I've got the s6 edge+ and it's pretty nice. You'll be familiar with most everything already coming from the s3. Coming from after even the s5, the screen is a huge improvement, and will look even extra pretty for you after the s3. The edge on mine is pretty much useless with my case on it. So if you like the s3, you'll be happy with a faster and more powerful phone

I'm having mixed feelings on the multiplayer. It usually is good the first couple of weeks, but it felt like a battle between who pings to their server better. Zombies I'll try out with friends.
 
No problems using my $5 mystery cert on a $10 psn card. Also traded uncharted collection from my new ps4 for $43. The wangs at gamestop wouldn't give me my blue vita but I'll live until next week. Plus that let me use all of my credit to negate tax on the shiny new ps4 and controller.

Lots of good cagmath going today, thanks for the heads up dudes.
 
After finishing World at War on veteran, every Call of Duty campaign I've played after it has seemed like a cake walk, even at the highest difficulty. I can't account for ghosts or aw, though I haven't heard of them being too tough.

I can get decent usage out of most of the characters, but some of them like the Mace Windu knock off and the flatulent Dirty Harry have really difficult to control / use specials. I think I only busted out mace windu 1 more time in the second to last level as his light saber can destroy enemy shots.

Have about 10 more challenge rooms to beat and the hard difficultly to play through for the plat. Thankfully you only have to speed run 1 level for the plat because there's no way I'd be able to finish it otherwise. The structure of the game is like megaman, you can tackle them in any order so there isn't really any kind of difficulty progression between completing the 1st era, and starting the final chapter which unlocks after beating all 6 eras.

I barely used the additional characters outside of their required levels in HellaDeck; I used Melanie Gibson almost exclusively because of her OP charged shotgun attack.

I keep forgetting people do contracts. Which service are you with?

Haven't really followed recent prices but I know buying a phone on contract used to be tons more expensive than picking it up out-of-pocket and using it with one of the cheaper services. I'll probably be getting a new phone soon but haven't decided which to go with. Might go for a iPhone this round--haven't done that in a few years and the whole Android fragmentation thing has been a pretty annoying experience with my S3.

Ghosts was probably the easiest out of all Cods and AW was fairly easy too.

Realistic (the new difficulty above veteran) is definitely legit. Still not at bad as the grenade spams and endless waves of WaW.

I got the Ghosts plat without too much difficulty. The only problem I ran into on Veteran was in the open situations with tons of enemies. Even then it was easy as long as I didn't get impatient.

Went back to the same BB and went to the customer pick up window. The woman was able to put my mystery $5 against a $10 PSN card. Bonus she was much cuter then the one helping me a couple of days ago too.

Well the only thing thatll make realistic hard is the fact you can't go back to checkpoints. Those are the saving grace in making the veteran campaigns easy.

I don't play too many FPSes, and I'm not the type to get involved with online multiplayer, but BLOPS 3 was one of the games I preordered for half-off during the Best Buy glitch in May. I don't mind if I can't plat it as long as I can get some fun and trophies out of it before trading it in.

Vita update

I often feel like if I don’t mention Vita, people will assume that it’s not always on my mind. It is, and I can report that significant progress has been and is being made! I will be giving some more detailed updates on this in the next month or so, but for now let’s just say that there’s some light at the end of the tunnel. Keep in mind that it is retroactively cross-buy, so if you bought Axiom Verge on PS4 already, you will get the Vita version for free when it launches. Also, if any of your friends have a Vita, they can take advantage of the aforementioned upcoming sale and get both for the price of one!

Thanks again for everyone’s support and patience. It was a lot more complicated than any of us expected it to be, but we’re getting there.

If there's one thing that bugs me about Realistic difficulty, it's that Treyarch should have named it something else because it's hardly realistic for you to die in one hit while human enemies don't.

No that is for an accolade on veteran or something like that vig mentioned. You can have checkpoints but it is legit a step above as I just finished a mission on veteran and there is a noticeable difference.

Umm thats for 2016 and there are a lot of recruits not committed yet. Will see how it ends up...

Also whats with the another #1 nonsense, 2015 went to UK by both rivals and 247sports...

Looks like Lego Dimensions starter packs are $70 at Amazon with a code (LEGOMOMS).  That puts it at $56 with GCU if you can get BB to price match.  Probably similar to BF deals?

Well damn, this might be the second time that I wish I had GCU. I hope I can get it for around $60 on BF. I know if I do not get it sometime that the wife will just buy it for $100 at some point to piss me off.

I think GCU is a flat $30 now. Easily pays for itself over the course of a year. I got in on the super cheapo subs and I'm good until 2020, but definitely not regretting it now.

Yes, by next year I meant next basketball season, since this one has started.

And Duke had the #1 class for 2014. So this makes another one.

And there's no way Duke doesn't finish with the #1 class when they land #1 and #2, and when those two players are so complementary.

But Gator rarely buys games... just these types of games that his kids play for a long time.. may not be worth it still for him

Mine is about to expire. Couldn't complain getting 2 years for free the way I did. Guess I will have to pony up the $30 and get it for another 2 years.

 
So was on final portion of AC syndicates final sequence and the game crashed.... first real problem I have had.  Will be trying to finish up tonight.  Hopefully it can get through it...

He's torn his ACL in both knees now after the latest injury. I don't know that they'll be getting the player they thought he was when they started recruiting him.

This one's not nearly as severe as the other knee when he tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus, and he recovered fully from that one.

It's ridiculous how they can just rebuild these guys these days. No cure for cancer, but injuries that used to end careers now take six months of physical therapy.

That's how I'm good until 2020. I wasn't even sure if I should but the deal was too good to pass on, glad I didn't.
