I usually just do a combination of both greasy and bread before going out.

If I'm able, I usually like eating a nice bowl of pho afterwords.  Really helped with all my hangovers.

I haven't had a hangover in a LONG time. Many years. At parties I drink more, but even then it's spread out enough I guess. Don't miss hangovers AT ALL.

Does Charlotte really lack diversity? I have not been there that often. When I am there, I am usually at a craft beer place which unfortunately do not always have the most diverse clientele. That seems to be the case anywhere due to the large hipster following.

I guess I just assumed Charlotte would be a lot like Atlanta and be rather diverse. Sad to hear that it must not be.
Atlanta's probably a good comparison. Charlotte's actually not bad in that regard compared to a lot of places, it just pales in comparison to Chicago and my ride on the El was eye-opening in reminding me of that.

I haven't played Bloodborne so I wouldn't really know, but the requirements for being able the DLC you can buy seem pretty dumb. Why isn't it just a different option in the menu?
That's just something that game designer does. In Dark Souls 1 you had to kill an optional side boss, walk along its lake to find a cave, kill the enemy in the cave, talk to the person that appears, kill another certain enemy in an entirely different part of the game, pick up the item that dropped, return to the cave, and then you can enter the new area. They had to put it where it is because you can't get out of the DLC area without bonfire (checkpoint) warping and you don't get that ability till half-way through the game.

Dark Souls 2 (done by someone else) was much more straight forward, there are four "great souls" you have to acquire by killing 4 bosses. In 3 of those boss chambers was the entrance to the 3 DLC areas.

I hate when I see they're working! Means someone's getting fired. I'm fine with them not working.
Anytime our HR woman is in before me I wonder who is getting let go. I am in IT so usually I find out pretty quickly. She has been in a couple times this week before me but it was for health benefits stuff.

We dont even have an HR Dept. We have an 800 #. And they are worthless too.
We do not have any HR in our office. They are all in Boca. I wish the merger would hurry up and complete. It will be all of them getting fired.

My old company had HR people that actually did their job. They would answer stuff for you. I didn't always like the answer, but at least they did their job. The people (and I use that term loosely) in Boca only know how to forward an email. I seriously want to break stuff when I get one of the "Let me forward that to our vendor to get you an answer" emails.

If the only thing you do is forward emails, you should not have a job.

My lawd. I finally got to watch this. I love the thumping music and all the colors and explosions. fuck ing amazing.

P.S. I was watching the video when my boss came into my cube to ask me something. I am on a conference call, while watching this and responded to emails about an audit all at the same time. He was impressed. lol

He's also the guy who hid 2 large areas of the main Dark Souls 1 game behind TWO illusionary walls in an alcove of one of the most hated areas of the game. He likes imparting that sense of wonderment from the discovery of something hidden.

And then he walked out and called that 800 number to get HR busy.

Boca, FL? Say no more. No one does shit in Florida.
I wont go quite that far, but I will say that it seems like nobody that works for this company in Boca does shit. That includes the "engineers" that work in that office. They just forward emails to the chip manufacturer to get them to fix problems.

Hey! They deal with the goddamn vendors so you engineers don't have to! They have people skills! They're good at dealing with people!
yeah but their secretary is the one that actually does the work!

I'm pretty sure the Attack on Titan action sequences will have people everywhere puking their guts out. The camera is all over the place.

I approve of your current avatar, much better than that ugly Mila Kunis.
I have to say that I never thought she was all that but she is FAR from ugly. She is just pretty to me, not the hottest chick like a lot of people think. So I hope you are just exagerating for effect.

The action gameplay makes the titans look dumb as heck--how exactly are they so hard to kill in the AoT mythos if they barely move while characters slice the back of their neck?

I guess I completely forgot about the original 60GB PS3 and that they could play discs.  I just assumed they were all only able to play the PSN games.

#learnsomethingneweveryday

Ps3 never allowed you to play PS2 or PS1 discs did they? If not, why would they work on PS4?
Fatties did, yes. They all play PS1 discs.
Yupp, Original PS3 played both PS1 and PS2...

PS 1 was through a similar emulation process that will now be used for PS2... so being able to use disk is highly likely. But if they surprise! You can buy PS2 games digitally and thats it, it isn't much of a change.

I am assuming that the eumlation will allow the PS4 to read PS2 ROMS off of disk, which this seems to be the case.

This should go without saying but this should be on everyone's to do list each year. If you work in an office or corporate environment it is possibly the funniest movie of all time. Hangover may be the only one close for funny from begining to end.

Umm im gonna need you to come in on saturday. 8 am would be greeeaaaattt.

Can't all PS3s play PS1 discs? I thought it was just PS2 discs that only the 60GB models could play.

Correct.

The original ps3 actually had a ps2 in it basically. but all ps3 played ps1 via emulation.

Summary: Fatties want the d.

You know, I've watched the first Hangover several times now and the humor doesn't hold up as well for me. I loved it the first two viewings but something changed after the third.
