False alarm guys. My PS3 was going with GTA. I just came up and saw the monitor off, but then realized it was unplugged because I was using that outlet to charge my Vita. Derp.

But I got 157k RP overnight and went up to rank 57. Sweeeeeeeet.

What do you do for that?

So, I'm pulling a Tyler and playing Don't Starve. Game is missing something. I'm just about done with it, just needing two regular character trophies and the two adventure character ones.

Those gold trophies were easy. Game would be 10x better with multiplayer.

Really? Where did you find gears? I could never find those stupid clockwork enemies to create the machine.

Gamesharing. Sell both up front as "phantoms" and in six months he can reset and sell again. Keep doing that until he has a PS4 of his own and he basically got the game for nothing or if he sells it enough he'll make a profit...which is a no no in the GS community, but no one seems to care until someone is making more than them.

On an individual sale, yea, it is a no-no here to try to profit. Over the life of several resets, no one is going to notice or care if a profit is generated as long as the pricing is fair with each round of resetting.

You won`t find them on BB.com how much seed money do you have? $200 should cover it(you won`t actually have to lose $200)
1- Get 2 movers kit coupons
2- Use 1 on a BB $200 pre-paid visa +$16
3- Buy 2 $15 GS PUR pro subs to get 2 B2G1 coupons(ask the staff that way you get 2 coupons)
4- Find 2 games at GS with $44 BB TIV hopefully a PS3 & 360 version of the same title or something like it
5- Use the b2g1 coupon on each set & the GS B-day coupon on each one too
6- Trade all 6 games into BB
7- Use the 2nd movers coupon on the GCU sub -$12+ tax
8- Pay using the gc`s from the trades with credit leftover for later
9- The visa should be used to pay the GS subs & for the 6 games you may have credit left on it too.

If you chose a $54.99 GS game each(1 will be $39.xx, 1 $49.xx 1 free + $15 for the sub) so $104.xx + tax turns into $134.xx @ BB per set. +$30ish(before tax) per set. If the games are on sale at GS even better.

In the end you have the sub for $60 true cost, 2 yrs of PUR(which you can see pays off well when used right), over 4,000 PUR pts, 184 base mybb purchases pts, pts on the trades(at least $5 back in credit) and credit left over at BB.

I can do it all in about an hour since GS are right next to BB so your time may vary. There maybe other straight buy/trade flips that net + $10-$20 per game to which are simplier but aren`t always available & won`t yield the same payoff b/c there`s less work involved.

Saving`s of $60+ in an hr I wouldn`t mind making $60/hr although then I probably wouldn`t be a CAG.

So I just opened my Saints Row IV that bought from Amazon when they had the free season pass deal+ SRIV for $20 ( I had a $20 credit,) and found the Commander in Chief Edition DLC. This is just the standard game and doesn't say Commander in Chief edition and doesn't have the commander in chief cover either. Is this normal? Did I just get lucky? *shrug* What up wit it?

It's really weird when CAGs turning video games into currency. Yeah, I've done a few super-easy flips once in a while, but I'm really just here to save money on video games I want to play.

Anybody plat Rainbow Moon? I've played about 5 hours on PS3, but switching to Vita to do the rest. Trying to decide if the plat is worth going for. Looks like quite a bit of the trophies are post-game leveling and such. What kind of time stretch did it add after finishing the game to get the plat? Disregarding the 100 hours trophy, which can be gamed easily by just holding down the controls.

I'm slowly working on it. I play it for awhile every 3rd or 4th game so I don't burn out on it and I end up enjoying my time with it. Fighting high level enemies gives more experience, so it's better to have an interesting fight in a hard dungeon than it is to grind easy enemies to level up. IIRC there aren't any 'random' based trophies, at least. I'm glad I ended up buying some of the dlc last time because it removes micromanaging units for kills entirely, which I don't enjoy in srpgs.

I did quite a lot of flipping at Best Buy and Gamestop until 1-2 months ago (things are quiet at both places now) and even I think that's too much work.

I used to really be into flipping to help feed my habit. I'd move credit, I'd buy "rare" games ( I have sold at least 25 Atelier Rorona's Premium edition GS Exclusive) but it became such a headache and not worth it. If I can get a game from gamestop or best buy, finish it and traded it in for more than I paid for in a week, I'll do it, but other than that it's too much of a hassle. #LazyCheapAssGamer

enuf comes up with some of the most complicated flipping scenarios I've ever seen, and considering the acrobatics involved it's generally not that impressive of a return. he might be a full time schemer.

Once you set up yourself good so you can explore, you just need to find the Wooden Thing, where those monsters will be a 100% of the time.

This means you have a pickaxe, axe, logsuit, berries, rocks, logs, carrots, backpack, science and alchemy machine. Once you fill that criteria, go look for the Wooden thing. Shouldn't take you more than two or three days (16,24 minutes).

Last time, reached day 32, but didn't set up farms, so I starved. Picking flowers helps sanity and 12 of them make a garland, which you equip to keep sanity full.

I have a friend who has gone way deeper, setting up farms and killgrounds. I got those golds easy enough, so should you.

In my experience people online in every game are good. They're always filled with people who only play that game their whole lives.

It's probably about 50/50 as far as the skill level you run into. I have no idea how close I am to getting this, but I know I've won quite a few and it doesn't seem necessary to boost. You have to play a shit ton of community levels to plat so you'll probably get it along the way.

I have it too, just never played it. Having never played LBP or most of the kart racers that come out....how hard/fun will this be for me to play through for trophies? I'm good at racers, and have no kids. But I'd download it and help out too, maybe I'll end up liking it.

I've wanted to play Sword of the Berserk for years. I guess I should look into a DC emulator for that. Not sure how well it's aged, though.

It's fun, as I remember it was about as polished as the first Devil May Cry game. Main weapon is a huge sword (so you have to be strategic with your strikes in close corridors as the blade bounces off walls), but it offers sub-weapons which are useful. It is also one of the first games to use QTEs.

Anybody know a list of the disc-only PS3 games? Having trouble finding anything like that and don't want to have to compare the PS3 games list to the PS3 PSN games list on wiki.

Wanting to see which PS3 exclusives that are disc-only I should look into, basically, in order to start working towards finishing off the PS3 system so I can move to PS4 down the road. The games that are on PSN I'll just be patient on until I've gotten my PS3 backlog down further, or consider playing on PS4 if Now ever becomes feasible.

It doesn't list all of them, probably 95% of them, but PC PSN store->games->all games-> then click the check box under game type "disc only."

Spent like 5 days moving. Worked a ton for 4 days. Then I took my gf to visit her family out in Alabama (that 12 hr drive sucks). So been gone the past week. My life will be back to normal Monday. It's been a crazy two weeks.

I also wanted to randomly mention. I'm kinda annoyed/pissed that one of the TLOU trophies glitched on me. The collectible artifact one. I have the trophy for getting all total collectibles in the game but didn't get one of the ones for a specific type of collectible. Makes no sense.

So after all the barriers to entry were removed I decided to try the Destiny beta and I don't get what the big deal is. The weapons aren't that interesting, the eventual level up skills look kind of of anemic and you can't pick and choose its all in a set order, and the environment is pretty bland. Not better than borderlands 1 or Defiance. Does the hunter class just suck to play or something? As that's the only one I've played so far.
