The driving seems pretty tight to me, but I haven't gotten to the races yet. I still find myself grappling through the city since it's more fun. For me the tank fighting is a bizarre addition and I'm annoyed that the skill tree isn't one point for every upgrade. Maybe it was like that in city/origins too, but having just played asylum having to 'save' points seems silly. Unless those ones in red are just locked for other reasons.
 
Apparently there is a nationwide professional ultimate frisbee league.  And there's a team in town.  That could be an interesting Saturday night out with the boy.

Ultimate is great. I wish I'd gotten into it as a kid, but I'd never even heard of it until I was in my 20s. I'm not very good at it, but some years I play it quite a bit, sometimes 3-4 times a week for months on end. Then the next winter comes along and then I'll not play for a year or two again.

I was passing my local store this morning and stopped in to ask if they had any left. The lady said they got rid of all of them last night and immediately got on the phone. She called the 1-888 number and gave them my order number and she asked me what system. I got an email with a new order number for it and it was marked $0.00 for the skin/stand. Luckily my local BBY is good with most customer service issues. I was just going to leave but the lady wanted to solve the problem. The lady told me she made it a new order so I didn't have issues getting the $10 reward certificate.
 
Someone go into that dude's flipping thread, quote the post by Confucius, and ask him if he's the one that flipped all those copies of Super Mario All Stars. It gets him crazy pissed.

When the flash sale does go live, it won't take much of a discount to make me bite on Hand of Fate. I was tempted to buy it at release. Anyone check it out?

1 hour and 15 minutes until i get to start Batman (good for nothing family). Got my day 1 patch installed and am ready to roll.

One of the games I used to bump me up to $100 for the last $15 back promo. I don't think I've played any of those games yet. I'm such a fool. :oops:

I had no idea there was a Discworld board game. I've never read Hitchhiker's, but like eldergamer said in a later post it's fantasy with a heavy dose of dry humor. For me, it's a good change of pace from work.

My mom's from Milwaukee and I remember spending summers at my grandparents house before they had A/C. Trying to go to sleep at night when having just a sheet covering you makes you hot was always unbearable. I'm all about running the A/C down at night so that it's cold when i go to bed.

I love Hand of Fate. Its like playing a tabletop game with a arkham-lite combat match every so often. I'm hoping the card pack expansions hit PS4 soon, I almost rebought the game on Steam during the sale just to access them.

Just got back from seeing Jurassic World. Great flick, definitely better than 2/3 combined and pays homage to the original. 

It was like a mini hurricane here when I headed to the theater, branches in the roads, traffic lights non functioning. When I left the theater the outside and sky resembled armageddon like straight outta This is the End. Everything had an orange tint like through sunglasses.

I know you are already covered. I was going to say Groupon has a Vizio 50" 4K refurbished for $549.99. I still think at that size at 10 feet or more it is more gimmick then anything else but I know a few here have a hardon for 4K TVs. I want something bigger so I can move the 50" plasma that is in the living room into the basement but then I would need a new TV stand for the larger TV anyway.

 
Played 2 hours or so of Batman.  It is pretty but I am not sure I am loving it.  

The driving is going to get annoying I think.  The Riddler challenge (that involves driving) was annoying and stupid.  I am finally to the point of using all the cool tools he had in previous games.  Hopefully there is more of that to come.
