I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

I haven't had any spare Bing bux since June because it's all going to that stupid Fallout CE that I don't even want, but MUST HAVE!

It's okay. We all have those developers, games + franchises we're weak for.

I just...try to have very few of those.

I bought Fallout 3: CE (the $70 lunchbox edition) day of release.

I'm curious what will be that price/discount I'll break at for Fallout 4.

That's not the only thing, I also preordered Fallout 4 at full price on Steam, as well. I'm sick. I'm a sick , sick lab monkey.

 
The worst part about Mafia II getting removed is that I'll never again see a post by Foxhack bitching about how they don't sell a deluxe edition upgrade.

I got a Deluxe Edition a while ago. :)

But from now on I'll complain about companies like Daedalic and the Knights of Pen and Paper+1 edition devs, who refuse to add deluxe upgrades 'cause they're idiots.

No, they haven't ran out yet. It's just a countermeasure to avoid too many people getting keys and overloading the Gala servers.

Just wait an hour or so.

Yeah, I wasn't implying that it was "worth it" and frankly I'm a little skeptical that Mafia II won't make a return appearance at some point. But, you know, when a game gets pulls you gotta play that "who still has it?" game.

Can we talk some more about Mafia II? I feel like there hasn't been enough talk about it lately. What DRM does Mafia II use? How much VRAM does Mafia II need? Will there be a PC port of Mafia II? Oh wait, there already is.

Remember that one time when Mafia II was $5 free?

Yeah, I also have Mafia 1 on retail discs. Don't have it on Steam.

I'm guessing 2K got the money & is just too lazy to pay the damn license renewals. It'd be the license renewal issue for the music on Mafia 1. And who knows if it's the music, magazine stuff or both for Mafia 2.

I don't know why they either just don't cut the content out (cheapest way to go); replace the content w/ something else; or something. It'd be nice for them to still keep selling the game, at the very least.

Yeah, it sucks that some content likely will be gone - but modders & gamers often find ways around this nonsense on the PC anyways.

So apparently the po-dunk town I live in will soon be infested by fat nerds from all over the world coming to see Felicia Day speak at the local bookstore.

So that should be fun.

It's on Steam's Mafia 2 store-page.

Toys R Us once had D3 PC for $10 when they did that PC game blowout, a few years back or so.

Good luck finding that kind of deal again.

Best Buy often has D3 (base-game) + ROS (expansion) each for $20 when they feel like doing Blizzard deals.

It would most likely be a boxed retail deal so you're probably better off asking advice from the console crowd since they're experts on boxes and discs and brick and mortar stores and price matching K-Mart to Walmart to Best Buy to Target to Sears etc.

I wonder if killer D3 PC + ROS PC deals would be thrown in a WalMart clearance bin sitting right next to a $9 copy of Divinity: OS PC.

D3 seems to have been permanently lowered to $20 a few months ago. $10 might be on the horizon again. But I'd probably pay $30ish for a bundle.

I do remember when it was $10 during that Microsoft Store blowout sale a few Christmases ago but at the time it was still plagued by Jay Wilson.

Mooby what is all this talk of D3 (let me know if you get it because I have it but haven't installed)? I need you to buy BL:presequel so you can kill everything for me and I collect the rewards.
 
I was looking around on Reddit to see if their version of the cesspool had someone who had a key for Double Dragon Trilogy handy, and I found someone, but he said he would get me the key in a day. Which sounded kind of suspicious, to be honest.

I remembered folks here "tremorbroing", so I checked the site and what do you know, there's a copy of the game there. I looked around and I think I can trade in some spare cards for the key. Could someone please help me out with that? I only need that game and can give you cards for you to trade into their bot for credit.

Welp never mind someone got it. :(

It was me. I grabbed it for you. I'll send it to you when I get it but he's slow and doesn't send keys out on weekends so it will probably be a couple of days or so.

 
I have Diablo 3 installed and only played it once before being completely indecisive on which character to roll with. I still can't decide  :wall: . Then for unknown reasons I bought Reaper of Souls on sale at Target a while ago and that's still unopened. Am I hording correctly? Or playing video games incorrectly?  :whistle2:k

On another note... thanks for the Lemma card you just sold me Headpiece747.

I noticed Decay: The Mare is on sale at GMG for $1.49, but $1.20 after using the 20% off voucher GRAB20-PEROFF-NOWGMG.

It looks kind of decent and the reviews are mostly positive. Then again the price keeps dropping in these sales and when that happens the bundle sharks come swimming.

Ohh Mafia 1 reminds me of Tony, got us a discount on an already pulled from store game and then gave us time to buy it before pulling it from Amazon. Great days  :D/

Regardless of Wilson being involved back then - It was labeled Diablo + developed by Blizzard.

If you see it for $10, you take it and run!!!

If there's any company that overhauls the hell out of their game properly w/ patches or especially w/ expansions, it's Blizzard.

My ONLY complaint about D3 is that (and hate on me if you want) they haven't given us an option to use controller... um, controls. As a Demon Hunter and Mage, I'd like to be able to move and cast/shoot.
