Thanks. I hope it really is just a prank and the girl's safety isn't being threatened, but in reality any idiot should have enough sense to know this would have terrible implications and should be avoided. It likely isn't completely harmless.

One tip is, the grenade indicator isn't just that one has been thrown in your vicinity, it is a blast range indicator. If you see the grenade indicator at the corner of the screen you are in the damage zone. As soon as the indicator disappears you are in the clear and can stop moving away.

Yeah, I'm starting to figure out how that works. I had three thrown at me at once, and all were light gray on the indicator, and none of them damaged me.

The game stutters every time you unlock a trophy? That's kinda weird.

Don't forget you can paint targets by pressing in the right stick I think it is, that has your teammate target the enemy. Even if they might not kill him, it at least distracts them so that you can pop up to target them. Blind fire with a machine gun over your cover is also great for taking out enemies that are pretty close to in front of you without exposing your body to fire, sometimes you even get a lucky hit from far away.

Suicide Mission is a good balance of difficulty vs fun. FUBAR can become quite tedious in places (ugh, parking garage...) as you basically become as fragile as the enemies you are killing.

Though even on suicide missions you will eventually dread the words "Freebird, move in." Just remember this sequence and you should be ok. Hold forward as the cutscene plays. As soon as you regain control and begin moving forward in a straight line, start counting "one thousand one, one thousand two," etc.; vaulting over the coach in front of you as you go. As soon as you get to four, start sprinting.

 
I'm getting my ass kicked in some mall type thing now.

I've been using the shotgun to get it out of the way, but now i'm in a scenario where it's useless and I don't have a lot of ammo with my other gun.

That part was a bitch. There are a few parts in Spec Ops that are pretty tough, but overall an amazing game.

 
One was high, one no speedy hack yet, 2 were right around my level. Edit: I think the 4th guy might have been high level too actually, can't remember since only played one match with him.

I found the adventure portal in Don't Starve and I'm eleven days in. I don't know if I should play adventure or last as long as I can to unlock more char...pfft, trophies. What do you guys think?

 
Yeah, two of them are buddies of mine from UC2 and 3 - the higher level guys.  The lower level guys were annoying and I didn't know them.

Spec Ops is super hard. It's great though.
 
so glad I made the move for the sentry. Perfect for the 3-4 hours I sit here every night eating dinner, and waiting for my ankle to stop screaming at me. Beat 3 downloaded games in the last few days, and deleted one cause it annoyed me.

Yeah iv been drinking and pain pills and etc all day. I had a root canal earlier and it sucks balls.  I have a really hard time paying attention and stuff like that. I would put my mic on too but I still have my audio setting on my turtle beaches from the other day doing clan war. just pretty lazy. I don't mean to be a dick or anything. My kids don't die too much when iv made them do it. it's help bioshock 2 boost or do the laundry now ;) lol Peace bros

Thermo he is talking game sharing / don't encourage it here.

It is looking like infamous got lost in the mail.  It supposedly left Tampa on the 18th.  It definitely should not be a week to get to Atlanta. I usually get games in a few days.  Of course, this was the only time I ever used the hold until my top game is available so I already wasted a couple days before they shipped it from my last game coming in too.

At least I think Ill get Touch My Katamari in the next day or so now.  I went ahead and played the latest Walking Dead episode tonight.

I started going through Velocity again thinking I would have to just get 50 perfect but then I realized there's a trophy for getting perfect on all stages. So once again, fuck that.
