at my job (in colorado) a positive majijuana test will get you fired, however they dont do random testing.

 
Looks like that PS+ extension went into effect as all my PS+ goods are at the top of my download list with a 1/9/15 date.

Valid codes should still work. You can definitely grab codes from Gamestop and the like that PSN no longer lists and activate it without any issues.

I've not played a single one anywhere near close to completion. I'm about five hours into ToHr but keep bumping it down for other stuff. Once I knock out Lego Batman 3 and sell it to Amazon I need to finish off the last ~5 chapters of Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus to return that rental to GS (needs to be done by 1/15.) After I dump those I definitely need to focus on ToHr for a while. I'm really enjoying it so far.

Make sure you tell the other insurance company your neck and/or back is hurting.

Worth at least 150+ per person. If its legit hurting, go to chiro, that'll all be paid plus closer to 500 for pain and inconvenience

Ok.............

Doesn't prompt me to actually download the update or anything.  So I go into the store since I guess that's how I get the new version.  PS3 Store locks up my console before even loading, now the system is checking all the files since I had to do a hard restart on it.

Sony has had it out for me recently:

  • Trophy syncing broken due to The Golf Club.  While trying to fix it, PSN randomly goes down at that exact time and I have no fucking idea what's going on.
  • Sniper Elite 3 update installs but the game doesn't realize that the update is installed.  Have to delete and redownload 3+ GB update.
  • LBP Vita online pass and DLC issues.
  • Netflix update issue and PS3 crash.
All within the last week.  I sound like a fucking whiner but I have had some seriously shitty luck with Sony lately.

Wasn't the Golf Club issue when PSN was having problems for lots of people, though? I know I was having issues syncing when you complained about that.

No it was broke earlier than that, I mentioned it to Gator and a few others the night before in a chat that my PS4 trophies wouldn't sync. It was this issue that is apparently common with Sound Shapes PS4 but happens with other games too:

I booted up Golf Club again and earned and easy trophy like the guide says and it fixed it. Then minutes later I played some online courses and when I earned another trophy the game crashed and then the trophies wouldn't sync again. That 2nd issue was caused by the outage but I had no way of knowing that at the time because the outage JUST started and I thought I did something to refuck up my trophy syncing worse than before.

Well cool. It was giving me a really weird error when I tried to use that code. I guess it was just because I already owned the content. But it even wouldn't let me download the online pass from in-game even though it recognized it was on my account. Weird.

It was $8-9 around BF. Picked both up. I'd not seen the second--it was actually done quite well. It didn't feel like they were just chasing the money. Probably because the movies are based on a series of books rather than being completely original.

Yeah, I'm going to move right on to SS and FL.

Of course when I'm done with those I'll have 100% on 2-FL, but will be sitting at 58% for 1. Dammit. I really liked the story and setting for 1 but the gameplay just wasn't near as good as 2/FoB. I can't see myself ever going back to 1 with as much as a pain in the ass as the shards and climbing were.

What did you think of the food before your gastric distress. I have only been once and it was ok but overpriced for what it was. Sometimes I think about trying them again but never do. A friend of mine really likes the place but I was meh on it.

Yeah that's the play they mentioned during the game. Megatron actually makes much more of a catch than Dez.

Its really not worth the money, its not bad but they are overpriced for what it is. Only thing they have going for them is alcohol.

I don't really care for it either but my wife loves it. Max & Erma's was my burger place of choice before they shut down the location over here.
 
Just had a really good run on Resogun Vita with the Nemesis on Rookie. I was up to 6 or 7 lives and got most humans. Let's hope I can up my game for coop tomorrow on the higher difficulty.

I couldn't remember why I couldn't remember beating the game, and its because I never did. I got stuck on the beginning of Episode 8 when i was playing it however long ago.

I'm done with platform after this, I'll move onto pix the cat. Mindless fun.

It's my wife's go-to place to eat out at because of the care they take for gluten free peeps. The GF buns are really good according to her. But yeah it is overpriced. The Mac & cheese ribkets meal is alright, along with that fancy ketchup bacon burger.

I'm mostly playing it because it's more fun to play games that other people in the thread are playing. As for the tournament, I guess I'm looking at it from the viewpoint of our point system. I'll never have the time to get many points so I'll always be at the bottom of the standings. Doesn't really seem to be any point to enter a month here or there.

 
Lego Batman 3 is a lot longer than I expected it to be. 45 levels, looks like. I'm enjoying it aside from the annoyingly tedious need to constantly switch between characters and costumes. Do all the Lego games do this?

If there was an option for auto-switching whenever a situation called for it that'd be great.
