Maybe this is a commentary on how bad I am at video games, but I seriously can't figure out level 55 in this damned exploding zoo game.

I need some walkthroughs to be put out!

I just finished the plat. I really want to quit and play something else like sound shapes but the dlc is calling me. I need to at least do the story for the gold trophy
I just can't chase after all those chests and cockades right now. Plus a those crappy enigma missions and more missions in Paris and in the DLC. Maybe some day but I doubt it to be honest. Congrats on the plat though.

Appreciate it, guys. I could never get that first aloen fast enough. Now, it seems easy as shit.

Thank you!

I want to try to see these guys in a couple weeks. They're playing 2 shows in Milwaukee. Supposed to be one of the best live acts. This older performance on Conan is so good.

I've been having a hard time getting into The Witcher 3. The open world is kind of a drag for me. At least at the early part of the game. There are question marks all over the map but it seems like half the time I travel to one I'm not prepared for it. Here's a monster nest. I kill the monsters, but I need some special bomb to destroy the nest (I have to craft the bomb but i don't have the right ingredients despite picking up everything I see). Here's a monster guarding a treasure. Welp, my sword strikes take the tiniest chunk of health away and one hit from him almost one shots me. Guess I need to level up more. I've just been sticking to story stuff which is decently fun. But I know I'll have to do side stuff to level up eventually and I currently have no motivation to.

i played TLOU on PS3 at launch.  I did finish it but wasn't in love with it.  Hated the way the weapons were managed and also how slow he moved / did anything.  Ended up buying a cheap code for it on PS4 and enjoyed it a lot more the second time around.  Certainly not a favorite or anything but was worth a second play through for me.  I even played the DLC it came with which more often then not I never seem to get around to on most games.

I guess I am just more a fan of run and gun then stealth.  The story is semi interesting for those who care about that.

Yeah part of why I never bought tlou is the stealth. I know if I ever do play it I'll just run through it on easy and get the simple trophies.

I have like 8 trophies on the PS4 version. And that includes the DLC. 3 on my PS3 playthrough. It is pretty cheap on the trophies.

Are you in the prologue part? You should just do story stuff to start until you hit like level 6 then you can go back and get some of the exploration areas done. Game kind of hinders you from that at first so that you level up and get better gear. It's worth it though.

You can run and gun a decent amount on Normal, but I'd hardly call any of the TLOU trophies easy since you really have to follow a collectible guide and explore a lot off the beaten path. I have a whopping 11 trophies for it on PS4 and 3 on PS3.

i did the same in tlou as i recently did in re where i go crazy conservative and hold on to all my best ammo til the end. Then I have too much and just go ham at the end. Flame thrower/Magnum and grenade launchers for the win

Saw them mention what? I have that game anyway from cross-buy and a sale from a long time ago.
They retweeted somebody reviewing the Vita version, which made me wonder if there'd been any attempt to get a code for it, is all. I remember it being on sale for PS3 but can't recall what the price was. Wishing I'd grabbed it now as that kind of game works well on Vita IMO.

One of the coolest things about TLOU for me is many of my non-gaming coworkers were glued to the television for hours when I played it on one of the harder difficulties my last deployment.

It became appointment television for a week or so which is pretty cool given their typical aversion to the hobby.

Finished The Swapper. Definitely one of the better indie games, though by the end Axiom Verge and Shovel Knight still surpass it in quality.

I did a lot of jumping around between bodies, so...that's one for JumpingJune.

It's too bad they fine players now for doing the Sam Cassell celebration. Still my favorite.

UFC using World Anti-doping Agency testing starting July. Year-round random testing and multi-year suspensions for even first failure.

Yeesh.

The joys of not having to deal with a players/fighters union.

I like it. 1-4 years for first offense and possibly an 8 year ban for second offense. Finally some punishments that will actually make the competitors weigh their options between cheating and the risks of getting caught.

I put down Prinny 2 for Jumping June even though I gave up after 200 lives and 2.5 hours against the end boss. Close enough.

Now on memory 10/15 for AC2. Should be able to finish that up tomorrow or Saturday morning. I think I'll hit Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones as another JJ title, but the rest of the month will probably all be sidescrollers instead.

It's crazy how many good sidescrollers PS+ gives us. So far I'm looking at:

Thomas Was Alone

Mutant Blobs Attack

Mutant Mudds Deluxe

Strider

Dust (need to finish that off)

Never Alone

Bloodrayne Betrayal

Aaru's Awakening

Escape Goat 2

Steamworld Dig

Fez

The Swapper

Most are fairly short. I'll play BB so I'll just go for beating the game rather than going for all the trophies, which are apparently a pain in the ass. Actually I'll save BB for next month. It's sufficiently violent that it works for Jugular June. That's a bit harder of a month to come up with fitting games for.

I thought about Chariot, Trine 2, and LBP 2/3/Vita as possibilities but they all seem to have really high time requirements. Chariot doesn't have a lot of playstationtrophies feedback but what little there is lists 100 hours. Is that legit? Trine 2 also seems surprising based on how short the first was.

1.13mil on Spelunky today.

Saw you ate it in 4-2 Soph. Total bullshit that they have a dark level when you're looking for that gold door to City of Gold. Spent about 4 minutes in that level just looking for the damn thing.
