Also another completely asinine thing is this mandatory online bullshit that Need for Speed and now CoD are doing. Everytime I start CoD I have to wait 3 minutes for the game to connect to their servers. I dont even want to play MP I am just trying to play the SP you fucks. And Need for Speed didnt need online either. The game probably would have played even faster without it. Neither case adds any value as I should be able to go online when I want to play MP.
How else is the government supposed to know what you are doing at all times.

Finally home and received my Fallout 4 PipBoy edition and controller. HYPEEEEEEE!

Anybody got a quick rundown of what I should make sure to do as I play through AC: Syndicate to try and avoid grinding at the end?
Mild covered it pretty well but I would add syncing viewpoints ASAP and clear out the cities as you go. Most of the grindy stuff is super easy at the end of the game and you should only need to replay a couple missions for them to be done.

That controller's not elite enough. Fail.

The fallout controller is pretty sweet. Too bad microsoft had promos locked up for fallout, would have been cool if it had come to both systems.

I dont know why I just thought of this game, maybe the corridors but anyone here play Die Hard Trilogy from Ps1?  Man was that game fun.  One of my all time favs from PS1.

Is that the one with the can of whoop ass power ups? I remember playing one that was good and one that was shitty but im not actually sure there were 2 games.

Not sure but there were 2 Die Hard trilogy games. Each one had three games in one. The first was the only good one. You played a 3rd person corridor shooter in Nakatomi Plaza in the first movie, then a rails shooter in the second and a car chase/racer for the third movie all in one game. The best was the first movie though. That game going through each floor of the tower was awesome.

Okay. I'm feeling really stupid right now. The New England one is a cheetah or a lepoard. But, the team is the Patriots. Is there something I just don't get? Or is that the joke, that one of these things is not like the other.

Say cheater with a New England accent.

Fallout controller and Darth Vader are basically polar opposites. Vader is about as abstract as possible and Fallout is about as basic as possible. And the Fallout one ended up looking way better.

Just so this doesn't come off as 100% pro-Xbox, X1 controllers looks so damn oversized and chunky. DS4 is far more beautiful. Also on the fallout one they should have stuck with the Yellow/Blue scheme for the A & B buttons. That green and red sticks out kinda badly IMO.

Mission 4 was badass but at the end of the level you use a chain gun and the chain on it doesnt even move.  lol  TERRIBLE.  Also the game glitched a bit before moving on to the next mission cut scene.

So I played some Superbeat: Xonic on the Vita and Pancakes wasn't lying. This game is going to be complete insanity on harder levels. So far I'm using touch controls for most of the songs I've tried. I like the backgrounds are simple as distractions are less likely to happen like other rhythm games. The music is awesome and glad I bought the 2cd soundtrack. Collecting the DJ icons brings me back to DJ Max Technikatune.

I suggest the Vita owners that love rhythm games get this games because it deserves to be in every Vita library.

Sage and Vig I'm not great at the game but it's very enjoyable so make sure to pick up a copy. The music is fantastic and catchy.

Wow the playstation store on here is amazing. It's only taking seconds to go through all my games and start downloading them...and it's not even crashing!

And damn do I already have a lot of games

The gameplay still scares the crap out of me. It'll be a while yet before I consider getting that.

I tried both and so far button controls are much easier to get in rhythm

After playing TWD s2 and TWAU I thought they'd done a decent job ironing out the engine problems. Nope. ep5 was a total shitshow with framerate drops and transition freezes all over the place. Telltale still can't do programming.

Content stuff:

Great characters overall. Even the shitheads like Jack and Vaughn. Probably Yvette was the only real problem since she got so little screen time that she felt undefined. Felix got less screen time but was present in the background story even after I killed his treacherous ass off after the race.

I may have missed some extra dialogue options somewhere but I never really got the backstory with Felix and Vallory. I kind of expected to find out that Vallory was really the girls' mom or something and Felix was hiding them from her. Felix's actions didn't make a lot of sense in retrospect--he basically raised the girls and the rationale behind the betrayal never felt justified.

The relationship between Rhys and Sasha was nice. I expected him and Fiona to get thrown together but was happy to see them go the other direction. It worked well and made more sense IMO.

Overall the story was pretty good. Ep4 was definitely the best and ep5 definitely the worst. Ep5 was just kind of a shitshow with the way it completely messed up the tone of the game and pulled in tons of technical problems (framerate, repetitive loading) with the bad combat and the many scene transitions. Ep4 really ramped the game up and ep5 unfortunately didn't deliver IMO.

tldr; Good game aside from the technical mess. The uneven storytelling and tone to the series and the poor finale makes it hard to agree with the opinions that it's the best Telltale game. I can see putting it at #1, but it's not the overwhelming winner I expected based on comments in here and elsewhere.

Tyler, do you think it'll be hard to plat Kromaia?

http://psnprofiles.com/trophies/4042-Kromaia-%CE%A9
Yeah, Pure Mode is beating the game in one life, that would be tough especially since it sometimes feels like there's just way too much going on on the screen and you get hit without ever realizing you're even close to getting hit.

Also it requires like 3 or 4 playthroughs that get progressively harder, like NG+ and NG++, etc. I think that could get tough too.

To most people here I'm not really a member and the rest forget I'm from Wisconsin...so you are essentially the first. But we can all agree that Zimm is the last.
I must have set it to private? They ask you so many privacy questions when you set up the PS4 that I really wasn't sure what each of them did.

The gameplay still scares the crap out of me. It'll be a while yet before I consider getting that.
Well Vig you don't have to platinum every game. I know you mentioned you have Technikatune and that game is insane at times but its still fun. Just make sure to get it because its a really fun rhythm game.

You know what else sucks? The way you guys in the other league keep letting mitch have RBs for pennies.
I blew all my money on Dion, Crabtree, Kelce, Lamar, Decker and Jordan Reed. Sad thing is in every case I think I could have gotten them all for $1 in this league. Only 3 people ever bid on anyone. Some jerks still have $100 left.

Next year we should have one 12-team league.
