Wait when did Frosty get a Xbone?   Hey, now u can play flappy bird while u watch lame tv shows on dat amazon box jay, lol

I went to talk to this girl at school and she was like "oh nice to meet you" and then started to walk really fast away from me and then my self-esteem died.

I'd hope so. That picture would make a professional photographer vomit all over the cake at the wedding they're at if they saw it.

Plain?! Flavored?! I like blueberry oatmeal a lot lol
Man, you love anything and everything blueberry!

Plain (i.e. not pre-flavored) with milk, mashed banana, and on very rare occasion with a side of watermelon. Try it sometime. Tell me what you think it tastes like.

Nah dude, I'm not gonna read the rest of your discussion on this but HIMYM's ending was poorly done.
Well you shoulda, because I didn't exactly love it or hate it. I just accepted it. But yeah, I appreciate and see valid points from both sides of the argument. I'm also stern on the fact that based on the outcome, it was a poorly titled show that left a lot of fans with high, yet unfulfilled expectations. I definitely feel more now that the show was about Robin, and is why the seris begins with her introduction to the gang.

Honestly, I don't know why you keep bringing up the title of the show cuz it has nothing to do why the finale was mediocre borderlining on very poor.

I do love me my blueberries!

I prefer chopped bananas over mashed bananas for something like that, but I've put them in oatmeal before and it is good. I always use milk in my oatmeal.

it's even better if you put in blueberries on top of the bananas! :p

Because it took 9 seasons for Ted to get to the point in the story where he actually met the mother. I don't even know how much 'real' time storytelling that was. The focus of the show had nothing to do with how he met the mother, or very little, therefore this was not really the story of how he met the mother... obviously. The writer's made it so. All it was, was a finishing point.

The point at which two people meet is a finite point in time (I don't want to get into parallel universes... yet). They've met. They can no longer meet (in terms of first encounter). Done. He met the mom. You can only really write one episode about that. The finale was HIMYM. Not the series.

"Hey, how did you two meet?"

"Hold on... it's going to take me 9 years to get to that point..."

I also forgot, and this may be key, I don't know... you gotta microwave the oatmeal, banana, and milk mixture.

Did you watch HIMYM finale yet?

I don't understand what your saying.

The title of the show could have been "Storytime, Kids!" and that would have made the finale no better or worse than it already was.

Hmmmm, I usually microwave it but add the bananas afterwards...perhaps I will try your method one of these times!

Also, no. I probably won't for a while since I don't watch stuff live and wait for Hulu/Netflix to get it.

It should have, and would have been better if it was called "Storytime, Kids!"

I guess I'm not looking at it in terms of opinion, but on logic. What if the story had ended with him just meeting her at the train station? I think that would have been better. It is how/where they met. But naturally viewers want to know more, and the writer's unsuccessfully tried to provide more. Yes, I still agree the way and what they wrote kinda sucked. He could continue telling the kids stories of adventures with the mom and gang. But he already met the mom and the goal of the show/title was met.

Honestly, I expected the last season to be just that: adventures with mom and gang. So I guess I was let down from the beginning of the season when I knew the wedding weekend was going to be played out.

Yeah. Gotta microwave the banana too. Do you like grilled bananas? I'm not saying it's the same, but I'm sure it's similar. I bet DK does.

Why don't you try CBS.com? Oh... you're probably playing video games.

Grilled bananas.....not sure lol.

CBS.com only has the last 3 episodes, I could have done that before, but not now :(

Question for you guys with Xbox One's: Is it possible to broadcast TV via twitch via Xbox One? Or does this break some kind of terms/agreements?
I don't fuck ing know. That's why I asked!
I mean, I kind of agree that that's something you shouldn't have to ask lol.

But in seriousness, no, there's no way they would let you stream that. Same goes with any of the movie/show apps

So the package that my DBZ season 3 came in was just straight up missing a corner, so I let them know that I believe UPS mishandled it, and I got a partial refund. Season 3 for $9, I didn't even want a refund though, just don't want a crappy UPS guy who doesn't care about the stuff he delivers >.<

Wait, the battle isn't over. So they can tell if you are trying to broadcast copyrighted material and have a measure in place to prevent it? Or does the technology just not allow it?
They have a way of telling, it was on the 360/PS3 as well, if you set those up to Stream and went to an app, there would be an error code and you actually couldn't even open the app while you had the streaming device plugged into the system even.

I just checked, and they have 5 episodes available. Or is that still not enough for you to 'catch up?'
Huh, I only saw 3. But yeah, I haven't even started season 9 in general since it's not on Hulu at all and Netflix takes a while, so I'm usually behind a lot of people when it comes to watching stuff unfortunately. :(

Oh wow. Then I'm really sorry if we spoiled anything for you.

I appreciate that, I understand it happens though, it's something I have to deal with due to how I watch shows so I kinda get used to it. I just try to avoid places that would be directly discussing it/skip over what I do see, it makes sense it would be talked about in here since we talk about everything but I'm not going to avoid this thread lol. The worst is when it's in the most random place, like I look up a video on youtube and a top comment is "Man did you see the new BLANK I can't believe BLANK dies/etc." It's just like....really >.<.

Like I said before though I didn't spoil everything and I'm sure I'll still enjoy watching the season anyways.

I'm in the same boat. Haven't had cable for five years, so it's a risk you take. Never really expected HIMYM talk in here of all places, but even if something did get spoiled, I don't see it impacting me. I think Ted and his outcome is at the top of my list of shit I don't care about in that show. I'm just in it for Marshall and Barney.

Can't argue with that, I don't really watch these sitcoms for story, it's about the comedy/characters. So there will still be some stuff that makes me laugh in the season and that's the main thing I want!
