I almost jumped on Rocket League last night, but decided to spend some extra QT with the wife; I need to build up the reserves after playing Iron Banner all last week. MP games are where I lose all track of time. If I'm playing something single player, I'll usually stop by midnight or when I start with the head-bob. I can quickly become sleep deprived playing MP games; like last week. The only day I didn't play was Wednesday, and my average time to bed was about 2a. By this Monday, I was dragging ass at work. Tuesday night I fell asleep on the couch about 930p

My wife will do that sometimes while I'm playing, too. The hardest part is trying to keep a straight face because my buddies will start laughing or imitating her into my earpiece.

Also, according to their website Westbrook Mexican Cake is only released in May. I'll have to mark that on the calendar.

I thought the 30-minute video was the full movie. It looked like it ended on a cliffhanger, though.

 
today I learned that you shouldn't knock the geometry wars vita coop without trying it.  It plays insanely well in its weird sideways configuration with two people.  I was especially surprised how stable the vita is with two people playing.  my first coop buddy was not in to it though (but he did play well), I'll have to find someone else.

I think its time we teach mild the etiquettes' of local coop gaming.

Such as you're always supposed to be touching the person to keep in sync. So leg grazing is a must. Maybe that's why he wasn't feeling it.

For some reason this And You Were Never Heard From Again trophy in Senran Kagura just refuses to trigger. Seems like the "blow the skirt up" step is giving me issues.  :wall:

I don't think it is going to divide us. Zimm is predisposed to getting annoyed by Therm's diatribes like I am. Stotch likes to be the heel and saw an opening to turn the screws.

I feel like I need a shower after agreeing with a point Therm made though.

cool mousecraft is only a couple hundred megs, so i can download it for the flight home as well. assuming i can get my vita to connect to this hotels Wi-Fi.

I have had issues with that in the past, but if they use a web page authentication setup before allowing open browsing it usually seems to work if you use the web browser on the Vita to get past it.

Wow that Juggernog minifridge can hold 12 cans. I thought it was one of those lame little usb fridges or something. Might end up getting that CE though I dont think itll be less than$200

EDIT: Should be up soon. Saw gamestop ad on facebook listing the hardened edition for $80 but it is gamestop exclusive.

Quick Infamous Second Son question:

So I started the game on my good playthrough and sort of figured "hard" mode would be unlocked at the end since I didn't see an option for it at the start. Now I'm reading you have to start the game and then change it? Can I just make my "evil" playthrough hard or I'm screwed?

If it's anything like the other 2 infamous games, you have to switch to Hard in the options as soon as you get control at the beggining of the game. If you wait too long and then switch, no trophy.

Ok, so I guess on my 2nd playthrough when I go evil I'll change it right away and hope for the best.

 
Arkham Knight seriously missed the boat on boss battles, man.
I saved Deathstroke for 2nd to last and it turned out to be a really easy tank battle. I thought when he jumped out of his blown up tank we would start fighting for real. NOPE. Still haven't fought The Riddler yet, but we'll see how that fight turns out.

I thought it was funny that Batman smacked Deathstroke down like he was nothing when he jumped out of his tank--it kind of showed how pathetic Deathstroke was compared to everything else that had been going on.

As for Riddler, I hope you like fighting lots and lots of Riddler-Bots.
