Knowing that there is going to be a chunk of time in the Sony conference dedicated to Oculus Rift is seriously making me reconsider going to the Experience event tonight. I could sit around at home and do something else when that part starts. Is there supposed to be free swag or something at the movie theater events?

Well I mean besides BC, we knew about everything, only thing that wasn't confirmed was Gears and that is coming next year.  Tomb raider looks great but is coming to PS4 eventually... so yawn honestly

I'm glad we are getting Tomb Raider later now, had no time to play it.

Agreed. They started off with a bang, but trailed off over the show. No big surprise at the end was lame, and that Gears trailer was nothing special (not to mention way too dark).

That Rare exclusive was a big letdown IMO and who the hell even knows what Recore is. I thought they'd have more surprises.

It's weird that ReCore seemed like the best thing from the conference. I wish they had shown gameplay for it.

 
I'm shocked that Harmonix (Rock Band 4) and Call of Duty were not part of Xbox's show.

The table with the HoloLens was neat, but yeah not interested. Did get a chuckle out of the woman yelling "I'm blowing my way in."

New Gears and not a remake? Hell Yes. I'd rather get that than Halo 5.

Good conference otherwise. Indy showcase. Cuphead looks great. Plants vs. Zombies. Rare collection. Backwards compatible Xbox One. 

Sucks if you have a 360 and nothing else though.

 
EA's conference better have some Mass Effect 4 gameplay. Seeing the new Mirror's Edge in action would be neat, too.

I won't lie and say that I am not jealous of the Rare collection and Cuphead (maybe Tyler has infected me with indie apologist syndrome).  Assuming Tomb Raider is truly timed exclusive only then there is still nothing I would really really want to play that is Xbox exclusive though.

I thought it was all fine. It really felt like they only 'showed' 5 games though. I think the hololens demo was amazing but it falls under the who cares category for me other than how neat the tech is. Microsoft r&d has always been incredible, they just don't have any good way to do anything with what they make.

Hoping for some solid stuff out of ubi, ea I could care less about.
 
EA is next @ 4:00.   I get the feeling it won't be better than Bethesda's conference.

Right now I'm giving the win to Xbox for best conference.   Hope I'm wrong and Sony blows them away.

until Nintendo does tomorrow
