I was just speaking generally, I know it's not hard work as I've done it myself. I just got tired of the whole process, the different waves, etc. etc. I just decided it wasn't worth it for me anymore. Plus I was getting to the point where I had more figures (toys) than I was comfortable with keeping. I'm basically just selling off what I no longer want and keeping a few that I actually want.
I think my personal breaking point was the retro 3 pack because I realized Nintendo was just playing on that Nostalgia bug more than anything. Sure they look neato, but that's about it. I have a Wii U but will probably never use any in a game so it's sort of a waste. Good on Nintendo that they are printing enough so people can finally get the ones they want...but I just see these as being Beanie Babies in a few years. Again it's not bad if you enjoy them...just saying I'm done.
