Ordered my Magma Red last Wednesday and got a shipping confirmation the same day. The thing is that it was shipped by FedEx Smart Post. For those who dont know Smart Post is a collab with USPS to deliver for them. The even more ridiculous thing is that on Saturday it was in transit in a nearby city/town so I was expecting to get it that day, but apparently they decide to ship it to a bordering state far away from where I am to give it to USPS to their job for them. Why ship through FedEx if they will just pass it on to USPS? I should hopefully be getting it tomorrow considering it had to travel about 97 miles yesterday.

I am not complaining about the website or the seller. Simply giving my thoughts on this FedEx "Smart" Post.
 
According to the tracking, USPS should be delivering my Magma Red Dualshock tomorrow morning. Hopefully it comes in better condition than the 20th year anniversary one

My white DS4 arrived yesterday, from a seller in New Jersey. Came in a yellow bubble mailer, box was pretty smushed, but the controller itself is fine.

My controller came in yesterday in a bubble mailer as well, but it was fine.  Not that I would have cared if the box was crushed or dented, I don't keep them anyway; just toss them in the trash they just take up space.  The controller is all I care about.

However they put the wrong City on the mailing label.  Luckily the zip code was correct.  What kind of operation these guys are running.

 
My magma red controller just showed up. I payed 26 for it and it came in a nicely packaged box from newegg. Thing looks sweet !

Not for everything. Yes, for most of these video game related items you are all buying are from other companies but my paper towels and dog treats both were fulfilled by Jet and came in a pretty purple Jet box. My amiibo display came from Toys R Us.

I wonder why their gaming selection is so scattershot if they're just fulfilling orders from other retailers. The site seems a bit aimless. I think their original idea of having a Costco/Amazon hybrid was better.
 
Got my $28 Magma Red DS4 today in a box from Newegg. Came mint even though a controller box doesnt matter as much as a CE game or whatever. I guess Jet takes a loss up front to get new customers to create an account and maybe keep using it to build up jetcash on future purchases.

Sometimes the seller does a perfect job on the packaging but the courrier toss n throws it around. can't blame seller

sometimes the seller does a bad job and courrier does bad job too.

if you dont like the dented box, then return it. but for $30. its a cheap ass deal.

But yeah, I agree. With my magma red DS, I'm planning to rip that one open for some co-op

My Wii U Pro Controller came in today in an actual box in good shape.  There was no extra padding but the box was big enough that it was no problem.

The funny part of the story is that I ordered Oreos as filler to reach $50 but they were cancelled.  Well today I got a purple Jet box...that had Oreos in it!  WTF lol

 
My magma red Dualshock came in a Newegg Box...perfect condition :)

So far, 1 good experience and 1 bad one...I doubt that I will purchase from them again unless they offer a $30 off coupon code for existing members (with a couple accounts) lol

should be legit. jet is just a drop shipper. check the shipping numbers and see if they match. lots of these jets cheap items are from mom n pop shop

My guess is because black was the only for awhile it was produced most (seeing as most systems still come with it) so they have more to rid as they equalize on the newer colors...or black is more bought idk. Need market stuff and all to figure it out :)

 
What if you bought them to give to someone on christmas? Or do return fraud? Of course you'd want the box in mint condition
 
Received my white dualshock today. I was worried when I saw the plain bubble mailer but my item & the box arrived in perfect condition. Like someone else said though, a little annoying that they put the item description on the outside. Mine said, "white dualshock 4" in big letters on the front.
 
Just got my magma red. Of course they dropped it off at the wrong house but my neighbor was kind enough to bring it over to me.

The red will supplement my white controller well. :)

Currently Red Magma is $41.99. Just placed an order with code Apple15 & paid $26.36 w/free shipping. Now to see if it gets cancelled since this is my second order even though it's a different card & email.

What's up with that? Fedex dropped the package to USPS then USPS f'd up and couldn't deliver for some reason now my item's going back to the sender. Not sure if it's USPS's fault or Jet did that sh** on purpose

Mine got transferred to the USPS from Fed Ex and got here cprrectly.

Mine was also handed off to USPS and they put it at the wrong house. It sounds like USPS fault in your case but either way I'd contact Jet and let them know what's going on. Maybe they'll make it right.
 
UPS handed my item to USPS which jammed it in my apartment mailbox. Luckily the HDD was small and thin and the bubble wrap envelope was enough protection. That's why I try to not order movies with nice packaging and hope USPS doesn't get it since the USPS worker will just jam it in.

Seriously what is up with USPS. I contacted them and apparently they won't do anything except refund me when they get the item back. I paid $28 for it so I hope I can get it for that price through their site again
 
My lady ordered two StarWars candy holders. They're light in weight but big, like 20 inches tall so the boxes were big. All the shipper did was put the labels on the boxes and taped both boxes together lol. I was thinking someone could've stolen it because its StarWars. Maybe Amazon would've put both big boxes in a bigger box. Oh well, we saved money buying from Jet. Wish Jet enforces better mailing options but they can always improve later.
