This is supposed to be quite good. Wonder if it'll show up.

Gator, I don't know if you've ever had this but my wife brought me back a six pack of this from Ohio because a friend of hers loves it...

It's alright but I probably wouldn't drink it again.

EDIT: Sorry pharm... my wife is pretty cool. That chick you got lined up is pretty hot, so chin up you bastard.
Is this a joke post? I thought Yeungling was everywhere (or at least fairly common). Granted I'm a state away from where is brewed, so I could be wrong. I like it. It's my go-to lager that I usually have in the fridge. That's only because I drink too often to buy large supplies of the fancy craft stuff. I'll generally have 1 or 2 craft beers to get my buzz on then switch to Yeungling.

yuengling is standard fare. We have it all over Tampa since they have a factory here. But they have been u. PA? I think a long time. Old brewery.

Episode 4 of GoT on PS4 runs like every previous game on the PS3.  The first 3 ran flawlessly, though.

The story is really, really good though.  Still lots of illusion of choice, of course.  My favorite scenes are the "previously on" ones that show a choice I purposely didn't make.

Nope, no joke.... we don't have it here.

East coast to central USA, mostly. According to their website their distributors only go as far West as Tennessee.

I don't drink beer, but we just got this around here in MA maybe last summer. I remember because people were treating it like a huge event and making such a big deal out of it.

What the heck, PSN?  First you say my password is incorrect. Then you say YOU'RE encountering an error and can't allow me to purchase games.

Yet 2 minutes ago I had no problem buying the TG16 games.

dammit why haven't I been playing it these last few days? I'm terrible. I guess I need to concentrate on beating it this week.
Game Stop is also giving $40 for it for a month after release I think although don't think I saw any proof.

I think I am roughly where Tyler said this game never ends. I bought it through BB so I think I have the Harley DLC. After that I think I will trade it BB or GS. Not interested in a second playthrough now.

Just in case you can't finish it by Saturday.

The proof is on the Gamestop receipt when you buy a copy from there.

crypt of the necrodancer looks great. dont care about a vita port as long as it hits ps4 at some point.

mirrors edge is sweet but the combat does suck.

@jimbo you should have the Harley and scarecrow dlc. both take about 15 mins but are fairly enjoyable. scarecrow is all batmobile focused.

scarecrow dlc is really helpful for those going for the plat, as the stars you get in it count towards the 69 stars trophy.

Yeah, now that you mention it, my buddy moved up to Vermont and had told me before that he misses Yeungling. They are just much bigger/more widespread than the microbrews i usually see discussed in here. If i want so lazy I'd post a picture of a can of budweiser and ask Gator if he'd ever tried it.

We've had it in Charlotte for years. It's weird that you guys are so much closer to PA yet hadn't gotten it until recently. I first had it when I visited a buddy at Penn because it was all they would drink.

These AR challenges are getting tougher to 3 star. It's still pretty satisfying/fun when you pull it off. I 3 starred that one where you drive to the different places and fight tanks with .04 seconds to spare.

Ate at a Cuban restaurant last night. Is a sandwich really a Cuban if you don't eat it with the pickles? I'm not a pickle fan; pickled jalapeños are good, though. Plus, I asked the waitress for hot sauce for my beans and rice, and she brought me some mayo-based concoction; what the hell. Threw that stuff in the trash.
I only eat pickles on Cubans. I do not like the flavor on anything else, but it works on a Cuban, IMO. Good job on the mayo.

I have had it. Of all the mass produced lagers, I think it is up at the top with Sam Adams. You should have no problem finding it where you are. I am not sure if it is available in the entire US yet, but they cover the eastern seaboard. They have a brewery in Tampa to go along with the original one in PA somewhere.

Wow, I just looked up a Louisville zip code and you cant get it within 50 miles. I am very surprised. The closest place is in Cincy across the river.

ETA: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington DC, and West Virginia.

bank heists are my favorite addition. it's like if predator mode was turned in to an arcade game.

Beat Castle of Illusion. Need to do some trophy cleanup still, but good game. They did a much better job with this remaster compared to the Ducktales one, I think.

I didn't know people actually considered Yuengling good. Its just cheap. I guess its just a thing if you didn't live next door to it the majority of your life.

It's not very good, no, but of the mass-produced stuff that's widely available it's a better choice than most. Sure if you go somewhere that has crafts or imports then you'll want something else, but when it's up against Bud or Miller or whatever then yeah I'll get the Yuengling.

I just have the multiplayer trophies left for Super Exploding Zoo--would anyone be up to boosting them (I'm on Vita)? I could also get them myself using my PS4, but I figured I'd ask here first.

Yuengling isn't widely available where I am. I can't buy it at most stores but a few restaurants I go to carry it. They charge it the same price as Crafts/imports so I never tried it. Goo thing I'm not missing much.

Nice, I just found out Sweetwater became available near me earlier this year in TX.  Loved their beers when I lived in Atlanta a few years ago.

does anyone else have those credit cards that have little chips in them? whats the point? was at walmart and they forced me to use it instead of just swipe it. it regularly doesnt work and takes much longer than just swiping. so what's the upside of these things? right now it just feels like a technological step backwards.

Anti-theft protection. Currently if someone steals your number + information with a skimmer or data center breach they can just print the card over and over and use it by swiping or sell it. The chip is authenticated with its card issuer and a unique code is generated every transaction that can only be used once, so if they intercept that information via nefarious methods it's useless to them since the authentication code can't be reused.

Thanks owl and stotch. sounds good, but the three times I've had to do it, it hasn't worked on its first try once. this most recent time at walmart the cashier had to just resort to key in the entire cc number. ugh.

I would expect smaller places/lower populated areas to have a tough time. There's a grocery store near me that has the reader, but they don't have it turned on yet. But in your area, and at a Walmart, it seems weird that you're having such a hard time.

I was sent a replacement Discover card with the chip. I haven't activated it and the old one works fine, so I'll keep that up at least for a while.  :whistle2:
