Finished Jak 3. Going to play a few other games before I fire up another PS2 remaster. How have the R&C games aged? Hoping better than Jak 2 and 3 did. Also have PoP 2 and 3 to play still.

I love the R&C games and I think they hold up very well. Definitely play those in order though because some of the changes make it hard to go back to the first one

 
Remembered I still had los1.  Did a quick test by popping it in.  Defi I felt better graphics and gameplay than 2.  It appears they should have stuck with the god of war type fixed cam.  The environments in 1 are much more diverse and give a better perspective.

The part about him being 34 is the part that is on the downswing. 35+ is free fall category, guys are liable to fall off a cliff without any warning at that age. Power and strikeouts age awfully, and he's coming off career years in both areas. I wouldn't be surprised if he hits .240 with 20 HR next season.

 
Burnout Paradise plat is officially mine. And it gets immortalized as my 30th.

That game was supposed to be my "in between, play here & there when I only have a little time" game. Instead the multiplayer dragged me in deeper and I couldn't stop playing. Thanks to all y'all that suggested we buy it and that did multiplayer shit. Fun fuckin times. Probably knock out the two trophies left for 100% tomorrow night.

Just went 21/0 in CoD. woot. I got this awesome setup with uav w assist/time, sys hack w assist, aerial assault drone with rockets/ar hud and then either a triple vulcan laser, powered up goliath, or a sentry gun w 360 laser. I find paladin and warbirds too expensive to be useful for how many kills they get. Been tearing it up about to 5th prestige but not til post clan war this weekend.

Speaking of hot weather girls, every time my cable box resets it defaults back to the local weather station. There's usually this mildly attractive woman in her mid to late 30s, but lately they've been putting this dumpy high schooler on there that looks like she fell right out of the show Blossom. Even though I only see her for a few seconds before I change the channel it's enough to make me angry.

A 20-plus hr right-handed bat is still valuable though. If he does take a decline it doesn't make him worthless. I think he'll be fine as long as he gets a good bit of time at DH.

 
Cool, Skylanders PS3 disc sold for $14 shipped. After shipping and fees it'll probably be less than $2 difference swapping it for the PS4 version.

Pretty sure it was just the physical, but Equinista can chime in if I'm mistaken. For the PSP one we got digital codes, but I don't think it was part of the deal this time.

this is actually the second time this rumor has come up, although via ign is new and lends some creedence to it.

completely hilarious if true, the sheer amount of xbox butthurt would require one of those highway semi truck weigh stations to measure. if it was only on x1 or pc I'd just get a better pc or an x1. I'd be annoyed but that's why they call them system sellers.
 
Probably like 90% of items I order online that are too large for my mailbox are delivered on the only 2 weekdays my wife works, during the 2 hour or so period that no one is home. It's crazy how it always winds up that way, and it's super annoying.

So, instead of coming home to a shiny new PS4, I'll have to get out earlier than I want to in the morning to pick it up from the Post Office.
