Ha, but these characters are so adorable
Haha actually they are. Everything about that game is set up for me to love it. Except for the scathing challenge level which just turned me off.

I'll definitely be streaming it on PS4 though. I'll point out all the flaws in the game (aka bitch every time I die).

Coming from someone who has it but has yet to play it, I look forward to it. (the stream, not necessarily playing the game)

Just got back from walmart and got a big box of Pop Tarts and some wii u eshop codes. I'm pretty hype right now

I want you to stream Bloodborne when it comes out. I think you're gonna love the game.

I resigned myself to the fact I was getting a collectors edition of Destiny for a while now, have just been waiting for their announcement. I rarely buy special editions, I even passed on both versions of Borderlands 2 which was my favorite IP of last gen, but I'm committing to this. I'm probably even going for the Ghost edition. I'm just really hyped about this game.

Plus that Ghost is much better than that cheap plastic chest of BL2.

When I saw Primus I actually got the tix free from a radio station contest.  Actually won tickets to see Silversun Pickups at 1st Ave that exact same night, which happened to be my birthday.  Ended up picking Primus because Les Claypool is a god and SSPU was new and I wasn't into them nearly as much as I am now (they're my favorite current band probably).  I even got my wife to come with me even though that's not really her kinda music.  She appreciates good bass playing though, since I'm a bass player.  I believe she may have even said Les looked a bit sexy slappin tha bass at one point.  Drums & Tuba was the opener.  Never heard of them before but it was pretty interesting.  Literally was a tuba player, a drummer, and a guitarist with lots of looping equipment.  Don't regret my choice one bit because of the whole bass god thing and the seats were like 3rd row or something.

Wait, you don't like trophies?!??!? WHAT!?!?!?!?!?
Nah. Trophy hunting is kind of like cunnilingus. Sure its fun once in awhile, but I've got more worthwhile things to do with my time.

I consider myself more of a Nightwing, but if I was ever anyone's Robin it would be yours. We dated remember. We have deep, albeit brief, history.
Oh, I remember. Now that you're my Robin it might be time for a backslide. Nahmeen?

Whoa, wall of text. Only Velo can go on this long in this thread ya heard?

Sweet, Tyler confirmed I'm the champ.

That Destiny LE is something I want, but literally every single LE/CE I've ever bought, I've regretted. I'm hoping it pulls a Halo and you'll be able to get it for dirt cheap down the road.

I was super pumped to play Steamworld as soon as I got off work, and come to find out I didn't charge my Vita and the battery is dead. Talk about a real bummer. I guess I'll do the responsible thing and go grocery shopping instead.

Do I really need to be in this thread for Frisky style copy pasting?
This thread is the exact same thing as that thread. The only difference is the OP is different and now we don't have to hear whining about being off-topic.

Besides that, it's the exact same thing. Most the chatter will be about video games but if a few guys want to talk about Oreos they're now welcome to without any fear of moderation or people bitching them out later or in other threads.

Did you know that you can play your Vita while you are charging it? All you have to do is plug the charger into the bottom of the Vita, then play it while the cord is attached.

With the Nyko powergrip, you'd never have that problem :whistle2: And don't forget the Oreo's.

I may Day 1 Destiny since everyone is going to be playing and talking about it, but I'm just gonna go with the Vanilla version for $48 + $10 Reward Zone cert, then play and flip back to Best Buy. Probably grab a GOTY edition later next year to get to the DLC.

Primus is definitely in my top three favorite shows I've seen, along with Tool (when they were new to the scene) and Pantera. I don't get to many shows anymore these days. When I do they're usually not metal shows, my mosh pit days are over.

what do you guys do with your CEs once you have them? display them? all I've ever done is put them in a cabinet until I'm all like 'what the fuck did I buy, off to ebay you go!'

I have three big ass boxes in my crawl space where they all reside. Once we decide to sell this house and get something bigger, they'll all go in my man cave.

I'm the same. I have the Max Payne 3 and Bioshock 2 ones from super cheap discounts on them, but they just sit up in my collection room that I never go in there.

That's exactly what I do, which is why I regret the purchase later. When I was living at school, I'd have stuff displayed, but now it just seems weird.

So last night, I popped in my new Vita memory card, and expected this big ordeal. Everyone is always bitching about how it's a pain to switch cards. It took literally 15 seconds. You guys are such babies sometimes.

My attempt to catch up:

Red Rocks looks stunning in pictures, and I would love to see a show there.

Mint Oreos are awesome, but the best are regular ass Oreos.

Rebecca Black got a career from singing on youtube.

David Gilmore announced a new Pink Floyd album is in the works. First album since 1994's Division Bell. It's going to be called The Endless River.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best news I've heard in a long time.

Division Bell > Momentary Lapse
I agree, although I love both. Division Bell is a more cohesive "album", with a very clear theme (and supposed hidden riddle called: The Publius Enigma) I have a very deep emotional connection it. Momentary Lapse has some GREAT songs though. Learning to Fly and One Slip, being my top picks.

Of course Pink Floyd without Roger Waters isn't really 'Pink Floyd', but they are damn good David Gilmour albums.

I think Tyler's right..this game is going to be the death of me and I've only gotten to 1-3..anything from the shop I should be buying to help out? Also pretty sure trophies are out of the question for this game.

I went to a Marilyn Manson concert a couple years ago just because I knew it would be entertaining...ill continue to stick to my more calming music from now on..

I have the Borderlands loot chest on the kitchen counter as a candy chest. Most of the other stuff is nowhere to be found. I do display a few things though, like the giant Cartman Grand Wizard.

Get a cape or a jet pack. That's really all you need.

I might just keep my 8GB card and use it for smaller downloads. I was planning to just get rid of it after I was led to believe it was some big process to swap them in and out.

Other than rave/events/shows I havn't been to a real concert in almost a decade. I used to see Bowie, Trent Reznor(NIN), Manson, Dope, Rob Zombie, Mindless Self-Indulgence, Garbage, Maynard (A Perfect Circle/Tool), KMFDM, Raymond Watts(Pig/MDFMK). but that was when I was 16-19 and I could jump and mosh etc. Goth chics were super hot back in the day and I was into the whole fishnet/black dyed air, now it's all emo/scene/idk. My girl is chilln hippie, I wouldn't be depressed enough for a goth chic anymore. Punk chics were crazy annoying. oh wait we were talking about music...

i bought a pink floyd dvd called syd barret's first trip or something. i have no idea. pink floyd/wizard of oz combo ever?

Dark Side of the Moon was epic

I'm sitting here watching my kid play Sonic CD on my wife's Kindle, and man am I shocked at how good he is at it. The fact that he's using these stupid touchscreen controls makes it even more impressive.
