I'm copying and pasting this from the other thread I just responded to just to bump this incase it helps others out.

So I received a response to my ticket on the 12th saying there looking into my account and would follow up.. I'm just gonna keep my fingers crossed if anything comes up I'll let you guys know.

Best advice I can give everyone close every ticket you've opened. Open a brand new ticket and make it short.
