Taking those 2 people's opinion on games, especially that poetic justice blowhard, is like taking snakey's opinion on games. I had no issue whatsoever with both games. I even platted the Japanese version of one of them as well. No issue at all either.

Even if a trophy glitches you can do EVERYTHING in 5-6 hours. If you hate on rail shooters, then I can understand passing. Do not pass because of those 2 posts.

...But I forgot about the negative stuff said here about Surgeon Simulator (I thought only Tyler was the really vocal naysayer?), so I might pass on it. #butit'sunderadollar

I remember the flash sale this time last year was probably my starting point turning towards Sony. I got Braid, BttF, Tales from Monkey Island, World Gone Sour, and the Spyro games for 99 cents. Still haven't touched Monkey Island, 3 episodes of BttF, or the Spyro games.

 
Surgeon simulator looks like perfect drunken night fodder.

Other than that I'm looking at breath of fire and wild arms 2. The rest just seem meh.

I heard the controls are so terrible on SS that you'll want to save your money.

Tennis in the Face came out on PS4 in November I think. Vita and PS3 (cross-buy) versions just came out Tuesday. But three seperate trophy lists for decently fun and humorous, if not repetitive game.

So my first round pick list which I still need to whittle down is:

Mega Man X4 + X5 (because mega man)

Breath of Fire IV (because cheap RPG)

Rock of Ages (because $0.45 and it looks like quirky fun)

Cloudberry Kingdom (because procedurally generated platformer, though it looks like a prime PS+ candidate)

Mortal Kombat trilogy (because nostalgia)

Dead Head Fred (because it looks interesting)

Dino Crisis 1 + 2 (because Resident Evil with Dinosaurs)

Heavy Fire X 2 (because easy plats and light gun games are pretty rare nowadays)

Zeno Clash 2 (because I own Zeno Clash 1 on PC)

Sacred Citadel (because peer pressure)

Eat Lead: Return of Matt Hazard (because one of the levels is a parody of SOCOM featuring super soaker water guns and Will Arnet voices the main character, and a plat)

Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond (2d side scroller like contra with supposedly the same sense of humor as Eat Lead)

OK, so I went to PM Gator and noticed he only has 2/5 stars, which is bullshit.  So I gave him a 5 star rank.  Then I looked and I only have 2/5 stars, which makes me chuckle at all the idiots I pissed off enough in other threads to rate me with one star.

So long story short, I'm going to 5 star rank all you mofos right now, because screw those other thread assholes.

Of all the retail stores in the world, Gamestop is the one that most resembles a giant stupid bag of dicks.  I love buying a new game and not getting the original box with it.
