Wow that's super embarrassing. This dude just called FIFA a football game and he meant to say soccer. I guess he thought he was talking about Madden for a second.

Come on, they had a FIFA bundle at launch, didn't help then, won't help now. MS has lost the world and should probably focus their attack on the US....

They have given it away to Europe at launch, and last year as well... It's the same announcement as the previous 2 years, and the other two were announced at Gamescon too.

I'm a PS gamer because I don't care for Halo plain and simple.  Halo one was cool, but there really wasn't any innovation for me to want to continue playing.  It is pretty much the same thing and the story and lore isn't that great either.  Doesn't hold a candle to my love of Uncharted

 
I hate how everyone at Microsoft still uses the OMG! this is so exciting you should be excited voice at conferences. I feel like Sony has finally gotten away from that with it's current leadership.

Co op / multiplayer? I did play some of 4 and Reach this way with a friend. We both liked Gears a lot more. I plowed through 3 story on one of the easier settings. Was getting ready to unload my 360 and wanted to at least get through it. I don't know why it never really grabbed me. I like shooters and online play (co op especially). Probably why Gears and Borderlands are among my favorites.

I even got a copy of the first (I think it was the first) Halo for PC for Christmas once. I don't think I finished the first chapter.

Like I said I would mess around with it if/when I end up with a XBox One but certainly isn't a console seller for me.

Probably has partly to do with your trophy card not changing. I do remember you had the most hours of all of us when we all still played though.

I got annoyed with having to learn the game every couple weeks when they updated. Do I still want motes of light and strange coins or do I need to do something else to level up now? Are the guns I worked hard to get still good or are they nerfed. That and the shit they are pulling with the DLC soured me a bit. I do want to play though the last DLC though at some point.

It's all going to change in a month, so I'm not really bothering with collecting things or leveling up right now.

 
did she just craft a last of us bomb on the fly?

edit - oh, the new tomb raider is just the last of us's multiplayer in single player form

doing my tuesday morning psn comb. looked at the trophies for ender of fire, and found this one. still want to buy it just for the lols.  "Do 2 players co-op play and clear any stage. I bet you. Batter than single play."

 
So there were a few good things. Disappointing overall, though. 

Good to see Lara constantly getting beat up, bludgeoned, falling, etc., again, I guess. Hopefully in some future game she'll be more badass and less desperate all the time.

Dark Souls III was the best part, but otherwise Microsoft's conference gets a big "meh" from me.

Got to be too much of a grind for me. Make sure I get on every day to do the daily missions with all 3 characters. Do the weekly and depending on the Nightfall maybe do that. All on the same maps I have been playing for months (plus a few more in the first expansion pack). Ended up not playing anything else. Was in a rut like I was back during COD MW2 and BO days.

 
Wow, just watched the Scalebound trailer, not at all what I was thinking it would be. One less "exclusive" to give a shit about.

There is a year one emblem you can get for doing a bunch of different things, beating all 3 raids on hard (well the top level in the new deal, not really a raid) winning a bunch of mp matches, etc. I just need to beat skolas which is the hardest level on the new arena stuff.

Bullshit thing is anyone can get it, not just people playing since day one, just have to have it completed by the end of august I think.
