I'm tired. I blame Tyler. He said he was going to bed and then we ended up playing Rocket League all night. I couldn't fall asleep after and was up until 2am. I'm going to change my work schedule so I can come in later.

Looks like they also are patching in some new stuff into DA:I, completely independent of the DLC. If you've played/are playing you might want to read this:

Syncing collectibles across characters

Crafting schematics

Potion recipes

Mounts

Skyhold decorations

Seems like a good way to wrap up the game, between this and the final epilogue DLC.

 
Whitewater is awesome, so I'm cool with that. I use to own a Whirlwind. Fun game. Really I'd be fine with any of those games. Just tell us what to play, fearless leader!

 
Completed all of the songs at beginner level in IA/VT Colorful. 2 of them I haven't gotten S or better on. There's that one where they change the buttons used for a beginner song to triangle, square and their d-pad equivalents. That killed me even though it's the same number of buttons, just different ones. Muscle memory killer.

 
Confession: I have never seen A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Wes Craven died, so I guess it's time for me to right that wrong.

I haven't seen the remake. Not sure which is supposed to be better. Never watched The Hills Have Eyes, either, but I try to stay away from stuff with gore and rape. Icky. Scream 1-3 and Cursed were watchable, though nothing fantastic. Not sure on Scream 4.

I actually liked Dracula 2000 quite a bit, though he just produced on those. The origin story was interesting--not sure how original it was, but I'd never heard that one at the time. I didn't know there were sequels to that until just now as I was looking over Craven's work; are Dracula II and III worth checking out?

The game looks great overall but the constant damage to the ground not leaving any marks is just weird. I'd rather they didn't have chunks of earth thrown around and piling up on every movement if none of it sticks.

I knew I had to bail before Rocket League got started. It was already 1 my time. I would have been up way past 2 if I hadn't.

It stars a japanese idol and eventually her four proteges (or whatever they are) - their music and microphone proficiency have the ability to rid the world of MAD (monsters), so they're doing that along with occasional concerts. their microphones are suspiciously shaped like weapons.

This is why I ran away. You guys are 2 hours behind right? I would have been dead(er) this morning. It was already 1am here when you guys started playing.

 
I've seen probably all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies at some point or another, the Serpent and the Rainbow (which is about old school voodoo zombies), Shocker (meh), the People Under the Stairs (which is very strange), Vampire in Brooklyn (which is just terrible), Scream movies, Red Eye, and the short Nightmare Cafe series.

 
The nightmare on elm street remake should have never existed, it was awful. The orginal is a must see. Some of the sequels weren't bad, but not good either. They started doing stupid shit in the series like giving him super powers and shape shifting and what not. So just watch the original.
 
After playing Korra and seeing what Platinum is doing with Transformers I want to see their take on a Clone Wars game. Platinum Games doing a take on the Jedi concept sounds like the best possible approach for a game with Jedi powers.

Didn't he fight Jason on the space station or some such insanity? The first one was great. I have seen a few of the others and they were crap. Same with Scream. First one was great. I think the 2nd was ok. Then it was just churn them out.

 
I knew Gamefly had to send me something else today.  I thought it would have to be Until Dawn or Mad Max.  Unfortunately, I did not realize I had added the PS4 version of Brothers to my queue a while back and it was buried near the bottom with games coming out in months.  Of course that is what they end up sending me since the other 2 were Low Availability.  

At least it should be a quick turn I guess.
