There was a show called "The Flying Nun". It was about a Nun that could fly. Let that sink in for a moment. Sally Field was that Nun.

Do I let it sink in before I get told that Sally Field was the nun or should I not know that before everything has sunk in for greater effect of Sally Field.

Knowing its Sally Field might be too much at one time, so let the first part sink in. Then the Sally Field part.

So what does this flying nun do, exactly? Solve murders or something like that? I've heard of the show, but I never could figure out what the deal was that made a nun that flies around so worth watching. Or is it just the fact that it is Sally Field?

For the record, I didn't much care for Sally Field's Aunt May.

If im right she was a Nun who helped solve problems and because she weighed 90 pounds she was able to fly. Seriously only reason she could fly was her hat and she weighed 90 pounds. She just helped out the community. Im not an expert on the show though.

She was okay as aunt may, thats all I have to say about that.
 
Oh so she was sort of a flying nun version of "Touched by an Angel" or something, then. Ah. How trite.

Yeah, I guess she was "okay" as Aunt May. She did have better on-screen chemistry with Garfield than Toby had with Rosemary Harris. But as a guy who grew up with Spiderman comics, Rosemary was a better representation of the Aunt May character from the old comics.

As for Marisa Tomei, she's probably more in-line with the "Ultimate" version of Aunt May that the MCU is trying to emulate, but I haven't read much of the Ultimate comics.

Secret Wars is dragging on for too long tho. Just get it over with already so we can move on...

 
Context:

Homie pulled off some dope shit to win a round, then popped off cuz he thought it was the end of the set. Turned around just in time to see that he was already bodied.

Sent to losers bracket.

 
Watched Ex Machina, it was really good and made you think about the relationship Humans would have to Artificial intelligence. Also some good twist in it as well. I would recommend if you are a fan of Science Fiction. The main actress performance was fantastic. She isnt even a huge star yet, emphasis on the yet.

Odin Sphere getting a HD port seems neat.

What's better is that they're also working on something new.

None of this will come to PC.

I wish he would have done Justice League Dark instead.

But hell, if he wants to write another shitty script in order to get money to make Hellboy 3, I'm fine with it.

I hate hearing people use the term "waifu" like the amiibo thread when lucina was coming out everyone said they needed their "waifu".

No it bugs me because how many times its used to describe the same character mostly. Like sooooo many people say it about Lucina

You dont have to be from Japan to find a term annoying.

MKX got old, so Adam and I switched over to DOA and fuck, that game is fun again! I'm noticing a ton of stuff I really missed the first time around. Probably going to buy more costumes now too.
