from freeps4system so good luck. They seem to sometimes fulfill paypal but never when it comes to the non cash rewards. They are trying to do what costs them the least but even paypal seems to be a pick and choose who gets it.

I'll definitely keep you guys updated, and a terrible excuse that will be considering the fact that they specifically said Wednesday lol.

 
Got this update to my support ticket about an hour ago:

Re-attempted payments are not issued issued at the same time as the standard payments. Re-attempts occur at the very end of the day.


A previous support ticket reply was not provided as there were not any opened until 12/27, not due to the inclusion of the BBB.

Regarding the BBB, the reason for such is we do not provide priority support through the Better Business Bureau. The highest priority is provided to users using the support methods on our sites as it is the fairest method possible to all and the only necessary step should any issues arise.

Further, claims submitted using the BBB system are often provided to us on a delayed basis after they have been processed and reviewed by them, many times long after any issue has already been resolved using the support methods on our sites.

Once the requests are submitted to us, they are then answered on batch basis and, as when involving the BBB, it can result in the matter needing to solely be handled through their system causing further delays to the resoluti
If taken literally, there is still hope we get our money today. lol

Congrats! Now I wonder how much of that is due to you putting in a lot of leg work. Now that I see some proof, from someone I trust, I will continue with the process. However I am still a little wary of it since many people ahead of you haven't received there prize yet.
