My review for Transistor isn't done yet, but I can say that it's a really cool strategy RPG. The thing that sets it apart is that you collect a bunch of "functions" that can be set in a variety of ways to give you up to four unique actions to use in battle. You can set any of them as main functions for the base form of the action with up to two other functions as upgrades to alter the base function in some cool ways. There are also some passive slots that those functions can be placed to give some overall modifiers to your abilities. They make these combos easy to figure out since you can view a function's profile that lists all possible combos with some details for each action. It's a really cool system that let's you set your actions to fit your play style.

Dont kid yourself. You would wait a year until it is free on plus and then complain that some dude came running up to you and spoiled the story.

should have told the wife to fly a kite, and got a ps4 with my target monies. now i have another cool game on my list to wait for. at least child of light will make its way to vita. that's one i can scratch off.

Lets be honest. How deep and rewarding can the combat really be with a file size of only 2.5 gigs.

I highly doubt you make enough money to waste given the intelligence level you show in your posts. Even though your money isn't "wasted" when you can return something for a full refund.

I first brought the chipped discs to attention on here 2 years ago when no one believed me until I had to post pictures to prove it after a mod here asked me to. Till this day, all of my game discs from them have chips on them. Some are even worst than he ones in the pictures in my SIG. I stop posting them after a while.

No doubt they send chipped discs, that wasn't the point. This guy always complains about it though and still continues buying from them. He claims he lost money, when they'll refund the money with ease if it doesn't work. That, and apparently he bought some chipped dicks as well, which I didn't know they sold. :whistle2:k

Every game I had bought from them were all chipped, and those were the ones in my pictures. They don't bother me, but I don't resell or trade my games. Those who do, and there are a lot of us on here who trade their games in to fund other purchases, may. I never had a problem getting refunds. Gamefly had sent me discs that were cracked on the inner rings many before and wouldn't play at all.

It's not really 3D either, just an overhead perspective that you can't change. It's a strategy RPG, so you spend most of your battles in the paused turn mode.

I thought that would be the hardest trophy but after playing so many times trying to beat Hell, I feel pretty good about it. It looks like it's going to be like 75% luck. Plus, if I die, it's not like it's been a huge time sink. Also, I just have to beat the main game, I don't need to beat Hell.

When the first trailer for BioShock hit I was about as excited as anybody. 

I knew it was going to be something special, but at the time I didn't have a 360. 

I didn't get to play BioShock until it was released on the PS3, exactly 14 months after it was originally released.

Yeah with the right spawning of the levels I think it would be doable. Spelunky can be a time sink though because I always say to myself "one more time".

All this Spelunky and trophy talk makes me wish my backlog was cleared so I could take more time with the games I really enjoy. I've never really been a "trophy hunter", but at times it sounds like fun.

Not really. You mainly pause the action and decide which actions to use to fill up this action timeline that you're given to work. You can fight outside of that, but you're putting yourself at a disadvantage not using the turn mode.

I wish I had enjoyed the game more because their DLC is pretty cool. I beat it once and had a great time with it, but not enough to play through it 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 times. Even with unique characters, moves, and bosses, the core combat wasn't enough to suck me back in.

I'm playing MR right now. I'm getting kind of pissed off that every time I clear an area I have to run through 10 empty stages to get back to start going towards the next area. Really, really pointless and annoying.
