Ok finished up Costume Quest 2 this morning (yeah for games you can play in front of your little ones). I really really enjoyed the game...more of the same as the last one but that was a good thing! That makes my 3rd for 44feb. Portal 2 here I come. Crossing my fingers I finish; It's a toss up if I'll have the time this week.

Is The Order: 1886 a easier platinum than Hanna Montana? Let's see if it can break Hanna's 73% average. The Order is currently at 20%.

Nahh, it will never come close. Too many people will play it just to play it. The people who have HM on their profile on PSN profiles played it purely for trophy purposes. Maybe a few had young daughters at the time, but not many. The funny thing is that HM percentage is actually that low. You would think if you are a trophy whore you would at least finish it. Having it on your profile is bad enough, trust me, I know. Having it on there and not bothering to at least finish it just adds to the embarrassment, IMO.

 
Almost done with The Order. I think I'm on chapter 14. Just had like 2 short chapters of cutscenes. The plot twist was predictable but I'm enjoying the gameplay, graphics and world they built. I'm sure I'd like to see a longer sequel regardless of how this game ends.

I really wanted to marathon it Saturday but darn babysitting. I was tempted to remote play it but with those graphics I didn't wanna use the small screen.

Hopefully the BBY trade value holds. I'm gonna go home and finish the game and tomorrow I'm working OT so I might not get out there til Tuesday.

Yeah, I didn't expect anything amazing but it was so bland it was massively disappointing. I spent more time grinding the two 2,500 kill trophies than on the actual campaign.

Rogue Legacy playthroughs one is complete. End screen tells me 346 total children. Yeah I suck. May dick around in NG+ here and there.

Can you mark that down as a bonus game Cleaner?
 
Zimm I went to culvers for lunch. The burger was good but it's exactly like steak n shake burgers. But they have thicker crinkle fries which aren't my fav. Not bad but wouldn't go out of my way for it. The cheese curds were also good but they are basically the same as mozz sticks u can get anywhere too.

Then they aren't really cheese curds. I have tried them at a lot of places but they always suck compared to the curds I had in Wisconsin.

 
Yeah Gator's right.  You need to go to a real Wisconsin Tavern or a state fair to get the good cheese curds.  Or a gas station to get the raw ones which are basically god's tears they're so good.  And yeah the fries aren't my favorite at Culvers.  Burgers are what brings me to the yard.

Eh, a 20% profit margin (not factoring tax) isn't all that good if you buy those just to flip. It's better if you want to keep either game and trade in the other.
 
There's so many good cheese curds at the state fair here, but I had the best ones ever at a bar in Shawano, Wi last weekend when I was up there. I also got a "potato puff," which was like a deep fried ball of mashed potatoes.

Well shit!  I must have screwed up somewhere because the trophy for beating act 3 without dying did not pop for me at the end of the game.  I am guessing I did not restart checkpoint soon enough at one point and it invalidated it.  

The last 10 levels really reduced how much I liked the game.  It tried to add in more action to the levels instead of just being a puzzle game.  I like the idea, but the controls just arent good enough for it, IMO.  The controls work fine for a FPS puzzle game, but they are a long way off for what you meed for action sequences like that.

Wish I would've caught this earlier, but looks like one of my targets put their preowned games on clearance for 50% off, so they were all $6.50. Picked clean now sadly.

Hey Eldritch, are you around? In trying to upgrade my PS4 HDD and i cannot for the life of me get it to recognize the update file needed to get the system working again. I think you mentioned that Sony was linking the wrong file in the online instructions. Any idea where i get the right file?
 
Was anyone else aware thst Babe won one Academy Award, and was nominated for seven, including Best Picture? Oh, and it holds a 97% on Rotten Tomatoes. I apparently watched a different version when I was younger.
 
Decided to grind through the collectibles in 1886. Used one of the guides at psntrophies.org. I think I missed only one newspaper on my own. Going through the guide I missed a couple in chapter 11 but thought I got them in my reg play through. Anyway got through the walkthrough and not everything popped. Turns out I some how skipped over chapter 9. Got about 1/2 way through the guide and all the collectibles trophies popped.

Just needed the blackhand trophies. Took 15 mins to get them. I couldn't get the one for shooting a grenade out of the air with blackhand. I think I was detonating the grenade or something. So I switch to a smoke grande and got the trophy and plat.

Trading it to BB tomorrow. Hopefully trade value stays at $32 plus bonus.

Probably buy a $50 amazon card. Will have enough Amazon credit for Golds if they go on any sort of sale.

It was super boring and fucking stupid. I've seen most of the nominated movies this year, and I really don't get why the voters have such a boner for movies that try to act like they have some kind of meaning. For the past few years, that's all that seems to get nominated. Return of the King won 11 awards, including Best Picture, and I'm pretty confident in saying that it wouldn't have more than 2-3 nominations if it came out after 2010.
 
Just finished The Order. It was a good rental. That's 3 done for Feb. I really should have played Apotheon all last week but didn't feel like it after working a lot. I'm hoping to actually finish it this week before Far Cry 4 arrives from GameFly :)

So I realized I really have no use for The Order statue or steel book. Should I just trade in the game and attempt to sell those separately or just sell them all on Amazon/eBay? Not sure what to do. It's no loss really, but I just have no room or desire to display the statue.
 
Joining the echo chamber of platters for The Order.

Though, jesus Ready at Dawn, would it have been so hard to show how many collectibles were collected/need to be collected each chapter? I didnt like having to guess which chapters I still needed to find newspapers and documents.
 
Playing through Wolfenstein. The controls didn't feel good at all at first, but they really started clicking in chapter 3. Pretty cool game so far (in chapter 4.) Probably the only gripe I'd have at this point is that leaning and aiming using R1 and R2 at the same time is a bit weird. Nowhere near as uncomfortable as the Brothers controls, but still. 

I think I'll probably have to delete the game and reinstall it to use the Uber glitch, though. I didn't realize PS+ automatically downloads patches. I'm on 1.01, I think, so I'm assuming it has the Uber glitch patch installed even though I turned off the PS4 internet connection before starting the game.
