Maybe to make that dog look better in Fallout 4, they should get a dog to work on the game. Because that makes as much sense as "The only way to have diversity in games is to get minorities and women to work on them."

You can represent minorities and women in games without being either of those, it's called not catering to whatever you think is going to sell the most copies of your game and instead making your game more like the real world.

Definitely my favorite show airing right now.. Honestly I was so excited for GoT to finally premier earlier this year but Silicon Valley has really blown me away with season 2.

I never knew how to use a dishwasher until I went to college. My mom used to always wash the dishes by hands and then stack on top of the dishwasher to dry. I guess it was an Asian thing with us but I can never go back to handwashing dishes again.

 
Speaking of other premium cable shows, they added Strike Back S1 and S2 to amazon prime which is quite action packed. It's a co-production between Cinemax and the British Channel Sky1 set in the British Defense Intelligence service. It is a strange mingling of channel values so it's like the globe-trotting, British offspring of 24...with a sex scene in nearly every episode. I was excited when I saw it was added hoping they had added season 3 since I hadn't see that one yet, but they only added S1 + 2.

They also added another Cinemax show, Banshee S1, which I've heard a lot of good things about and hope to get to eventually.

 
You know what show was awesome?  Freaks and Geeks.  I'm rewatching on Netflix and it's crazy how smart the writing was and how great the cast was.  That might be tied with Firefly on my all-time disappointing early cancellation list.

Banshee is pretty good, but it's weird. It's like the execs at Cinemax wanted to make a show that would rival what's on HBO or FX or something, but mandated that it have Skinemax elements to it. So you get this great story and good characters, the plot's moving along, and it takes a three-minute break out of nowhere for a scene that makes you think you're watching low budget softcore.

I've seen all 3 seasons of Banshee. It's amazing. Some of the action scenes will melt your face off with how well they're done. Also, tons of tits.

yeah the review was dumb. That dude is a twat. Everything he complained about is why I love entourage. It is every mans dream to do whoever and whatever you want and say whatever you want without repercussion. Its a mans wet dream.

I had a dentist appointment yesterday at 7PM. I got a reminder text at 5:45 and a call at 6:30. Needless to say I didn't go. Apparently less than two hours for a reminder is good these days?

I get a postcard about 10 days before and a call or text 24 hours before my appointment. My dentist is on top of things.

 
I scratched my fucking lenses pretty bad today. I'm reading online you can use something called Armor Etch to essentially peel off the top coating of polycarbonate glasses and remove the scratches. Anybody ever tried that?

i answered someone else earlier but yeah. rhinos shoot like bullet bills and pandas roll around like boulders. random in vs. I just lost right at start if no crates, and then when you get a level with crates just hope the enemy gets steamrolled by a panda. easy schmeezy ;)

Well I still have 30 levels to go until I'm caught up. Hope they work real hard on that patch.

Yeah I saw it earlier today. I'm not creeped out by video game spiders at all. I don't even really mind most spider videos online. Just ones where people put big spiders in their mouth because that's fucking disgusting. And then in real life I don't like spiders.

Based on that thread title "Darksiders has the only level in a game I've ever been repulsed at playing", I thought it was going to be about the god-fucking-awful third person shooter section that pops up out of nowhere and is absolutely terrible. Thread would have been better if it was about that.

Strangely, I always do our bathroom and toilet. I think it's because I always cleaned the shitters in my ship's berthing so I wouldn't get stuck cleaning berthings for two hours.

I've cleaned a lot of shitters. At least this one is mine.
 
Has anyone here actually played driveclub? I finally got my place in line for it at the library and I'm looking for some motivation to pick it up. I could get a psnot club started I guess for when it goes free.

Sure, they talked about it a while back and there's been a lot of conjecture about it, but AFAIK this is the first shot of any evidence they were actually releasing it. But no, it's not exactly a surprise.

I'm curious about the release date, though. I've not played 2 or 3 yet and had planned to get to 2 fairly soon.

The member count for clubs in that game is pretty small if I remember right. Like stupidly small.
