Weekend flash sales usually last the whole weekend. This one ends on Monday afternoon.

Nope. You could grab them with an alternate account if you want to go that route.

 
Time to get some old RPGS I beat or almost beat before (Wild Arms 2 (have Alter Code F so don't need the first), legend of dragoon). Also will pick up Double Dragon Neon (didn't have PS+ at that time) and maybe the Syphon Filter Games (beat 1 and 2 ages ago). Something tells me they aged horribly. Do people remember in Syphon filter having that tazer that like extended crazy far haha....I got a kick out of that.

Took a bite of Harvest Moon, Syphon Filter, Wild Arms, Velocity Ultra, and Double Dragon Neon (for when I own a PS3 later). What should I expect from Syphon Filter? I generally don't care for stealth action, but if there's a little run 'n gun action there too, it might help it go down more smoothly.

Maybe it's just me but this sale is weak. People getting excited over ancient games and stuff that's been free.

I loved Syphon Filter back in the day but those games haven't aged well at all.

poopers, so i we still can't buy games we've redeemed as PS+ games while we're still ps members huh? =\ there is a way you can but it involves asking PSN technical support to remove the license from your account though. i was wondering why I couldn't buy bioshock infinite or redeem my resident evil ps1 code.

 
Playstation and SNES and such RPGs aren't too bad usually. They still play well though they obviously look older. I still find fun in playing the classics. I will skip out on some like Dino Crisis, as even back then it felt average to me, plus I beat it back then. I'm all for old RPGs, strategy games, old platformers (not so much those early 3D ones) and old puzzle games and such. The only ones that aged horribly imho are some of the action games and some not so great 3D games. I think people should enjoy the old games and not forget them and many of them are fun or possibly funner than they were before. It's all in the viewpoint of the person.

Not to mention most of this was free with PS+. It's mainly because they're a dollar. Some classic ps1 goodies for a dollar isn't bad if you'll play them.

I spent a month going through a lot of the early ps+ ps1 games (RE, Tomb Raider, Dino Crisis, etc). The ONLY one I really found still playable was Syphon Filter. Sure, it was aged, but I had no problems with the control scheme. I'm obviously not including rpgs and other games like Destruction Derby that likely wouldn't have control issues to begin with.

I actually had a lot of fun with SP... still need to get to the sequels.

Damn it, I thought I owned the Dino Crisis games already.  Picked up WA2, Harvest, and Dragoon.  

Debating on Dino Crisis, but I swear I played one and didn't really dig the ancient controls.  Maybe I was thinking of something else.

Black Knight 2000, Who Dunnit, High Speed, and Junk Yard are coming to Pinball Arcade next week for PS3/Vita and 7/22 for PS4.

They're going to be launching a Kickstarter for The Addams Family table later this summer.

No Discount for Season Two on PS4 for those that own it on PS3/Vita. No more trophies for the PS3/Vita version, That's disappointing.

funny there was people in this thread the other day talking about how good the xbox current sales were compared to sonys and then sony releases a flash sale

Huh? That was a sincere question. I don't know what MS had on sale but I can't imagine it was 20-year old games and things we all forgot we got with plus. No offense meant. Gooooo Sonnnny!

Im in for TJ&E! I wanted it on my 360 but im not paying $10 for both TJ&E + Trouble on Funkotron.

Nonetheless,  I love the first one and for a buck-ski? SOLD!
