PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Turbo props are fine.  Probably a little safer overall than big jets now since I doubt terrorists will ever target them.

Also, your an idiot if you cry when "your" team loses a game.  Seriously, you have mental problems.

I cant believe you have never flown on a prop plane before. I guess you have never flown into any smaller cities from a hub before.

Since Gainesville was such a small airport it was always turbo props except for one actual jet to Atlanta a day and it was a small one. I think now they supposedly have one a day to Miami as well. When I went to Ottawa for work in the late 90s I was on a prop plane from La Guardia.

There are a ton of destinations that are prop only from Atlanta due to them being small airports in smaller towns.
I could definitely see them being more previlant on the east coast with so many destinations condensed over there. Being in Seattle we are so far away from everything that they are not as common. Maybe Seattle to Spokane or even Seattle to Portland I guess.

We just landed in Reno for a short layover. Reno is not too far from Seattle, but I've always taken a larger Jet when going to Reno in the past.

I've joked that I would never fly on one of those things. There goes that.

it seems like no matter where I fly I always end up routing through atlanta and getting on one of those planes. I don't mind em, but I bet I would if I had nerves about flying.
It was actually the first type of plane I flew on. I had never been on a plane until I was taking recruiting trips when I was about to graduate from UF. First trip was from Gainesville to Atlanta and then a jet from there to Dallas. I'll never forget sitting in the back of that prop plane and being able to tell the entire body of the plane was flexing from left to right by looking down the aisle and it not being straight when we were going through some rough air.

We met some Panther fans at the hot tub on Friday night and held palaver (reference for Zimm).

Anyway, we got one of the guys number and said if it looked like the Panthers were going to win we would send him a beer right to his seat. (I guess you can do this now, or maybe just Levi Stadium thing.)

Eventually the resort kicked us out to close to area late at night, we said our goodbyes and back at the room my wife had a good cry. She was sad for her team and jealous of who we just met. These women are emotional creatures. It probably didn't help she had been drinking wine all day.

I am not sure if they are as common in the NE or not. People seem to do the commuter train thing since the cities are so condensed.

It is more in the southeast where towns are large enough to warrant a small airport (or they are a college town and have to have one to compete for recruits) and are a lot more spread out with no train option.

Free Chipotle burrito since they're closed until 3 to train all their people to not give us e-coli anymore.

Spoiler'd cause huge

Emotional over someone you just met because your jealous that "their" team is in the Super Bowl? If your wife or this crazy woman in the airport cry over something so trivial how do they handle real problems like a death in the family or something?

Wow, Destructoid gave Unravel a perfect score: http://www.destructoid.com/review-unravel-339641.phtml

10/10

Gamespot didn't like it as much: http://www.gamespot.com/reviews/unravel-review/1900-6416352/

7/10

IGN liked it a bit more: http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/02/08/unravel-review

8.3/10
It's crazy how hyped Unravel is just because it got a little showcase at E3. There are tons of physics platformers released over the last year that have been completely unnoticed by the gaming population. This one probably has a little bit better production values than some of those, but not enough to justify the 100x more hype its received.

Need to decide whether to pick up that  Dungeon Travelers 2 before the end of the day.

50% off seems good, but could it go even lower?

Aw, screw it, I'm buying it with sony rewards points anyway.

Firewatch reviews are coming in.

8/10

The analog inputs (pulling up the walkie-talkie or map, spinning the same "1234" tumblers to unlock every single park lock box with Henry's paws) combined with unique animation and believable voice work help ground Firewatch, which manages both restraint and maturity in its story without ever going full mumblecore "walking simulator." The warmth of the budding relationship between two voices with natural chemistry is undercut by harsher realities and the drawn out segments of feeling stalked and vulnerable are legitimately stressful. The result is a tight, taut human tale well worth the trek.

It's a shame Firewatch fails as a mystery because it succeeds in so many other ways. Its world is captivating, its design is clever, and its characters are among the most well-written in gaming. Though it might sound counterintuitive, the plot is in many ways secondary to the relationship you build between Henry and Delilah, and that portion of the game is truly inspired. I've already returned to Firewatch for a calming walk in the woods; I imagine I'll go back again soon to visit with Henry and Delilah.

Firewatch is amazing for many reasons, but above all because it’s an adult game that deals with serious issues, with realistic adult dialogue to match. And it deals with those issues just like actual adults would: sometimes with humor, sometimes with anger, and sometimes with sadness. It is among the very best of the first-person narrative genre, and it reminds us what video game storytelling is capable of in the right hands. It’s a game I can see coming back to every year or two just to revisit its beautiful sights and memorable characters – just like a good book.

Jump forward to ~20m to see combat.

I stupidly didn't read the trophy guide first and didn't know I could quit a game and retry it in the playoffs in Rocket League. So, I'll have to play another season to get the championship trophy.

Do any of you know if there would be any issues with me buying the Supersonic Fury dlc and getting the champoinship trophy and winning is winning from the dlc at the same time?

College basketball in March isn't too bad. Then Hockey playoffs are ok. Plus I think the summer olympics are this year so that will be interesting for a couple weeks. Also Euro 2016. So some decent sports still to watch, plus UFC has a few good fights coming up.

One of these things is not like the others.

I'd guess Gator was talking about Euro 2016, pretty sure he's not a soccer guy.

I'm surprised Wren doesn't like UFC. It's about the most bro sport there is, bro!

There's also competitive gaming and twitch. Also new girls enter the world of porn and some are athletic. There's something for everybody.
