Not to mention you can also pay 20 bucks to get more DLC thats completely cosmetic crap.

Just found out while playing a nightfall from people that pay attention to destiny news, they are nerfing all the good guns.

Really dont think Ill get Taken King at this point.

What looks like a lot of easier trophies, with only a few hard ones. That's always a bad recipe for a high TT score as they don't weigh the plat high enough so there has to be quite a few individual high value trophies to raise it. For instance, Vanquish's challenge 6 is hard as balls so only it and the plat have exceptionally high value, but the rest are not too difficult to obtain so it barely breaks 2700 when it really should be higher than that. If the trophy list has several story related trophies that cannot be missed or will come naturally through 1 playthrough, that also suppresses the TT score.

Nier is also only available on disc, out of print, and is somewhat pricey, so it's not going to be an impulse purchase. A gamer is going to have to seek it out and thus is more likely to see it through.

I used to play Hero Quest 20 years ago. I think like 5 years ago we went and picked up Descent cuz it looked the most similar. Crazy expensive tho, and the 'dlc' is so expensive too. and then I went back to that store like a month ago and they have Descent 2.0 totally revamped for like $100. omg. also grabbed Kragmorath for the kids cuz it looked interesting. Anyone ever play Omega Virus? That is an awesome board game too, just started playing it with my kids a few days ago.

Played Hohokum for about 30 minutes last night. Had no idea whatsoever what was going on. Kept wondering why I was wasting my time or what the point of all this was.

I plan on it once I get another $20 PSN card from Gamestop tomorrow. If the GotY edition turns out to have shared trophy lists, I'll get the PS3 version (unless they make it current-gen exclusive, in which case oh well).

Hey! It has the same metacritic score as DC universe online!

But to actually answer your question, of course not! It just has to have dlc to rebundle and sell again so they can milk the existing fans a little bit more. Although they may call it a complete edition or something instead of goty to avoid the comments that point out the obvious. It sure was an awesome game though.

I might go back to it. I'm still pissed I forgot that stupid "Get to the Loom Chamber in 10 minutes" part. I got every other missable trophy. When I realized I missed that one and would have to play through the whole damn game again I didn't even bother with the Challenge of the Gods stuff.
