Someone probably mentioned it already but there's a Holiday Sale tab on Le 'Bone dashboard now showing the daily and weekly game and video sales.  Also calendars for both with the previous deals.  Interestingly both calendars stop at "2" in their countdown.  Guessing we'll have a big New Year's Eve thing to cap it off based on that.

Question for everyone. I picked up Shadows of Mordor on BF digitally and plan on starting it up soon. Should I pick up the DLC right now as the Season Pass is currently 33% off?

IMHO...Absolutely!

I picked up physical copy on BF, currently about 1/3 into story, LOVE it (easy to jump in, battle or do a challenge, then either keep the "one more mission" streak going or take a break).

Can't imagine the season pass getting much cheaper until at least summer 2015, seeing as Mordor is getting good marks on end-of-year lists.

This new Raid is so fast that I can pretty much get all the Weekly, Nightftall and Raids in on Tuesday and Wednesday and then that is all I really need for the week. I can and will play more after for both fun and leveling of course but I feel there is time for SoM. My Eris is already a sliver from level 3 so she will be 4 soon enough and then I won't care about her bounties after that too.

 
If anyone here buys Titanfall for the Xbox 360 and needs an invite to the Rank Beta I have 4 to spare.  To the guy who sent me a PM about playing together, I'll send you a Friend Request tonight.  I have 5 Ranked Invites, but I'm giving one to that guy. 

Also, If you're like me and have a disc copy of the game, Amazon was giving just over $15 for the trade-in of the game yesterday.  It's currently just above $14.  If you're debating on buying the digital copy, lock in the trade-in value now before it decreases.

The Season Pass is included with the game, as previously mentioned, but you still have to download all of the map packs in-game (they don't come preloaded with the full game download).  Hardly anyone is playing the DLC playlists (last night it was 2, 5 and 0 for the overall player count in each individual map pack playlist).  Fortunately, I've played a few of the DLC maps in just standard matchmaking, so it's not like you're wasting money on maps you won't ever play. 

If others want to play it would definitely help, as only Attrition has a triple digit population.  Hard Point is what I'm playing now, and while it does have full matches, it's basically the same gamertags in most games.

Seen some more videos and idk it just like very interesting to me

it has its moments but it looks like a fun game

Heres hoping im one of the few who actually likes it

It was something like 3pm Pacific / 6pm Eastern.

Odd thing was, most of us here assumed there would be at least one more Xbox One Daily Deal game, so we didn't acknowledge it as being the game of the day until Major Nelson's post at roughly 6pm Pacific/9pm Eastern confirmed that was it.

Play with friends, playing alone with the ally AI in that game is beyond infuriating.

My mistake was that my first playthrough was solo, it completely ruined the game for me because the ally AI is the most ridiculously bad AI I've ever seen in a game.

Halo Wars DLC multiplayer is dead lol. I bought it on launch and it has been dead for a while now, I hoped lay time it was on sale it would come alive again, but nope it's dead
 
Those who were complaining about the day 2 deals saying that they were terrible....take note of day 3's offerings.

I hope one of the oncoming countdowns will be a big DLC sale. Mainly I want DLC's for some games that were previous GwG.

Afterburner Climax was 50% off three years ago, back in 12/20/11. Just throwing that out there.......these shrimptastic "deals" are quite crap. MS is being really stingy with the offers so far amongst a 9 year catalogue of games on xbl. Hell, I remember the countdown 2013 sales had five lego games the 2nd day compared to just one this year(Hobbit). C'mon Microsoft......

Battlefield 4 Premium worth it?  I was pretty good at Battlefield 3 for 360 and already have Advanced Warfare for Xbox One, but feel that $30 is a good price for the game + DLC.  Did they fix all the problems I've heard about since launch?

It's absolutely a good buy. That's a ton of game for $30.

The problems that have plagued BF4 were never as bad on the Xbox One as they were on the PS4 (I own both versions). The game is stable now. It feels just about as buggy as any big DICE shooter to me now. On par with BF3.

 
XBL Rewards has a new mission up - get 4,000 credits ($4) when you buy at least $40 worth of season pass from Dec 15 until Jan 15.  Game and TV passes count on both 360 and XB1.  Wonder if Titanfall with the season pass baked into the 360 Games on Demand version would count.

I picked up the Shadows of Mordor one but don't see myself dropping another ~$25 on any more... especially because I can't even think of any more for games I currently play haha

 
How does the Xbox Rewards work when u get credits? It says i've earned 30k lifetime credits but i dont think i saw anything being converted into ms points. It says i got 12k credits pending that haven't been converted yet. How do i convert them?

That is $30. I am sure you would have noticed that since they automatically get deposited into your account.

The MyRewards page should show you the next deposit date. Says 01-08-2015 for me. You'll need at least 5,000 credits to get a deposit, which you seem to have. If you click the View MyStatement link, it should open an inset window with your transactions. You may need to change the timeframe to see when you had a deposit. My last one was last month, listed as "11/19/14 - Rewards Deposited - 5,100 Credits".

Checking transactions on commerce.microsoft.com, it doesn't explicitly say that a credit came from XBL Rewards. It has :

Date Description Type Status Payment option Grand total
11/20/2014 Credit Credit Settled Microsoft account ($5.10) USD

If you've had over 5,000 credits for more than a month, you'll probably need to ask about your account on their forums.
