Mass effect 1 DLC - none of it is all that necessary
Mass effect 2 DLC - bare minimum you need lair of the shadow broker and arrival. Stolen memory is also recommended as it introduces a new character.
Mass effect 3 DLC - leviathan helps explain the reapers and citadel is a terrific send off to all your favorite characters. Citadel should be played as the very last thing, after completion of everything else.
 
They said Leviathan was 3 hours, 2 if you rushed it. That seems very brief for $5/10. I already had from ashes and omega for free, but I grabbed citadel cuz I heard it was great fanfare. I feel my skipping Leviathan will be ok.

Shadow Broker is included with all ps3 versions of ME2. I skipped Arrival also. After Portal 2, I think I will start the ME series. Anyone wanna help with some portal 2 co op hugs?

Almost done with Amazing Spider-man 2. Grinding the last few suits. This game is so horrible, especially compared to the first.

Also finished all battlefield bad company 2 onslaughts on hardcore, woot. Very easy once you get a full party.

True, you could just watch Leviathan on YouTube. I don't like to do that, but if you're okay with it then you should. It really does help expand on the ME3 ending and the origin of the reapers.

Arrival leads directly into the beginning of ME3. So you may be a bit confused at the beginning of ME3 if you don't play arrival.

I think Bring Down The Sky is a good buy for ME1 DLC, it was a lot of fun and pretty cheap too I believe. I'd recommend that over Stolen Memory and Arrival (Arrival kinda sets up ME3 but it's done half-assed and is not essential to understand ME3)

His list doesn't have all of the Vita games on the original list, just so you know. There are a number that are listed for PS3 or PS4 that are also coming to Vita.

I just don't know if I can pull the trigger on the ME3 DLC. Finding that $18 hard to swallow. Would be easier if not for the looming shadow of a next gen compilation.

Citadel is a no brainer. As a fan of ME, it's the greatest DLC ever. It's pure fan service in a good way. It also rarely goes on sale.
 
Anyway, I did go back to Ratchet 1 and now that I have the upgraded nano tech and weapons it is much easier.  I think maybe I was coming down off my high and was taking it out on poor ole ratchet.

Do we know if the next gen compilation is a remaster? If its not than I thinks its good to reason that its going to be a lazy ps3 to ps4 port

Going for the plat? If you do the bolts glitch I posted the vid for the only thing that should give you any trouble are the skill points for the hoverboard races.

Yeah i will go for the plat. I already beat the hover board race in under 1:35 last night. It was actually pretty fun and only took me about 10 -12 tries to master. I think I am golden now. Part of my frustration was that I started over in challenge mode and saved over my save file not realizing I would lose my gadgets and progress in all the levels. So I have to play through the entire game again to get all the gadgets and finish up the skills/bolts. Since I was frustrated with the controls I was going to say fuck it and move on. But I went back after playing a level or two in RC2 and glad I did. Everything seems to be clicking more for me now.

Sony is giving us new game news so we can keep the thread going without bans. Sony is now aware of the problems in the thread and is trying to keep us on track.

Bring Down the Sky (from ME 1) is an excellent DLC and is better still than most of the stuff put out by others even years later. I'm not sure if it's included with ME 1 on PS3 or not but it's worth a cheap buy if it's not.

Now Pinnacle Station from ME 1 was crap. I think Bioware didn't even take the time to port that one if I remember correctly.

We don't know anything as there's no hints from EA/Bioware even. It's all speculation and internet hope. I wouldn't expect a big graphics upgrade but would buy it for remote play alone.

 
I wonder if the Borderlands 2 Vita numbers include the "free" copies that came with Vitas or if that number was big enough to even matter.  Either way, it's not a good sign for those who were sure Borderlands 2 would sell a lot and make a difference for the Vita's future (at least for AAA development).

Also, i'm surprised to see GOW so low on the Vita list.  I guess that doesn't include all the free glitched sales...

How many times do I have to say this thread is awesome? Not disputing that. It's communities like this that got me back into gaming after a very lengthy hiatus.

That doesn't mean there isn't some nastiness. Or that a good number of people aren't turned off by it. Or that Jay and Tyler aren't largely responsible for it. Does that mean they aren't good members or without redeeming qualities? No, but this notion they were unfairly targeted is hilarious. If you want to get upset at the mods or people for pointing it out, fine, but your efforts are probably best spent advising them on how to not get banned again. All the doubling down and defensiveness proves nothing.

Again with the opinions. Perhaps you are insulated from it because you are hardly on the receiving end of the bullshit? I don't want to only fraternize with people who think like me nor do I see a reason to go at people as hard as some of you do. Over games, no less. So the fuck what if someone doesn't like PS+. Or indies. Or trophies. Or Dark Souls. If anything this is a great platform to get people to expand their horizons. I know I try. I never looked at a trophy list before joining here and now have 10 or so completions. I know it isn't a lot, but still. I even tried those nasty ass oreos. :???: Not saying you have to be as interested in what I share, but at least allow me (and others) the space to do so. That is all.
