Why would I correct you? You insulted me and gave me nothing to go on till your next post, at which point i did correct you.

And I wasn't dismissive of sexism at all. I simply think the solution is far different than you, and don't think censorship is the answer. That isn't dismissive. In fact, I gave like 6 ways to work towards solving the issue in that post. It would be dismissive to just say 'eh, whatever'. I wrote an essay on how I think the situation can be improved, which is far more than you've ever done other than insult people for disagreeing with you.

You have actually been truly 'dismissive', once implying I was just a 'dude' because you misunderstood my argument, and now because you assume I'm 'white' after another reading comprehension fail. That's actual sexism and racism.

That's what someone who would want me to believe that they don't have an alt account would say... I have my eye on you.

As far as you and your debate partner, I never knew what I said was going to create such a ruckus. Some of the racist / stereotypical things in Sleeping Dogs even seemed intentional. The Yellow Fever song, the guy with the peace signs that I mentioned before and so on. This game has humor that seems to come from what some people would consider Asian stereotypes.

Me either. I want one all the same. I'm happy with the deal I got as well for my black console. And I so just had to delete the rest of this comment, it was a racial joke for sure. But I'd definitely be selling my black one if I got a white one, I'll just say it like that.

Ok, so the standard PS4 might come with a $10 code. Might isn't enough for me when the Destiny bundle definitely does. So I can't factor that into my decision for the black console.

I never called for censorship. Only awareness and dialogue. So when people swoop in calling the conversation "stupid" (as you have twice before), I'm only left to assume it's because they have no clue what it feels like to deal with these things. How in the world you managed to be offended by that is beyond me.

I guess it would probably depend on what batch it came from, or what date it was manufactured? I've seen all the responses....either it was old and expired, there was none, or there was a newer one that wasn't expired.

Same here. I remember specificially looking for it the first time I opened it. Just checked again, definitely nothing. If your PS4 comes with a code its either been gathering dust in a warehouse since release or they actually stopped including them for a period of time before starting it up again.

it really sucks when they add sales tax in a state because of a new business presence and then folks get charged for preorders they placed a year earlier. c.s. never seems to try to remedy it either. most people understandably assume that a preorder is a price lock in, tax and all but I guess it's not.

I disliked Strider on PS4 but playing it on the vita through remote play makes it fun. Game feels like it should of just been a handheld game. Maybe its just me though.

Yep, I was pissed and cancelled all my pre-orders. They were taking there sweet time with an order during the transition as well, and promptly shipped it at like 1 in the morning on the day they started collecting. Yeah, that ended up not happening at all after I "spoke" with them about it.

It wasn't a big deal. I knew what you meant and laughed at it because it's true. Sleeping Dogs absolutely relishes in stereotypes. And there was nothing wrong with you briefly questioning your comfort level with making jokes about it. Has nothing to do with being politically correct or censoring yourself. I guess I misunderstood what he was saying to you. but clearly I didn't mean to start an argument. People just want get upset, jesus.

Sucks for you, tax didn't get collected on anything I preordered prior to Feb. 1. Maybe because I paid with Amazon credit?

He's the single reason I stopped going into the Club Nintendo thread. Every post is him droning on and on about the dumbest shit.

 
I had the $10 code in my ps4, and I know mine wasn't a early edition. Look for a little booklet that says "get the most out of your PlayStation 4 system" code is on the back of it. I would have missed it myself if it didn't fall out of the box when I was moving it.

I bought a PS4 during the 15% off at Target deal (so about a month ago) and it came with a valid $10 credit. Expires the end of 2014.

Maybe the place you bought it from totally stole your $10.

PS: The credit was lumped in the same pamphlet that had the music unlimited code.
