I hate disney..frozen 2 is going to come out..I'll probably be spending another million dollars to get Elsa to come over for a bday parties. I need to find one that does that in the day, and strips at night

I haven't played Nier either but I've always meant to track one down. Announcing a new game isn't going to do me any favors to find the game cheap. From what I hear it's one of those games that's so underrated that it eventually became overrated, but I still want to play it.

Never Alone is done, took a shade over 3 hours from start to finish.  7.5/10.  Cool story and cultural background but man did it get frustrating at the end.

Yeah I played it at release. And I still hated the controls and load times. Suck. IT!

But yeah I was starting to get bored with RPGs at the time and a lot of it had to do with load times. I couldnt stand the extra second or two for every battle to start. And all the waiting around for animations and shit. My ADD started getting real bad and the camera controls just ended it for me.

Go replace a dishwasher Kracker!

Look, if you like weird, VERY WEIRD Japanese games then you might like it. It turned me off. And the combat wasnt anything extraordinary that I remember. Plus the game looked like shit when it released. I cant imagine trying to look at it now. Your eyes might bleed.

Read the guide. It was about 20 hours? I dont remember, but it wasnt too long. the major thing to watch out for are the collectables as they are missable. So if you want to do one run you have to follow a guide.

nah, it looks pretty straightforward. and if your'e going for the plat there's a new story+ anyhow so you'll probably get another shot if you want to go in blind for the first run. the trophies really don't say much about the story at all, they're really really vague other than who we already know is the main villain (if you've been paying attention at all).

tyler and his vile hatred of all things backwards compatible made me think that maybe it's time for me to dig in to the games I really want to play on the ps3 and then be done with it. starting friday because I'm still playing battle fantasia even if it kind of sucks. it has a trophy where you have to perfectly parry the last boss's special attack (~24 parries in a couple seconds) and then beat him without getting hit on a difficulty higher than normal!

I'm not actually even trying to do that, I know I can't.

Yeah, if they just kept everything the same as JC2 and made it prettier this would be will be with Shadow Warrior 2 for GOTY for me. I really hope these two games play exactly the same in prettier and bigger environments.

According to Ryan, though backwards compatibility is an often requested feature, it isn't used all that much. That is seemingly evidenced by the first PS3 model having built in support for PS2 games, which was apparently seldom used by fans.

I am not sure that Wren's response was strong enough. A vast majority of the trophies are missable. You can get most on a second playthrough, but some could take quite a while to get to.

You definitely want to at least use the collectible guide. It is spoiler free as far as I recall. Just realize that it could take a complete second playthrough for the plat if that is all you use.
