I still have to get back to BL2 on PS3 eventually, but thanks for mentioning this. I'll have to check my store while I'm trading in there tomorrow.
I'm playing Binary Domain but I need to get back into BL2 and presequel on ps3 when im done. After finding they have seperate lists I talked myself into trying to plat ps3 versions first.

La Mulana is a lil slap I think $8 2 months ago or so and havn't touched it yet.

well fuck that wasn't even 2 months ago, it says 8/7 so i transferred it to my vita or bought it not even a month ago. doh.

also my girl and my bro and sis all took mushrooms and went to 6 flags once, that was freaking intense

Sorry Bums, I searched for it before posting but the search function sucks and doesn't sort shit correctly by date because the one guy programming seems to have given up.
Its all good Mitch and no need to say sorry. I know the search function isn't the best. It's also easy to miss posts sometimes in the thread. It's crazy because you'd never think of that happening in the world of Pokemon.

There was a place on the way to Disney in that was called Boardwalk and Baseball.  I remember they had one roller coaster there that was probably really crappy but I fuck ing loved it!  It went forwards AND backwards through a loop.  One of my first loved roller coasters.  And wow, it was apparently only open 3 years and yet it felt like we went for many years!

Its funny how time moves so slow as a kid only to move a million miles an hour when you start working in the real world.

I just noticed that Gamespot gave Until Dawn an 8/10. According to my library's (dumb) rules, that means they should carry it at some point, so maybe I shouldn't pick up my Gamestop copy.

They advertised that place like crazy on TV back in the day.

Yeah like when you ask yourself I'm how old? I've been out of high school\college for how long? Where did my 20s go? I used to be the young one at work! I have how many kids? WTF? NO SERIOUSLY WTF?

I think I wanted to go there as a kid. I also think I ended up with some of the cards Topps produced in one of those little box sets you could usually buy at the checkouts at KMart or Toys R Us.

There is a guide over at playstationtrophies.org that tells you what auto pops and what doesn't. Most doesn't truly auto pop but will pop with little effort.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/borderlands-2-a/262699-ps4-trophy-auto-popping-guide.html

Unless you want to plat them both separately. Didn't notice a similar guide for TPS.

I also enjoyed Superman the escape at Six flags.

Yeah that's the one I did at Six Flags in NJ. I did the "put a penny on your knee and watch it float above your leg as you drop" trick and that was pretty awesome. Hopefully I didn't bludgeon anyone with it when it escaped.

I hope you know what Uber is and are just questioning him being on the show? While not on the same level as Elon Musk, I like the idea of bringing in the people behind new ideas or technology. Those people should be a lot more interesting than the latest anorexic actress.
Yes, I know what it is. I took Uber when I went to Pinburgh to get back from the convention center. It was a good service, but not sure how exciting the chief executive is going to be to listen to.

I think I'm going to stop playing Duke Nukem 3D on Vita. Levels feel like they take forever (probably because I'm not too familiar with that FPS style) and there are just too many of them. It felt fun at first, but now it just feels boring.

I can see why a bunch of its trophies are Ultra Rare on PSNP.

I quit that shit too. Every level was WAY too long and boring. It just wasnt any fun. Wolfenstein 3d (not on Vita) was much better.

I need to get back to that. The levels are a bit oddly designed, though, yes, and there's secret stuff everywhere. The levels I've completed varied quite a bit in difficulty getting around, but I have had to look at guides for a few to figure out where to go.

There are time markers as a child, new class each year, new school every few years, a 3 month break every year to break routine. Then you become an adult and its just week after week of the same thing, it all blends together like Groundhog Day until you look up and realize how much time has passed.

BTW, did anybody get 200 Sony Reward points for signing up for the PS Now free trial? I never got those for some reason. Also wondering when we'll get our Vita early adopter credit; the sign-up for that ended almost 2 months ago and the site is down now.

Goddammit Owl. Way to bring me down...I need a drink. Or 4.

So when we doing this big Binary Domain PSNOT multiplayer orgy?
tomorrow night around 8:30p EDT I reckon. If we manage to have 6+ (?) we'll rock some vs and if not some coop. I tried searching for matches the other morning and got a 'no games found' kind of error pretty quickly. I assume it's still working but I didn't immediately see how to create a public vs match.

Darn, I won't be able to make it. Oh well.

