Eh, money was never much of a problem I was rolling in it after the 1/4th mark or so of the game. I'm not sure I like the enemy getting stronger depending on what I summon as that could become annoying pretty fast depending on how overboard they go with it.
Apparently both IGN and Gamespot suck at playing JC2.

I hope nobody has to do much work today.  I know I havent done much.  All I can think about is the three day weekend, what beer I am going to try this weekend and how drunk I will be Monday morning playing golf with my buddies.

At $50 for the bundle, I mean come on, $30-35 is a good price for a DS3 surely you can get $15 of value out of the PS TV? Even if you only used it to play PSP games but there are still quite a few vita PS+ games that do work with it, like Zero Escape. It was borderline at $70-80 something (what I paid for it at Target) but at $50?

I don't get a 3-day weekend, so I'll just barely work on Friday and Monday like I usually do.

I am not doing much today. Unfortunately, I do not have a 3 day weekend. Also, I will be drinking alone at home tonight again since my buddy is doing more work on the new condo in FL.

Thanks for making me jealous asshole!

Have you even opened it? Based on your trophy card, I do not see a single Vita exclusive game in the list.

I bought the bundle at the same time for the same amount. My kids have played it enough that I do not feel bad about the purchase.

I could see if they were playing on a time crunch to review they probably went mostly straight through the story missions whereas we probably wandered around a lot more getting HP and car parts and blew up villages and industrial areas for cash.

I'm an asshole, I kind of want to just get a new 3ds xl for no reason other than to upgrade knowing full well the smaller one could come at any time. Maybe I'll just wait for a sale or a pack in game or something. If anyone is picking one up I'd love to hear impressions of it vs. the old XL which I hate with a passion (hardware wise).

What did you hate about the XL? The new one isn't much different.

Nope, not yet. Got it a little over a month ago and then I decided to make Dark Souls my 20th plat, then I thought people were all playing the PS3 version of Most Wanted so I started playing that to boost (they weren't) then I did my 4 for Feb which were all PS3 games. Part of what's going to make it less likely I'll use is is my TV only has 2 HDMI ports so I'll have to either unplug the PS3 or the cable box (or buy a switcher) whenever I want to play it. That an my PS3 backlog is still huge.

I don't like how the screen has that wobble to it and it just doesn't feel all that comfortable to play. I think it's because the weight distribution is off. I have the DSi XL and it feels much better in both aspects. The 3D is cool but viewing angles suck (which I know the new one is supposed to be better at). I wouldn't use it all the time but wouldn't mind using it once in a while. I can't stand how slow the menus are and how long it takes to read the SD card. I guess it doesn't help I'm constantly comparing it to a Vita...but to me the Vita feels so much superior in every way.

Finally got the better of the final boss on demon gaze. Learned a valuable lesson that I'm going to take into Operation abyss. Make an assassin.

Still have to get some collectibles, and farm for 2 swords for the plat. Then hopefully I gave myself enough time to beat citizens this month. New tablet isn't helping my focus.

I hope VLR is part of the flash sale. Apparently I forgot to grab it when it was on PS+. What a dumbass.
That game started out really fun to me because of the puzzles but became annoying with all the different paths and pages and pages of text to get through. I started out using Stotch's guide when I got stuck. I quickly switched to using it as a walkthrough to get the game over with.

That is why I am a bit worried about liking Danganronpa.

Danganronpa is pretty much just pages and pages of text. Outstanding, glorious text.
