CA2 was not a very good movie. It was poorly-focused and introduced a few ideas it just didn't handle well or resolve at all. It was about the same quality as the first CA.
BF has been available for around $2 at Target. That's the deal you should feel bad about missing.I ended up buying ac blackflag, nfs rivals and skylanders swap force last bf at bestbuy for some crazy 20% gcu + bf price + b2g1free and then played rivals, gave swap force to my kids and traded black flag so the others were free. I know gamefly always has it on sale for cheap, I was just foolish for not buying it when I saw it. I even opened the link, but then got busy, then when I went back sold out. Oh wells, hopefully they have it on sale again next month
I played a little last night before going to bed, and the current map is a lot easier than the previous one. Actually was able to make it through night 1.

Is it pretty much just the same suits and puzzles from the first games? I really hated how the second game just recycled the same batman and robin suits. then all the other dc heroes were only sprinkled in for the last couple missions. (I'd rather the game be 50% batman, 50% everyone else)

after visiting my store this morning it does seem to include others too (google play credit, maybe xbox spacebucks, etc). if you have money burning a hole in your wallet and you hung on to your $10 off $150 mailer you could get silly and buy 2 x $50, 2 x $20 and a $10 card for $122.50 (or $116.50 if you have a red card). I also got a $5 off $75 coupon after I checked out today, so that could be added at customer service afterwards.

For me it was the combination of shadow step and branding that made it a lot of fun, plus being over-powered enough to curbstomp large groups of orcs easily. The manipulation part I didn't find particularly appealing.

Damn, what a deal. Good chance that Sears will just cancel the orders outright, but definitely worth a shot. If I didn't have one already that I never used, I would totally get this so I could never use it either.
