Feeling conflicted on who to root for today. Dallas or Detroit.

I'd much rather face Carolina than Detroit. So I root for Dallas!

But, Carolina will beat GB next week much more likely than Dallas. So I root for Detroit!

Hmmmmm.

Zimm, is there any fuck ing way to get out of a death spiral when the princesses freeze you? I let my daughter hit me and then i cant do anything as i am frozen and she keeps hitting me. Its pretty stupid if you cant get away once hit.
Never used the Frozen peeps so I don't know. I think tough if you just wait you'll thatw automatically from other figures. Or just remove the figure from the base.

I know its not like you to not read my posts as you wait for them with baited breath. I'll just assume you missed the one where I said Carolina is playing much better than their first meeting and Aaron has a bad wheel now. Thus you looking to the past to try and determine the future is an excercise in futility. 😉

You guys are saying you didn't have issues beating Kondoi 2 and Kondoi 3 without damage to the hub?  Cuz if you're saying that I'm calling you a liar.

If this is pre Act 3 I can help as i am 100% on secondary missions. If its Post Act 2 then Zimms yer man. But he seems hell bent on ridiculing you rather than being a Handsome Pete.

Of course he does fool; ain't no millionaires visiting sites to save money on video games.
well maybe not. But I asked because maybe he just wanted to talk to and play games with us normal working stiffs. Whether he has a job or not would tell me all I need to know. Is "a lot" life changing or just like 50, 100k.

Act 3 unfortunately. Got Kondoi 2 done.

It's weird, it's like the spawns are random, or at least there are several different patterns. I played Kondoi 2 about 10 times in a row where one of the first 3 spiders got through the two pre-set turrets no matter what. Exited and came back later and didn't have that issue at all, the turrets could handle all 3. So there's something random to it at least.

I tapped the "like" button right around here...

So I took my managers (aka trainmasters) truck in for emissions at work today. Guess what was next to it? Good ol Firehouse subs. I've never had one so I obviously needed to go there thanks to all the praise here for it. You guys have a bigger influence on my life than my real life friends and family..it sickens me.
... and then stomped on the "unlike" right around here.

Of course I got it with mayo, because I'm not some dumbshit psycho loser or anything.

If people were coming out of the woodwork to call him I'd guess it's much more than that.

And nothing wrong with being frugal, even with millions. You don't want that shit to run out like what happens with so many lottery winners.

Finally finished off Saboteur.

The last freeplay achievement was much easier to get than I thought it would be. Failed the first time after getting about 4 of them. Then I came back and slowly went through them, running away whenever I got caught.

The game is pretty fun but certain parts are frustrating. I wouldn't suggest trying to plat it as there are just too many freeplay targets to take care of. The game is fairly short by itself, but the plat just needlessly pads the game time.

I read your post about Carolina playing better lately. I just don't buy it. Here's why. This qualifies as "lately" no?

And you are king of "this happened before so you have no chance now" with your prime time and Seattle home stats.

In conclusion, Packers rule, Seahawks drool.

I was just trying to bait an answer out of him. My guess would be that if it was something ridiculous then he was probably a member here before he won.

Took me a quite a few (very frustrating) tries to get all those secondary objectives. I can't remember the world names for any of them, so in not much help. I guess my best advice is to be quick and upgrade as soon as you can. Lots of luck is need as well.

Absolutely! You've got a bad taste in your mouth because you're looking at their offense. Don't do that. Defense baby! Like we've talked about before, teams that try to score with GB lose (Dallas will try). Carolina won't try that. That defense will try to keep score low and Carolina can run the ball.

Allz I'm saying is Panthers stand better chance to beat you than Dallas.

But all that is moot now unless Detroit can get a TD here in last 2 minutes.

Also, you were looking at one past game and drawing from that. I've got a whole string of games. I call that a pattern that definitely can steer us to conclusions. FWIW.

What's nice is in some states (mine for example) it is the law that you can claim winnings anonymously so as long as you can keep yours and your immediate family's mouths shut (and you don't flash cash like crazy) you don't have to worry about unscrupulous people coming out of the woodwork.

Dragon Age trilogy or Mass Effect trilogy?
Both series have their peaks and valleys, but both are fun. If one wants a more cinematic experience, go with Mass Effect. If one wants more traditional WRPG adventuring, go with Dragon Age. Mass Effect gets more points for a story that carries between all three. Dragon Age does in some regard, but they're also quite easily played as standalones.

By the way, who did *you* want? Doesn't matter now, as it's Dallas. But I would assume you wanted Dallas more no?

The time I actually beat 2 it was a cakewalk. Let me know if you beat 3. I gave up on it for now.
If you want to release some tension we could always knock balls around in a peg party with our unicorn horn powers.

I tried to think of the least gay way to ask if you want to play Peggle 2. This is the best I could do.

just answer this. Do you have a day job?

Good for you either way. Congrats.

Yes, I was a member here long before. No, I don't have to work anymore. The only other time I've mentioned it on this site was actually to Tyler in the only blog I ever wrote here, before PSNOT was even a thing. I actually split the prize with a friend who bought some tickets with me.

I could live stupid, but I grew up pretty poor. Once you've been there, it's not a place where you want to go back. I stay pretty frugal. Sometimes, I'll blow some money on stupid shit like Assassin's Creed figures or other dumb things, but I stay pretty restrained. The only things I really splurged on was a new house here in town and a vacation house in Gatlinburg, TN.

The cost of living here is pretty low, which is a main reason why I've stayed here along with family and friends being here. It's a small town, so word got around after it happened. I'd get texts like "Hey remember me?" Uh, no. I lost a couple friendships from people thinking I owed them something, or buying something for someone and them acting like "this is it?"

Not to steal Velo's love and happiness gimmick, but I think I'm a pretty good dude and if you're good to people, then good stuff happens. That's the only way I can think to explain it happening to me.

Ha, I have a coworker whose aunt won a little over 4 million. My coworker completely felt entitled to it, along with the rest of her family. The aunt ended up moving and completely cut off all contact. The coworker still bitches about it to this day like she was wronged. I just shake my head and walk away.

Money does weird things to people. My parents had a ton of money stolen from them by a brother-in-law in an investment scheme. He fled to Mexico and nobody's seen him since. I've never understood what would drive somebody to do shit like that and how they sleep at night, but then I read some of the shit that goes on here and SD and it starts to make more sense. Some people are just assholes.

Just curious, the friend you split it with. Was he as smart with it as you, or has he blown through it or can you see he is going to blow through it?

On Big Bang Theory a guy who works at a comic book store drew a picture of that hot Kaley Cuoco chick while she was in the store and of course it worked flawlessly and she gave him her number.

For some reason, I now find it hilarious you had such an issue landing on the 1 million space in WoF.

Also, I wish I would have known this before broke down Santa. I am thinking there would have been an entirely new line of jokes.

In all seriousness, you seem like a down to earth cool guy. It definitely sounds like you are handling it the right way. I wish more people who have instant money like that would do the same.

wow thats what i was watching then she offered him "coffee" and he said it was to late lol

He has a wife and 3 kids. He and his wife both still have jobs, but they moved closer to the city where they work. The cost of living there is a lot higher, so they can actually comfortably afford it now. I don't bug him too much about it, but I know he's set up funds for his kids when they're older. I think he's helped his whole extended family out a lot too. We talked about being careful when it happened. Neither one of us really are just burning through the money.
