In my case, Doki Doki Universe is dangerously close to being deleted in favor of Rogue Legacy starting tomorrow. I just can't really find a reason to continue playing it--comparing it to Scribblenauts is actually quite apt, since I was bored with those, too. :???:

Doki-Doki Universe seemed pretty weird. I started it but stopped. Definitely felt like a variant on Scribblenauts, but without the fun part of Scribblenauts, seeing what kind of nonsense you can create in the world. Which isn't really that fun, but is more fun than the game part.

I caved and got Backgammon Blitz Vita for $2. Anyone actually play this online?

Now to decide on Marvel v. Capcom: Origions. I don't think I ever played the original, but it looks pretty bitchin' with '90s all over it.
 
So am I mistaken, or are the graphics in Arkham Origins a definite downgrade from AA and AC?  I am not referring to glitches etc.  The overall look seems much less impressive.

I thought someone posted that the servers were down for that one (Marvel vs Capcom), so I would not buy unless they were wrong or you are ok with only playing it local.

 
I didn't plan this Rogue Legacy/Last of Us Remastered thing well. Both on the same day? I know what's going to happen is that I end up playing Rogue Legacy a ton and don't get to my copy of Last of Us Remastered for a while. I hope it hasn't dropped to $20 before I get to it.

I heartily recommend it if you like 90s fighting games. mvc2 was never my cup of tea to play against people except for the insane variety but with mvco you get the originals (msh and mvc) and those really shine to me. you can see the beginnings of a lot of current concepts still being fleshed out but they're still fun since they predate fighting games getting buck nutty. I wish they could've included xmen vs street fighter, that was my jam.

I had planned to only play local as I usually suck against real people in fighting games. All trophies can be gotten offline too.

FYI, I'm in for The Last of Us Multiplayer, never played the multiplayer on PS3, would love to join some guys to see if we could get trophies and enjoy the team aspect?

So I found a couple Bioshock games last night. I'm up to level 3 boys! I kept getting in with this one level 50 guy that apparently spends his life slaughtering noobs on bioshock. I was lucky to get a few miscellaneous trophies out if the way like killing a big daddy. The end.

I didn't realize some of the cast of the show was in it. Looks more interesting. I've not watched any of Arrow, but I did watch the pilot for The Flash (which looks quite fun despite having the always-annoying Danielle Panabaker) and it made me a little interested.

Huge thumbs down for the shitty voice thing Arrow has going on, though. It was stupid as hell in Batman. Does he always talk like that in costume?

Yeah. But at least it sounds like a normal voice-changer, and doesn't sound like he's being strangled. That bothered me so much in Batman. It's a great show and you should watch it, although if you just watched that video you spoiled some stuff for yourself.

 
sorry for all the posts. how long is the full season 1 (video game) of Walking Dead? think I might just knock that out next and see what all the hubbub is about.

Season 1 was pretty good, season 2 was really good as it was more serialized. He usually only uses that voice changer when he is in costume talking to someone who knows Oliver Queen.

 
Stotch,  When playing Origins online with a mic, do only the people in the same faction hear each other or can everyone talk to each other?  The more I read about this, the more I agree it is going to take some very good coordination.  If done right, it seems like even the ones not going for the Predator Paragon could possibly get Clutch (although I haven't played to fully understand the no reinforcement requirements).

I am hoping each person can get "I like these odds" along with "Predator Paragon" and "Know Thy Enemy" if we have a 4 player gel kill as the 6th takedown in the chain.  Worried about all this talk about the round ending for intimidation if we do that though.
