I thought he only played each game for 5 minutes?I played it for like an hour and thought it was boring as shit. But an hour pretty much means I Snakey beat it, right?
Ok whatever dude. Ewe canYou guys all suck. No we're not friends again yet Stotch.
I played it on Wii. I refuse to pay any more than nothing for it on PS3 due to it not having a plat.Apparently no one has played it here, so Tyler is the asshole for playing it.
No that's how long he watches porn videos for.I thought he only played each game for 5 minutes?
Depends on the state, but most companies won't mess with a pregnant woman. Although my job did get pissed when I was pregnant because I was placed on bed rest and they thought I was just trying to take a free vacation.http://www.ksl.com/?sid=31242690&nid=1009&fm=home_page&s_cid=toppick1
So if you get pregnant you can just ask for a new position at work? Damn, I wish I could get pregnant.
if the company can prove that a woman being pregnant impacts her ability to do her job, they can replace her. Best course of action is to try to move her to another position if possible, but if she's unwilling and she literally can't do her job, she can be replaced. Just because someone gets knocked up doesn't make them invulnerable. While I would like to think every job would try to accommodate a pregnant and new mother, I also can see where the city would be coming from. If you have a job that requires you to do certain things, you have to do them or quit/get fired. If they dont have any available positions for you to move to, tough shit, you made the decision to get pregnant. If I decide that I want to work a 3 day work week, my job would tell me to take a hike. If an athlete gets fat and slow and cant play at a high level anymore, he is let go as well.
BTW, I recently had an employee of mine on maternity leave and had no problem with her taking the 3 months off that the company pays for. I also allowed her some extra trime before and after, but she had to take her vacation time because its company policy.
You're company gives 3 months *PAID* maternity leave? Jesus Christ! I'd get pregnant every year. While I would like to think every job would try to accommodate a pregnant and new mother, I also can see where the city would be coming from. You wish you could get pregnant because dicks are what impregnate people.http://www.ksl.com/?sid=31242690&nid=1009&fm=home_page&s_cid=toppick1

That's what I was thinking, minus the getting pregnant every year. You're company gives 3 months *PAID* maternity leave? Jesus Christ! I'd get pregnant every year.
Pretty sure she could file for FMLA to protect her job til she is able to work it again though. That's what this police lady should have to do. A company doesn't NEED to find you an easier job within the company because you are pregnant or sick.if the company can prove that a woman being pregnant impacts her ability to do her job, they can replace her. I should hope so. It's the best version of the game.Hopefully it counts if you played it on the Wii.
Saving this so I can get my $20 psn in 3 months.2) They're not going to be $30 again on Black Friday. I'd put money on that.
Bingo, FMLA. A lot of my employees have FMLA too. Most dont use it, but just in case they all have it in their back pocket.Pretty sure she could file for FMLA to protect her job til she is able to work it again though. This is true too but FMLA would save them usually. Some people find it hard to believe, but most people dont want to screw over the company and most companies dont really want to screw over people and open themselves up for lawsuits.if the company can prove that a woman being pregnant impacts her ability to do her job, they can replace her. As a manager, I hate FMLA. Regulations and eligibility are way too lenient. Anyone who says they get frequent headaches and could get a doctor to sign off on that could probably qualify.Bingo, FMLA. WHERE DO YOU WORK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!But most people dont want to screw over the company.
All good, it'd only end up being $10 anyway cause I'd have to share it with you.I'll renege
From what I know about you, I would think that you hate renege-rs.I'll renege
www.reddit.com/r/forwardsfromgrandmaI got my doctor to sign off on FMLA for my vision problem.
I couldn't see myself going to work most days.

I wish I had my Vita here to check, but I really think this sale reactivated the glitch for if you had already "bought" the trials for GOW Collection on PS3 that the Vita version showed up as free. I added the free one to my cart and checked out. Now on select version it just has the download to your vita button and not the option to buy for 9.99.I went to the sale page and I wondered why God of War Collection Vita did not have any price at all. I clicked on it and then there was a choose version where one was free and one was 9.99. Is that the old trials glitch thing happening again or is the free one just the demo?
I did the trials thing way back when and could have done the glitch to get the Vita one. I was too scared I was going to get Tyler'd and did not pull the trigger.

Again, I always complain about WORK, not really about my job or the company. I hate work because there are a lot of dumbasses. But from what I know of everyone else's jobs they are everywhere. Why do you hate work if you're in management and work for a company with great benefits like that?
You're a worse complainer than Therm.
But you didnt actually get paid time off unless you had vacation accrued right? FMLA only protects your job.I took 12 weeks fmla every time we had a baby. it became my annual hiatus for a number of years. it was awesome and I regret nothing.
Maybe so. I was not hesitant to try it out this time after Sony's reaction to the glitch last time. If they are dumb enough to let it happen again, might as well give it a try. I have it on my Gamefly Q to rent if it doesn't work.Welcome to the club?
yep, but I had accrued something like 20 weeks of paid sick time and had another 4-5 weeks of vacation each time, so there wasn't too much in the way of unpaid time off. working at the same place for 14 years has very few benefits, but that's one of em I guess. But you didnt actually get paid time off unless you had vacation accrued right? tylerit's hard to look at.
Already done, and Frisky explained that that guy was seeing "PS3" as a download option to transfer to Vita, not that you could play it there. So Vig will you confirm that that dude in the other thread is a Class A Moron and that Sly Vita isn't cross-buy?
Yeah, right after I posted I saw your post in the PSN thread.Already done, and Frisky explained that that guy was seeing "PS3" as a download option to transfer to Vita, not that you could play it there.
Matt, Munky, Velo, I'll be on TLoU in about 30 min.
