Don't know, but these things are free. FREE!so do we know mucha bout this game? Cool? Preorder bonus at bb?
The game is 8 years old and I was still careful not to spoil anything important. The most anybody could walk away with was "Oh, some dude named Fontaine is the bad guy" which means nothing to someone who hasn't played the game anyway.
I mean, I get spoilers, and Arkham Knight is a good example of a game that should still be spoilered, but right now we're talking about something so old that it exceeds the statute of limitations for most felonies.
Am I supposed to spoil thattoo?Vader is Luke's father,

It would've been funny if this was a link to something that immediately spoiled the end of bioshock 2.Prime Day sale sneak peek:

Do you remember random character name drops for very long? People mention names from games all the time in here; if I haven't played the game I forget them in no time simply from lacking a frame of reference to make the name significant enough to remember. Even if somebody does remember the name, the name reveals nothing of how the character comes in or how they become the villain. But now if someone plays Bioshock and first hears the name Fontaine after reading your spoilers, they'll know he's the main villain and expect his reveal rather than think "Huh, that guy sounds important" and thinking little of it until his unexpected reveal later on.
No preorder bonus, I thought it was out today anyhow. I'm not expecting much from it, but I'll library it.so do we know mucha bout this game? Cool? Preorder bonus at bb?

Probably nothing for me. Only thing on that list is maybe a Fire Stick. But I have 3 Chromecasts and a Roku 3 already.Prime Day sale sneak peek:

That $40 season pass is paying off in spades! Here's the new AK DLC for August, developed by Rocksteady this time: http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/07/14/new-batman-arkham-knight-season-pass-dlc-content-revealed

I seriously wonder why alternate costumes have been pushed so much for the last two Arkhams--do they really think we'll be switching between them that frequently? You look at Batman's backside most of the time anyway, so unless you have story missions left, you won't really get a good look at the outfits in-game.That $40 season pass is paying off in spades!
You'd be amazed by what useless information my brain retains instead of things like family birthdays or times of upcoming doctors appointments.Do you remember random character name drops for very long?
For a story/atmosphere-heavy game like Bioshock, I do.Do you remember random character name drops for very long?
If the Kindle with $30 off is the Paperwhite 3 I'll probably get one. Right now I'm using a Kindle 3 (the last one with a keyboard) and it's much slower and uglier than the newer iterations, plus does not have the backlit screen. According to the link that stuff is going to be given in Lightning Deals, though.Probably nothing for me. Only thing on that list is maybe a Fire Stick. But I have 3 Chromecasts and a Roku 3 already.
They'll probably have 10 available.I'd consider that 32 or 40 inch TV.
The point is that you just sprang a big part of a story driven game out of the blue. People will remember that in a game like that. Batman has been talked about non-stop since it came out, so for people like me that aren't playing it, I know that if I see Batman mentioned to tread lightly. But no one is talking about Bioshock and you bust out the final boss's name and some ending details. Just have some consideration. When in doubt spoil that shit. Not that hard there Sparkles.Do you remember random character name drops for very long? Even if somebody does remember the name, the name reveals nothing of how the character comes in or how they become the villain. How Fontaine comes in is far, far more important anyway, I think you'll agree.
Anyway...I think it's ridiculous for people to get upset about the name of a villain from an 8-year-old game when we're having unspoilered posts revealing secret identities from a game 3 weeks old.![]()
My wife has the kindle before the paper white and said it is fine. Otherwise I would consider it.If the Kindle with $30 off is the Paperwhite 3 I'll probably get one. And ways to get rid of bombs. Is there old Batman/Robin TV show skins for AK? That's the only ones I'd be interested in if I had the game. Plus some Bat Shark Repellent.
One of the exclusive bonuses for the PS4 version is a "Classic TV Series" skin:Is there old Batman/Robin TV show skins for AK? That's the only ones I'd be interested in if I had the game. Plus some Bat Shark Repellent.
I brought this up months ago and Tyler was one of the few who responded and basically said just because it is an older game doesn't mean everyone has played it. I think several people liked his post (as did I).I dunno, I kinda take Therm's side on this one. Unless someone in the thread really mentions they're playing through an older game like Bioshock I think it's fair game to mention spoilers here. I haven't played through games like God of War or anything but I wouldn't get bothered if someone here mentions spoilers for it because it's been out so long.
I don't think God of War is a good comparison here. That game is all about the action. I've played all of them except Ascension and I still have no idea what the hell was going on with the story. Kratos was mad. Kill all the gods. That's all I got. Bioshock is branded as a story first game with a huge mystery and a huge twist.I dunno, I kinda take Therm's side on this one. You can always cancel the pre-order, too, so no reason not to do it even if you don't want to buy a new game at GS.According to the relevant thread, AK fetches $58 at Gamestop if you use a 50% bonus coupon, have PUR, and preorder a game in the same transaction (the guy who mentioned it said he preordered Rainbow 6 Siege).

Maybe not, but I was trying to think of major PS3 titles I haven't played yet. My point is that when a game, movie, TV show, etc has been out this long I think it's kinda silly to have to spoiler it because someone in a thread may not have seen it yet. It's courteous of course, but not required.I don't think God of War is a good comparison here. That game is all about the action. rule of thumb for me is one year, if someone spoils something for me a year after release, I'm the only one to blameMaybe not, but I was trying to think of major PS3 titles I haven't played yet. I just feel its common curtesy to not spoil the name of a final boss, regardless how old the game is. Other shit you can maybe discuss, but its really not that hard to spoiler tag one name.rule of thumb for me is one year, if someone spoils something for me a year after release, I'm the only one to blame
Yes please. So who thinks the GoW 3 PS4 Remaster will follow in the great tradition of GoW PSN releases and be free for everyone today somehow?
You're right. And the Vig's of the world will find out they can somehow sell them somewhere else for 40 cents profit so they'll all snatch them up instead of letting people who actually want them get them. They'll probably have 10 available.
I expect the righteous indignation of CAG and the internet in general to be off the charts tomorrow.
Sounds like you're eating a shit sandwich today. The mediator just handed me lunch menus. Jimmy johns is one! Guess what I am having for lunch?

maybe but I might go with this other place since its a mom and pop down here in South Tampa. I never get down here so I will probably go with them.Sounds like you're eating a shit sandwich today.
There's also a warYouing douche. I had no idea there were gods in God of War. Might as well put that one in the never play pile.
