Stealth Inc 2 has this really weird trophy issue. I got the secret final gadget (which should be a silver trophy) but I was given the trophy for collecting all the briefcases, which was bronze. Looked it up and I guess they screwed up programming them, along with another one for unlocking every room on the map.

 
my new job has MAME arcade cabinets in two of the break rooms and an original street fighter 2 cabinet to go along with the ac/dc pinball table. One of the guys upstairs has an mkx poster in his cubicle. I should ask if he likes boosting and also if he wants to boost.

I thought you were a dev. I am not sure how the people in QA put up with most of the devs. It seems like my peers never want to deal with issues that are found by QA. I find that odd since I would much rather it be found before it becomes a field issue.

Maybe it's the fact that I seemed to get hit too often even on Rookie and you can't tell which enemies will shoot first so you can eliminate the immediate threats, or that there aren't any more sound effects when you replenish health/ammo/grenades, or that it seemed much more Michael Bay-ish with the gung-ho stuff done by the player, or that the Extra Health upgrades don't seem to really do anything.

you just got to get back into it. It sucks still but its better than afgan just cause the graphics aren't blurry. It was hard at first until you upgrade and realize the bulet holes when your hit tell you where the guys shooting you is on screen.

A lot of them get offended that we don't think they're work is perfect right out the gate. Some are cool and work with you.

How are you liking that game? Are you speeding through it or actually reading it because I thought that was man on man visual novel.

 
Taco Bell finally takes down the Chick Fil A beast.

Arby's over Jimmy Johns is the biggest upset in the tournament so far to me. Personally, I really enjoy Arby's, but it gets so much damn hate I thought it would get demolished.

Attempting to speed through it. I have all the skip modes set to fast. Using the guide from imports and I only have one more path to do from the beginning of the story to the end.

Then I have all the that route unlock nonsense still. I am hoping I can finish it off tonight and get it back in the mail for Gamefly.

I am not sure how you could even tell if it were man on man since every single character is so androgynous. I guess the text might point that out if I did have it all on auto skip, but I am not interested enough to check.

I still haven't finished the first two games I rented out from gamefly. I should definitely cancel once my month for a $1 is over.

 
Locked in a trade for 13.48 on the evil within at amazon in case the gs value tanks over the next few days. Another ~1 rental for the month will be cool.

I don't know if they didn't do that originally because that's what Dark Souls did or what, but I thought that was strange that there was nothing on the loading screens.

 
Beat Kratos this morning. The fight was cool, but wasn't nearly as difficult as I was expecting. He also wasn't crazy hard to find like that blog post implied. You literally have to find one item, and NPC practically tells you where it is, and then once you have it he'll appear on your world map.

I also got a bunch of random trophies. A lot of the finish a level while doing a certain thing can be done on the first level.
 
Mad max gameplay looks awesome.

Someone at IA should totally review it when it releases and post a link in here for it so I can read it.

Man too bad Vig doesnt write for IA, bet he could write a really good review for it.

I think he would marry Avalanche Studios if it was a woman.

Maybe it's just a form of Stockholm syndrome, but I think I enjoyed Ep. 3 of Jurassic Park the most so far. You can start to see the roots of the branching storyline from the Walking Dead as you have other options on how to approach situations and they start to streamline the puzzles. It also features an extremely badass moment that you never see in any of the movies. The eyes on the characters are still bizarre though, it's like they are made of glass the way they sometimes reflect light.

I can tell you why I hate my QA people as a dev. First, most of them don't speak English natively, so trying to figure out what the hell they're talking about is a struggle. Then, they often don't give enough details. "The request doesn't go through sometimes. Other times it's fine." Well that'll be super easy to track down! Also, they report so many bullshit defects. "The font is 2px off of what it is supposed to be." WE'RE NOT TOUCHING THE FONT! WE'RE USING THE CSS GIVEN TO US FROM STANDARDS! FIND REAL ISSUES AND STOP CLOGGING UP THE DEFECT TRACKER WITH GARBAGE. A super annoying project is coming to an end soon and it's been a real pain for the last few months. /rage

I really liked it, I think vig and mild were with me also. but i loved re4 and it was like re4.5 ( so was sotd) also you can't have an opinion on the game unless you beat 1 hit kill akumu mode, lol.

 
somehow i messed up and gamefly is sending me final fantasy theatrythm curtain call. i looked up the trophies and there are none. then i looked it up and it is a 3ds game, wtf. i don't have a 3ds. fail