I am going to be playing some Binary Domain tonight if I dont pass out after watching Jameis and the shitty Bucs play shitty and drinking 4 beers or tequila shots whatever...

It's less about entertainment and more about relevance and engaging the local audience with it being Colbert's first week as host of TLS. Uber is cutting into the market of NYC's most recognizable symbols, the taxi cab, so it should be interesting. Plus, their CEO is a bit of a mystery and currently embroiled in litigation around the world so the timing couldn't be better.

And all of this coaster talk has me in a nostalgic mood, it's been ages since I've been on one. Personal favorite is the Giant Dipper on the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. It's not the fastest, tallest, longest or anything like that, but it is quite old (originally built in 1924) and the cars don't have brakes -- those are built into the track. It's a jarring ride and it's possible to chip a tooth riding it. I've definitely bit into my tongue at least once.

Duke is co-op on vita too, isn't it? Might be the way to go with it. I waited to start it for that reason. Playing it on 360 again, I knew I wouldn't want to play passed the first few levels by myself.

I would probably be a terrible co-op partner for a shooter like Duke Nukem 3D where you typically run forward and shoot everything in sight, as I would take a really long time to finish levels without taking much damage, inching forward then strafing like crazy whenever enemies appeared.

Cool. Night out schedules may change this week, so I may not be able to make it. Godspeed to those that do!

So then you're not a completionist like you keep implying?

This is the only ride I never went on when I was there. My friend told me a story (probably bullshit) that the fuckin thing didn't lock when they took off and he pulled it in right before it launched. fuck dat ride.

Letting us vote for the shiniest Turd is hardly exciting or what I’d call a Choice…. I wanna speak my mind and tell Sony off using several Choice 4-letter words, but outta respect for my fellow posters and considering many of them are under age I will refrain.

So happy I let My PSMinus Sub run out. Huge waste of money, not to mention how much of a Joke and how disgraceful forcing gamers to pay a sub to access online games when most games are online now a days.

I spent over 300.00 on Steam this summer and ZERO on my Useless PS4; MANY of those games I could have bought on PS4, but I chose not too because of PSMinus(forget the fact of how awesome games like Witche3 and GTAV look on ultra/60FPS). And while I bought 2 of the very few indy games that are actually worth more than 2.00, I bought NONE of them on my PS4. And now add in Xbox one games on PC with Windows 10, there really is ZERO reasons to play that Sorry excuse of a console that are not named Uncharted. I may pick up Until Dawn when it’s appropriately priced at 19.99, but that’s about it.

Don’t mind me, just making my monthly statement, whether it’s pointless or not, It has to be done and it only takes bout 2 minutes so, just doing my part.
Man, PSMinus. So fucking harsh!

The blog post with the Sept Plus games has been updated to show that STFU is a Vita game as well as a PS4 game.  So dev comment from before is true and both launching together next week.

The lineup just went up splendidly and earns a hearty muthafucka yeah from me.  fuck yeah.  Gimme dem pixels.

Summary:

* I don't like roller coasters. I get motion sickness very easily. Got sick once on just a motion simulator ride. (Star Trek the experience at the Vegas Hilton)

* My hair's definitely going gray along the temples. Thought that was only a comic book thing. Really surprised by how much gray came in when I grew the beard out.

* I've got a red card and a Target gift card around here somewhere. Might just head out to pick up a Vita tonight if I start feeling better. Probably need school supplies too.

I like to 100% games whenever possible, but if I'm not having any fun at all in the process, I'll move on to something else. I said something similar a week or so ago when I mentioned that I'd stop playing Entwined after just running through the "story".

I forget how the co-op works, or even what the trophy list is, but I'm pretty sure none of that matters online.

I know nobody likes a complainer but… to follow up on my gripe about the vote to play thing. It needs to be a 7th title (or 3rd ps4 slot)… The way it is now, We’re sacrificing our 2nd PS4 slot for this voting system and that’s not really fair, you don’t go out to eat and pay the people at the restaurant to point you over to some condiment bar and have people vote on what sandwich you’re going to eat. Not really sure why we’re paying Sony for them to tell 34% of the voters to disappoint the other 66% who split their votes on the titles who didnt win.
I’d rather only be disappointed once by Sony’s choices than twice by Sony and and the 34% needed to pick a winner each month.
Bolded part is probably the best analogy I've ever read!

And it's like he's never participated in a vote where there are more than two options...
