I'd definitely bite on Miku for the Vita. I want to get a rhythm game for the vita but I don't want to throw down $40-50 on that other one.

This game is pretty rad. Based more on the graphic novels then the movie (as far as art and locations, even though both are pretty similar). It's a fun brawler in the River City Ransom mold. Hard at first, but gets easier once you level up. I still can't beat the final boss though. Also online was glitchy and probably dead now, but I'd try to play some rounds with you people.
 
So Therm, in Natural Doctrine, am I supposed to be clearing everything out of that first dungeon (after the intro castle battle)? I played the tutorial version of it, but there wasn't an obvious place to go next, so I went back in and tried to beat everything in there, but keep dying because I havnt quite figured out all the battle systems.

Cool. Looks like it requires 4 playthroughs, which is lame, but the game is pretty short which offsets it quite a bit. Most of the MP stuff looks easy, too.

No, the maps are absolutely designed to be cleared out at different points. The initial area you can clear right away, then you open doors to other rooms that you're supposed to come back for. Trying that stuff immediately will get you squashed over and over.

Ok awesome thanks. I figured you had to come back for some of those doors. Just was confused since the map isn't terribly helpful.
 
In case you guys were wondering, we whupped on the raid.  Well, it took us over two hours, not sure if that's good or bad, but fuck it, we did it.

But it's totally more believable that everyone is on the edge of their seats waiting on a play-by-play of your trophy acquisitions.
 
I'll spoiler it for those of you who are sick of hearing about my health, but here is what I got from today:

I had an endoscopy today since the colonoscopy last week didn't show anything unusual. Immediately after the procedure today they got me a long term prescription for Prilosec because they believe I might have gerd (basically a kind of reflux). If this is the case then the hope is that between Prilosec, changing some eating habits (thankfully not too big of a deal because I started eating healthier about a year ago) and changing how I lay when I sleep (lift the head of the bed 6 to 8 inches off the floor, which is going to be a hassle) it may fix my pain.

The doc also took some biopsies to check for a few things, Celiac disease in particular. This also would not be too big of a deal, because my fiance doesn't eat gluten because it makes her sick, so we already do most meals gluten free as is. All in all the options here are not that bad and certainly things I can deal with.

The bad news comes if the biopsies don't show anything and the Prilosec doesn't help because at that point they aren't sure what it could be. They have suggested that at that point we could try going on various treatments and see if anything makes it better, but I think I would probably get a second opinion before going on any kind of drug cocktails (sorry Oharm, I mean Pharm!)

Hey bruh, i had an endoscopy done too when i was like 19 cuz i had IBS but i was all good. You know what really sucks bruh, having big thing shoved in your pee hole while its numb, Omg bruh, i almost fainted from that.

 
Speaking of going after rare sports plats, I'd have MLB 09's plat if I knew that servers got shut down immediately after the next year's game came out. Oh well, still got the perfect game trophy from that year's game.

I'm assuming it was a catheter? I would probably faint from that. The endoscopy was a cinch cause you don't remember a thing. I always have a panic attack getting the IV beforehand though :cry:

Try having a nurse try 3 times to get a catheter installed and it not taking to finally have it done on the fourth try by a different nurse.

Good lord, that is awful. That would be my luck though. Part of the IV thing is that I have terrible veins so they almost always have to try multiple veins before one will work

Same here, but with a slight twist. They look great but once the nurse goes in there, they roll. I hate getting IVs. One of my nurses when I was staying overnight got all amped when I told her my story and wanted to try herself to show she could do it but she failed too, haha.

That would piss me off so much. They are normally pretty good when I tell them and they will get whichever nurse is best to do it. Getting one any time that you can't eat or drink beforehand is so much worse too. Kind of weird that a few of us in here seem to have the same issue. Every one thinks I'm crazy when I tell them I can't handle needles

Don't ever buy Jet Stunt Cars. Even if it hits Tyler's magical $1 price. It may look like fun, but the frustrating outweighs any actual fun contained within.
 
Velo's streaming you guys. Well he's not there. There's some obnoxious dude just talking forever.

But I totally got the guy to do a roundhouse kick because I told him there's no way he could do it. After that happened, the mod silenced me. Even though, someone tipped 20 tokens to see him do the kick!

I don't know if it ever got patched but it was fairly glitchy on the 360 (didn't play on PS3) with some system freezing and broken online (it had online, right?). It's fairly fun, a little bit grindy gathering money for upgrades, but it's not a bad game. Holds up to multiple playthroughs. I just wouldn't put it above Castle Crashers in case you haven't played that.

Originally, I was most excited to see this guy finally do the artwork for a real game, even though it wasn't nearly as cool as the video.
