Going to grab Black Rock Shooter and Generation of Chaos Pandora's Reflection which should just leave Unchained Blades and Brandish as the last 2 PSP games I want.

Streaming some Crimsonland because I'm bored and need something to do.

I played about an hour of local MP with my son of Crimsonland a couple months ago. Although the enemies changed from level to level, it remained basically just an open field with spawning enemies and got stale quickly. Is that it? Any landscape or gameplay variations that make it worth continuing?

Have I missed the best part of Crimsonland?

Guy on another board got the Steam controller. Pretty sure it was asked about in here, so these were his comments:

It's pretty cool. I like the mousepad. It's obviously not as accurate as an actual mouse, but it'll do for what they were trying to accomplish. You can never really tell from the pictures Valve has shown of it, but there are some rests on the back of the controller to make it more comfortable. I mean you can see them in the pictures on the website, but they're more pronounced when you hold it. That's really nice. The one issue I have with it isn't going to be a problem for everyone. The thing is huge. Like original XBOX levels of a comically large controller. If your hands aren't very big it's going to lose points with you for that. That's really all I can complain about though. It's a nice change of pace for right now, if not a really good controller when I get used to it.

So a 2 out bunt with a runner on 3rd and a first pitch home run have both been called "Royals baseball" tonight. I don't think those words really mean anything.

Started drinking a few hours ago. Next thing I know I own Everyone's Gone to the Rapture, Badland, Motorstorm, and Marvel Puzzle Quest. I wish I had time to play this stuff.

So Xceed's VP was interviewed and this was said:

Sony has dropped 1st party support for the PlayStation Vita how do you feel about the handheld?

We love the Vita! It’s a fantastic system. The install base may be lower compared to PlayStation 3, but the Vita owners are the exact gamers that we are appealing to so every Vita release we see great support. So as long Vita games are being released in Japan we will continue to bring them over. We’re seeing a lot more of Vita and PlayStation 4 titles being released, so we might not see Vita exclusive games, but we will see a steady stream of PlayStation 4 and Vita titles.

I like that it ticks down especially in the climbing sections. At least from watching videos, anyway--I can see it having the potential to be annoying, but it's an interesting mechanic and a nice thing to see in comparison to all the other climbing segments I've seen in gaming.

It's definitely unique; I'm mainly referring to instances on the ground or where the air is polluted, where you may not know where to go and you try a direction that turns out to be a dead-end, but your health permanently decreases because of the time needed to get back to a safe spot.

Thought about picking up Valhala Knights 3 from this flash sale but the negative reviews and below 50 score on metacritic is turning me off.

I will pick up Don't Starve, ZHP, and Black Rock Shooter for my Vita.

Never got a response on I Am Alive @ $3. Thoughts on that? The stamina component of the game seems interesting.
When I decided to buy it, it was because its supposed to have some interesting mechanics, kind of a hopeless atmosphere, but is flawed. I haven't ever gotten around to it though.

Finished up episode 1 of Minecraft Story Mode with the boy. Typical TellTale fare. Good humor. Fun crafting. He really liked it and I was entertained enough. He can't wait for episode 2.

If you're a fan of Minecraft and don't mind TT games, I would recommend it.

How was the engine on the PS3 version? Usual stuttering when it was saving?
