So saturday 8/8 at 9am gamestop will take preorders for a 3 pack of amiibo. The pack will include Mr. Game and Watch, Dunk Hunt Dog and R.O.B. there is no further information if these will get a single release. Reports are saying minimum of 30 preorders per store. More information to come.
Yeah, I really want to go do this, but not sure if mine will be opening early or if I'll actually have the time to do this because Saturday is the art fair that I do every second saturday with my girlfriend. The art fair starts at 10 AM and my local stores normally open at 10:30 and when I called them earlier about this they told me that they don't know anything about this yet, so maybe it's regional or something.

Is it suicide if you sacrifice yourself to slow down the bad guy so your friends can escape even though you know you'll be killed?
Nah, it's a sacrifice.

It makes me sad when I realize I will never have a friendship as strong as Nate and Zeki.

Also Deadpool trailer looked great, some really nice camera angles on some of the scenes, like the gun shot one to the three dudes. Also like I was at toys r us a few weeks back, you know just being a creep, they have deadpool stuff. Like kids stuff, there was a bank shaped like his upper torso. I hope parents dont think they can bring their kids to see this. Most superhero stuff in general I dont see as kid friendly. Like the amount of kids toys for Jurassic world is insane. Like its dinosaurs killing humans. I mean I guess when I was young I was a huge jurassic park fan. I remember i had like pajamas with t-rex on it. Again we can discuss how our country views violence not as bad but nudity is the worst possible thing a child can see. Opposite in other countries. I think im done rambling. Onion backwards is noino.

Quantum Break just pulled in Iceman, Littlefinger who after being thrown out of that plane by Bane went out and bought a similar mask, the Hobbit who has cocaine problems on the Island, and that good cop from the wire.

I am all for this fuckin game.

I wasnt joking, it takes a strong friendship to have the relationship you two have for each other.

You mentioned reading Hentai to him and it seemed like only good friends could do something like that. You guys are like soul mates but as friends, unless you wont it to be more?

Europe just got Wii Xenoblade Chronicles on Wii U today. Why does Europe get all the good Nintendo stuff and we get shit? I mean, we still ain't got Metriod: Zero Mission yet. This pisses me off. fucking Nintendo and their stupid-ass region locked console.

It's because Reggie sucks.

Well, that's fucking stupid of them. I would buy it right now if they released it. I really don't understand why they're catering to Europe more than the USA.

Splatoon update is today. Who is going to be in my squad? Beatles?
I still neeeeed it.

I haven't even seen this, but I want it now.

Wow, you sound super strict. Dinosaurs eating people is okay. I watched the original Jurassic Park when I was 4 and after watching World I don't think it's something I would even balk at letting a toddler watch. It's not overly violent or bloody at all. As for Deadpool, you're forgetting that, just like the Punisher, he is a character that has been in a lot of children's shows despite being written in a very mature way at times in the comics. Still, Deadpool will probably still have some clueless parents taking their kids to see it, but it's going to be Rated R anyways, so not like it won't have a warning. Now, I don't see why you don't think other Superhero stuff is kid friendly, really. Comics originally only catered to kids and though their share of the market has shrunk over time, they still have a lot of say in it and their own books to read at both of the big two. Also, the violence in most superhero cartoons have been super turned down in the last 10 years or so. I mean, they won't even let fucking Ultimate Spider-Man say the words "death" or "kill" unless it's in an episode with a specific anti-death message and that's shitty. They have basically taken all of the urgency out of cartoons. As for the movies? They're pretty ridiculously kid friendly as well. I mean, we can't even fucking get Demon in a Bottle on the big screen because they don't want to portray an alcoholic as a superhero. Sorry for the rant. As something dear to my Heart and someone that has grown up pretty immersed in comics and everything else superhero-y, it really annoys me to see people talk about violence in this media like it's the worst it could be whenever it's incredibly toned down these days compared to what it was in the 90's or even the early 2000s (and if you don't think so, go read any all-ages X-Men from the 90's with Wolverine. He kills at least 1-2 people in every fight and they almost always show blood).

Anyways, sorry again for the rant. This wasn't hating on you at all, Beatles. Love you <3 and if that was just bate, then gr8 b8, m8. 8/8. <3<3<3

I do however agree with you that nudity is generally okay. I think people here are overall too repressed. Thankfully, those trends seem to be changing.

You make a valid point. Its more of how violence is so okay but nudity is awful with me. My parents let me watch pretty much anything when i was younger. I remember watching titanic when i was like 5. There were breast in that movie. I watched the star wars series when i was really young. Like I said with Jurassic park I watched the series a ton when I was younger and I had a bunch of toys from the series. Maybe it's a good thing kids get exposed to the stuff early so they grow up more open minded. It makes kids see these heroes protecting people and could help them feel safe. You are correct and I was looking at it wrong. I just saw violence and not the leason the kids could be learning.

Its crazy seeing a movie as a kid then watching it later as an adult. Im always like "there was a plot?!". Not all movies are like that but titanic was one of those for me.

I remember my mom telling me about when Die Hard came out and like it was insane at the time for the violence. I watch that now like thinking its not bad at all.

Also im like the opposite of strict hahaha

I did feel like a 1950s father scolding everyone for letting their kids see blood.

Cool, I watched last weeks then.

So great knowing I have something to look forward too rather than just consuming it immediately.

We'll see.

It'll be nice to watch a superhero movie that is rated R again.

I believe in the possibility to make the character likeable if you put him in a good/fun story and be good about doing his dumbass humour and stupid ass 4th wall shit (or just get rid of it altogether; you're not Ferris Bueller or Zack Morris and you never will be)

4th wall jokes can be really hit or miss. From the trailer we saw "que the music" but not a big 4th wall joke. I agree with you though. It will be interesting how it does being a superhero movie rated R.

Somewhere, Woody Allen sheds a single tear.

But he's an asshole anyway so fuck him.
